Our Construction manager was fabulous and attentive to any question or detail that came up. We love our new home.

Pulte as a construction group are a corporate profit only driven company. They cut corners at every turn and hire contractors and sub contractors at the lowest bid to save a buck. Their construction process and contractors do not care about quality workmanship (nor does Pulte). I used to work in home construction as a builder and contractor, so I know good and bad practices and workmanship when I see it. If it were not for the Del Webb community activities, there is no way we (my wife and I) would do business with or buy a home from Pulte.

My experience with the sales and building staffs was great! The closing process was frustrating as the communication between the lender, closing, and scheduling groups seemed to be poor but these administrative matters got worked out. I love the home. Home prices everywhere are quite high and it is hard to evaluate the value of the home for the price I paid. The Wildlight community is great.

Sean was very helpful showing us all the details of the house. He took care of all the little things that needed touch up quickly.

I love living at Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas. I love my new home. My entire experience was flawless! Jeremy was an excellent sales representative who guided me through the entire process. Edwin, my construction manager, was always responsive and available to answer questions. Sally, my loan agent, was amazing and helped keep me on track in order close on time with my loan. I would highly recommend working with Pulte and living at Del Webb!

The finishing touches and the products used are of high quality.

Overall a reasonable process. I would strongly recommend you hire a qualified inspector pre-drywall & pre-close & radon. Multiple findings by our inspector had to be addressed (hurricane straps, gas leaks, bowed walls, etc.). Happy with the end result. Trust but verify.

Great design & quality throughout! Darren made the sales process smooth & easy- escrow was professional. I did a home inspection prior to closing escrow- only minor items were pointed out in the report. From the start, Alejandro quickly addressed these items and all were resolved professionally! The clubhouse is brand new & beautiful- anyone I bring along for a visit is blown away and amazed! Lake Las Vegas area and the Del Webb community is my new home and I love it- no regrets!

We think we made the right decision in moving to Del Webb, but were surprised about how many items in the house that we thought would be included, cost extra, driving the price higher when we had to make our design selections, months before the build (and could NOT make any changes). We are disappointed that the house seems "low end". The quality of some of the materials and labor are sub-par. If your expectations are low, this would work for you.

Would not recommend to my friends and family.

Valen was a great sales person who assisted us through the buying process. So far we have not had many issues and the minor ones we had were fixed in a timely manner. Selecting options was probably the only part of the process that we did not like. Not many options and answers to nearly all of our questions was a no.

While expensive, once community is finished will be a nice place to live, homes are very nice, clubhouse a plus, practically no maintenance. Residents very nice and welcoming.

Kevin sales person was great and helpful. Construction manager Ethan made sure work was done properly and wasn't satisfied until it met his approval and state guidelines.

Everything was fine. No significant issues.

The complete build estimate was very accurate. We moved in on our expected closing date to find everything functioning as it should and the house was very clean. We were very glad to see that the house stood the test of a major wind and rainstorm, with no issues. So far, great!

We had a knowledgeable and excellent sales person in Lisa. She was flexible and worked closely with us. We could not ask for a better building supervisor than MIke always responsive and helpful.

The Entire team here at Del Webb Fulshear have all been amazing from the minute we met. Steve guided us through the sales process, models, and the extra's that were available, and Kerry made us feel so welcomed every time we popped in the office. When we purchased the property and Renown model our contact was Alvaro. Al went above and beyond, gave 100% with keeping us posted with daily or weekly updates, made time for us to meet at our availability anytime we were in town. He worked with us to ensure that the project remained on time, and any repairs were attended to immediatly, we were very blessed to have such an amazing project manager. The design center had such beautiful designs and fixtures to choose from. Everyone on site is amazed at the kitchen choice's we made and Lauren at the design center was plesant and supportive of our choices. The experience was exciting and fun. Elena promply scheduled and coordinated issues after settlement. she personally came over the observe the quality of the repair, she is so plesent and easy to work with. The entire staff comminity here at Del Webb is apprecited by us, including Danielle and the ladies at the Village Center, We are enyoying our fun events there, and looking forward to going to the gym, pool, events and meeting our new retirement friends. Let me start off by saying that Nella and Susan are terrific and a are humongous help!!! I couldn't have done anything without their patience, guidance and expertise. They made a difficult process much easier. My only thoughts is that the process for requesting with ARC is difficult. If you need to add additional information it would be easier if you could add all information at once. The additional information area only allows a person to add 1 photo & 1 document at a time Nella and Susan are terrific and a big help

our construction supervisor Jack communicated verbally and with media very effectively. Very helpful when you build a home from 1,000+ miles away and do not see the home in person from lot purchase to move in. Our situation was a bit unique in that two family members were building the same homes at the same time just several homes apart. - both remotely. Jack arranged the supervision of both homes which was extremely helpful and reassuring. Did not have to do it but he made it happen! Also, Kathy our sales person (same person again) was ALWAYS there to sort out questions throughout the process and her interest frankly saved me from some embarrassing and costly mistake. She made a huge contribution to sorting through the Del Webb maze to get things done. We never had an open question open more than a few hours. Both people went above and beyond to find that balance and definitely made a difference in the success and our happiness with the process. Elaine, David, Sarah, Cashmere, and Traci are my dream team. From start to finish they were there guiding me through the home purchase/building process. Home buying isn’t new to me; I’ve purchased nearly 20 homes over the years. But this time was so different. These people worked the processes and made it appear seamless. The handoffs were smooth and timely. That’s not to say there wasn’t a snafu; because my situation created a big one. Never the less, these players worked together and behind the scenes to assist me. We were able to pivot to a very acceptable alternative. I was/am extremely satisfied and I hope Del Webb is too. Elaine was right there from the get go with options and guidance and expertise. David was just awesome guiding me through the process and building trust and confidence in Pulte construction. Then finally orienting me to my new home and providing updates; then stepping in to me to my “now” home. Sarah and Cashmere were always checking in and expediting paperwork with reminders. Traci was the best closer ever. It was actually very enjoyable AND educational. I will be building my dream home. And I want the Pulte dream team along: Elaine, David, Sarah, Cashmere , and Traci. These people are your most accomplished ambassadors. Value their experience and expertise. Pulte had streamlined processes and good people. Our recent home build was mostly positive. Our building manager was fantastic as was our closing specialist. They went out of their way to help us as much as they could. The sales team did their job but offered no help when a problem arose regarding our funding of the new home. Overall however we are reasonably happy with the home and very happy to be a part of Sun City.

Our entire experience from start to finish was perfect. From the salesperson, Maria, making our initial buying experience a stress free experience and for our construction manager, Keenan, filling us in and getting us into our new home on time as promised. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

From Contract to closing our home building experience was excellent. Mark was alway professional, knowledgeable, welcoming & his confidence in this neighborhood is evident. He had earlier sold a home to our son & daughter n law in the Del Web Trinity Falls neighborhood. That was a great testament to both Mark & Pulte. We put a lot of effort into preparing for the design center meetings. The experience with Michelle more than met our expectations. She was especially interested in understanding our style & what we wanted to achieve in decorating our home. She really got it & wasted no time in showing us choices that were spot on! Our next team member is Kristen. She is brilliant, truly brilliant. She knows her job from foundation through all the final details. She is a good communicator, which was important to us as we were in Arizona during all the construction. Kristen was so valuable to us & it was wonderful to be able to trust & have the confidence we soon knew we could have in her. We love our charming home & know Kristen saw to each & every detail being right for us. Thank you from our hearts Kristen. Recently Samantha came to check our trees, landscaping & sprinkler. She talked to us about our warranties and was professional, & detailed. We believe Pulte is a good company, built with teams like ours. We like our house model and design selections. That's where the "like" stops. This is a seller's market. Pulte is selling houses faster than they can keep competent workers on site. Quality has suffered. Home inspectors are a must to keep from closing with issues that are not addressed after closing. Read the covenants and decided if this this the place for you. Onsite property management is inexperienced and difficult to navigate.
