Buying a home is a very complicated experience and Del Webb tried very hard to make the experience as easy and comfortable as possible. There are some small concerns about internal communications at Pulte throughout the process and that, at times was aggravating. Of course, now that I have moved in to my new home everything seems fine.

Overall a great experience and value

My wife and I traveled to both sides of Florida over 3 weeks and saw 20-25 different communities. Del Webb simply blew everyone away!!

The selection of the location was the first reason to buy the house. Then the way it was constructed is second. The material that use to built the house is excellent. Finally, the timing of delivering is good.

Getting repairs done is allful and difficult, Constution was sub par Not many choices

Our Agent John has been magnificent. He is responsive, caring, and professional. John responds quickly to our warranty issues and quickly fixes the problem. The beginning was a little exciting; but John has been truly wonderful. He is customer focused; and we firmly believe that he really cares. I feel very lucky to have the absolute best warranty representative employed by Del Webb

House is OK. Not what I really wanted, but it will do.

From the sales process with Diandra, then design with Karen, to construction with Joey, it was a great experience. Each one of them walked us through the process and offered offered valuable opinions that enabled us to have what we feel is our perfect home!

Our new home is what we ordered in most respects. Some flaws are still being attended to as we approach our third month. All of our neighbors are great and have made us feel at home. We love the feeling of community and the variety of activities offered.

Sadly, Del Webbs promise of a quality home was spoiled by the builder Pulte. Had I not hired an independent inspector the quality would have been far worse. Issues included the lot being impropriate graded so that water was channeled to the house instead of away. A crappy foundation poor. Frames that were not attacked to the footer. Broken trusses. Posts that did not go high enough to support the roof but ended in mid-air. A quality build would have included none of those. My only regret is that I was not present every day to reject the shoddy materials and workmanship before it was incorporated in my house. They did their best to fix them after the fact, but I cannot say that is Quality, since they would have gone unfixed if I hadn't insisted. ... More

The Pulte team communicated well and kept us informed with the schedule and any issues. Overall they followed up on open items. Lance was a great manager and was always there for phone calls and issue resolution. Appreciate the teams work and follow up

The purchase process was good

Wonderful experience from sales agent, escrow, title, and everyone in between. My sister bought a Del Web home in Nevada and had a completely difference experience. I am very grateful to all of the staff here and also my neighbors. A very pleasant experience

The reason my ratings are not greater is that my building manager was either not sufficiently trained, or worse, thought that problems I pointed out were not necessarily his responsibility to resolve. Let me explain. When I pointed out two deficient 2x4’s in a load-bearing wall, with large missing chunks of wood, and spacers between studs with gaps 0.5”-1” -wide, with nails clearly showing, I was told that the inspector would determine the need to replace/fix.

The PULTE team, from Sales, Mortgage, Title, Escrow, Builder support was exceptional.

From start to finish, it was quality, smooth home buying experience. Thank you to the Del Webb and Pulte teams. We are thoroughly impressed with our new home.

Our Salesman, Marc, Sent us updated pictures every few weeks, which we were able to "see" the progress of the build as it moved along. Our construction manage, JC, was the best. He constantly was in touch with us on every build issue and made sure things were taken care of in a timely fashion. His knowledge of all products of the home were greatly appreciated!!

We had a terrible experience and would never recommend Pulte homes to anyone. We were excited about the Model homes and our Salesperson, Zac, but after we signed our contract everything deteriorated. Pulte sent numerous emails regarding your 10-step process but our original Super, Brogan, said (and I quote) "I don't pay attention to those emails" which meant we were never given the opportunity to walk our home prior to drywall; this was an enormous problem given Ron works for the government and needed to confirm some of the electrical wiring in the walls. We also contacted Brogan's Supervisor who was unwilling to do anything to help us with the drywall issue. Brogan was replaced with Dexter--Dexter was responsive in the very beginning but again, as the emails came to us from Pulte with the next steps Dexter was not responsive at all and NEVER returned any of our phone calls over a 2 month period of time. We resorted to reaching out to our Salesperson Zac who ALWAYS came through for us. Our walkthrough was a joke--we've never seen so much blue tape in our lives--and again Dexter was unresponsive to our phone calls, although he would respond to our texts now and again after 2 or 3 days (where's the customer service)? The design for the Low Threshold Walk-in Showers we spent $12,000+ per shower (x2) on was changed shortly after we purchased the home but no one bothered to tell us or give us an opportunity to select a different shower, so now we're stuck with two Showers that have a 1" drop from the Bathroom floor to Shower pan which is a problem for my 85 year old Mother to navigate. The tile surrounds in the two Showers could not have been installed by professional tile setters--my 8 year old cousin could have done a better job. Finally, we spent $15,000+ on Kitchen/Bathroom Cabinets which were AND STILL ARE a mess--a piece of the crown is a different color than the rest, there are chips everywhere, the rollout trays were only partially installed and slanted so you couldn't roll them out, and numerous other issues; needless to say, we closed February 8 and we are STILL WAITING FOR THE CABINET REPLACEMENTS!!! We have a 4-page "30 day Warranty Service" list that is almost complete thanks to Daryl in Customer Service. Thanks to our Salesperson Zac (again) he hooked us up with Daryl in Customer Service who has gone above and beyond to fix all of the issues in our home. He's been on top of the Trades and checks in often providing follow up and support. Now I ask you, after reading this Review would you buy a home from Pulte? ... More

I was not able to be present during construction, but Daniel true to his word kept me informed weekly through pictures. He unfailingly was polite and always addressed my questions.

We’re very happy here. From Liz’s greeting to Richard starting the home buying process to Karen working with us on the Interior Decorating to Tomas doing a great job from the construction process, it was fantastic!!

Blue responded to all my question and concerns immediately. My issues were with Paul in sales. Once I signed the purchase agreement and paid my downpayment he ghosted me. He misinformed me on several options and I am still waiting for a refund on a grab bar that was nor installed as it could not be installed where Paul said it could be. I have reached out to him twice now on what the status of that refund is and as usual have not heard a word back. I reached out to the head of sales here at sun city, Mesquite a couple of days ago and have not heard back form him yet as well.

Our Project Manager, Keenan, was extremely helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. We felt our process was as being watched over by a consummate professional.
