From sales through Construction our experience has been great. The only hiccup so far is lack of timely response to emails to our Customer Service representative.

Everything went very smooth from start to close. Very easy process for building a new home. The only issue is lack of options along with extremely high costs for any upgrade. Love the house and the community so far.

Love the house and the quality and craftsmanship. Only a couple of things were not up to par. The electrical outlet for the dishwasher and garbage disposal was backwards. Ended up getting fixed the grout in the second bathroom in the shower is cracking. A few of the bricks for the porch are loose. My wife is supposed to be putting in for the issues we have. overall love the house.

My experience of buying a "spec" home (already framed) in May 2025 was so easy! First, Derrick showed me several and with the designer selected products, I was able to visual the final look. I decided on the perfect house for my needs, in a 55+ community. Jim was the construction manager and he kept me informed of the progress with photos and emails. He's been a great resource from the start. The team that built the house is working in a time of rapidly increasing costs. From the beginning with the sales person until my home was built, the process went fairly smoothly. I am satisfied with the quality of my home as I have had two customs homes built in the past. There have been a few problems since I moved in and I find the responses are slow to nonexistent considering I have emailed Pulte and the HOA a number of time about the same problems.

Obviously, building a new house can be a complex undertaking, with a lot of different people providing work through the process. It really can never be a perfect completion the first time. We are all human and there are mistakes that happen or quality issues that need addressed. I am working with the builder now to repair some of the damage caused when it was determined that some of the watershed for my property needed to be extended. Extensive damage was done to my irrigation system. This was quickly and quietly repaired by the Pulte Co.

Everything went very well. Construction manager has not followed through on one thing. Still waiting to see if he does Chelsea are. warranty supervisor is awesome. We’ve had some issues and she has gotten them taken care of very promptly and always calls back to make sure everything was charged satisfaction.
