Pulte made the entire process seamless. Used their mortgage co and title co and as advertised they coordinated behind the scenes. Overall pleased with build quality and responsiveness to questions throughout building process. Weekly progress updates were also quite welcome.

The first time we visited Del Webb's Carolina Overlook, we knew we wanted to live here. From our first meeting with our sales rep, Richard, to our last walk-through with our construction manager, Zach, everyone at Carolina Overlook worked diligently and promptly to make our home building experience a pleasure. The quality of the materials and construction work are first class. There is a wide range of home sizes and styles. Each home model has a large number of architectural options that allow you to customize your layout to suit your personal needs. Liz helped us with getting oriented and Karen worked with us in the design phase to make sure everything we picked out would look great together. She even helped us stay within budget, which was a challenge with all the great selections in options and materials. Our home was finished and ready to move in ahead of schedule. Every deadline was met and our construction managers, Joey and Zach, made sure to keep us informed with weekly progress updates. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are super friendly. The process was pretty seamless

We are enjoying our new home. We have only had a couple of minor things that will be addressed soon. We loved our construction manager, David. He was amazing to work with. When we bought our new home we did not realize that most everything costs extra, including the land. We are enjoying our new neighbors that we have met so far, as our street is new and not many houses completed yet. But, will be soon. Everyone we have met is super nice. The whole process of designing and decision making process down to the grout.

Overhead porch light dropped down with wires showing; Garage door frame not flush against door area; bathtub takes hours to drain; only very hot water from shower - no cold or warm: only cool and warm water from other shower. The first two items were promptly fixed after reported; bathroom items not responded to had to report again. They should be fixed soon. No timeline given yet.

All of the personnel we dealt with were very helpful, the entire building process went smoothly and was very timely.

Del Webb functioned like a well-oiled machine. While the closing was very easy... let's just say they needed a little more oil in that functional area. They did not get closing numbers to us in a timely manner as promised.

The transaction from day of offer to the day of closing was very smooth. It was convenient to work with Pulte mortgage and Pulte recommended Insurance Co. I felt like there was always a person leading the team and helping me every step of the way to make the closing happen with no problems.

The contractors who came just before we closed to fix items seemed to be a little careless with how they left the repaired items and footprints all over the hallway and kitchen.

My experience with Del Webb Stone Creek was very good. Rob, my construction manager was very good. He kept me informed during the building process by taking frequent pictures and sending e-mails. He always answered my phone calls in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my new home.

My wife and I relocated to North Carolina from New England. On a recommendation, we were told about Del Web and the Overlook community. After our first visit, we decided that this was the lifestyle we were searching for and looked no further.. The entire process from start to finish was enjoyable. Now, we constantly ask ourselves why we waited so long to make this life changing move.

Our Pulte rep outstanding. However, contractors need to show for appts. Rep schedules but contractirs no show on occasions.

We learned very shortly after moving to Del Webb that it was the right move. The residents and staff are terrific as well as the Amenity Center. Overall our build experience was very good, and we had a great construction supervisor. He was enjoyable to work with and always addressed any issues in a prompt manner. Go Dennis!!!

The staff in general were great to work with from beginning to end. The Purchase, closing and move in went smoothly. Everything went as promised. Several small issues post move, but all were taken care of in rapid fashion. Beware the basic paint option on the interior is not very good. Anything that rubs against it will leave a mark. Not the builders fault, we chose to lower cost option. Ton's of little details to be aware of but everyone has been very helpful. There are deadlines to have your back yard landscaping complete. You must turn in the detailed plans 3 months from closing date and complete the project in 6 Months, which could be a problem for someone on a tight budget. While my experience was phenomenal, the Pulte organization has placed their best professionals at this project. Trisha, our sales rep is like no other I met at any other development I considered. She really cares about her clients. Nancy the design professional was an absolute joy. Garrett, the Contstructon Manager was unbelievable. His ability to maintain JIT phases on multiple homes being built is outstanding. I would have liked a higher quality of windows and the landscaping and gardens (included in our home) is very disappointing. Two shubs were dying when we took possession and most of the others are in a state of failure. ... More
