It’s very solidly built home. The quality of the build is outstanding and the design is well thought out, it’s a very livable home. The staff is fantastic, sales, escrow, mortgage, title, construction manager… all lovely humans who are great at their jobs and are nearly as excited for you as you are. If I had one piece of advice to a new buyer, I’d say do the upgrades, eg get the eggshell paint, under cabinet kitchen lighting, a backsplash, etc. There are whistles and bells you can do later at your leisure, but make it easy on yourself and make sure you order all the basic upgrades that you need before you move in your furniture. Horrible all the way around. If you would like to know specifics...we will be happy to share. Before signing our paperwork we ask for a guarantee the water issue in the back would be guaranteed. It was and in writing. BUT...nothing has been done except to regrade 3 times and made it worse and now we have a gulley (small river). We now have all houses beside and behind us flowing in our yard. We are told each week that next week it will be done. To date...no plan, no nothing and we cannot do anything or have any privacy in the back due to their lack of ensuring their guarantee was followed through. If we had known...we would not have signed off. Not only the major water in the back, but poor workmanship inside. All the doors are not working, we have a leak in our slider doors, the front door sounds like a tornado coming through each time the wind blows. We can't close our garage interior door. The exterior garage door holds water when it rains and when opened floods our garage floor. The dishwasher is still out of line and has a 4 inch gap on each side that was supposed to be fixed. The shower door is not level and leaks at the bottom. The door is very light and feels like it will fall off at any time. We were told we would have the larger shower but then we found out it wasn't. Our salesperson said, sorry his bad. Another person had purchased the home before us and the specs were built on her choices. We were told they are not sure they can repair some of these areas. Nothing...you can't get anyone back once you sign. I would not purchase another Del Web home due to the poor communications, poor workmanship, no follow-up and hollow promises. They only buy time by keep telling you next week, next week and those weeks come and go. There are more examples we can provide if you care to listen and do something to eliminate our disappointment in purchasing a Del Web home. When asked how to go up the ladder to get someone to help us...we were told that Pulte will only push it back down the ladder...in other words no one cares. It's a nightmare. We purchased our home to enjoy ...to date we cannot. We also were told we had a premium lot and paid for it...but...you figure out the rest of the sentence. ... More

From the sales agent Renee to the building and warranty team Jeff, Joe and Luis we have been very pleased with our overall experience. The team has been very responsive and timely . We set our expectations to a realistic achievable level and thus far have been very pleased.

We had an outstanding time buying our model home. Brent Felstead is an amazing and wonderful builder and construction manager. He’s the best we have ever encountered. Completely honest, kind, helpful and explained everything in detail that we needed to know about this house inside and out. Extremely caring and wonderful is Brent. He went above and beyond for us on a daily basis. He’s always willing to help in whatever you may need. We are forever grateful to him for making and supervising such a glorious home. Any issues or problems were addressed immediately. He made completely sure everything was in great working order the first day we entered our new home. He checked in with us several times to ensure that we were very happy and always told us he was always here for us. Brent has a big heart and a big smile to match. He’s a wonderful supervisor and more importantly, just an absolutely wonderful person. He made this experience incredibly thrilling for us. Because of his great work, we can live in this house and always feel safe, secure and confident that we have the best-built home. Everything was done with class and care. A home is critical to your happiness in life and we are so happy here and so glad the whole experience was top-notch. Very happy with the home design and quailty; Excellent building manager. Very easy remote close. Some difficulty with getting the lot we desired; ended up with second choice due to poor communication.

We were very pleased with the workmanship of our new home and the oversite of our construction manager .

We have been looking for quite a while for a single story house that provides us some amenities and activities for the future. We found this area to be so lovely and so many great things in a short distance including a future Costco.

Buying and financing our new home through Pulte homes was a seamless and efficient experience. The house is well built and designed. Del Webb Wildlight is a great community with ample amenities.

The home was very well made. A few problems with electrical and home appliances. The refrigerator did not work when we first moved in. It was new and it took a month to get it replaced. It did leave us less than able to feel Del Webb was a reputable as we first felt. Now that we have a replacement all is good.

Build manager promised many repairs to be completed in the first few weeks that never happened. The warranty ticket system seams to be better but we are still working through it.

That Richard and Mark are responsive and informative on any questions I have had on my home and grounds. and Kim from HOA is professional and approachable.

From the first time I explored a Del Web home, through several times that I changed my mind on what home I wanted to purchase, the sales staff and the builder - supervisor have encouraged me and found me a great new home with amenities that appeal to me.

My experience is good. I wrote about the issues I encountered and the only one that was addressed was the electrical issue. I have encounter other issues since the waste disposal doesn't seem to work, and my doorbell doesn't ring. When the electrician came to my house he scratced the front door with his ladder when entering the house

Our home closing date was almost a month late. In discussing with our construction manager we were told closings were being moved around by his manager. Smaller homes were being moved to the earlier closing dates. We also had the closing coordinator try to move out our closing date due to their capacity, we pushed back on this and the held to the date. BUT this is really not ok, all teams should be aware of delays and address so the same house does not keep getting pushed out. We had to pay an additional month of storage on our house hold items. Our home was a mess on closing date, the cleaning was unacceptable. We have a lot of tile floors, when I raised concerns about the poor cleaning of the floors as they were filthy, our construction manager told us the cleaning crew used up 5 mop heads and was unwilling to clean any better. Why would anyone think this response was ok? We had to spend over 8 hours scrubbing our floors before we could even move in. We have built 6 homes, I have never been disappointed with my prior homes on closing date. We built a home with Pulte in 2014 and it was very good quality, the home is clearly not. The quality of trim / finish carpentry is very poor, and they way they are trying to correct this is consistently making it worse with every attempt as the person they are sending clearly has received no training on how to fix these issues. Some things can not be fixed with with sanding, corners should be crisp not rounded, split and cracked molding can not be caulked to repair, and rather than trying to fix items should be replaced. I’ve been in my Sonoma Cove plan built at Del Webb Lake Oconee for about two months now and love it more everyday. It’s very energy efficient and the quality of the customizations are highlighted in such an open plan. Compared to other places, Del Webb Lake Oconee has a great value for the cost. It is really a slice of heaven. You get the beauty & experience (and access) of a lake in a rural setting while having all the convenience of a suburban area. It’s a great place to buy even before you retire since it’s like a vacation resort. Nikki was a very helpful sales agent & Daniel was patient throughout my many requests (I’m very detail-oriented). I compared retirement communities all over the US and so glad I found my dream community at Del Webb Lake Oconee. The residents are wonderful & helpful. There are lots of activities so you can be involved as much or as little as you want. I am now trying to get friends and relatives to move to Del Webb Lake Oconee so they can also have a slice of heaven and have a paradise of their own. ... More
