When we first moved in there were a few little things that needed taking care of. At first we were worried however John has been very helpful in taking care of all the issues and put our minds at ease. My home was finished on time and they were very attentive to us. Everyone in the community is very friendly and happy. There is a lot of things to do here. I highly recommend this community.

The whole process from start to finish was extremely seamless. The satisfaction of choosing your lot, floor plan, and finishes is so gratifying. We love walking into OUR home each and every time.

Overall excellent and very responsive to any and all questions or concerns. A very good value for the price. Amenities are excellent. Highly recommend Dell Webb to anyone.

Not all options were presented to me initially. The completion date was given as October, but closing didn’t happen until December 19! Trees planted at an extra charge fell over within 3 days. They were obviously set on the ground and not in a hole. When reported, I was told no warranty on any landscaping. That included the 3 hollies by the front door that were dead before I moved into my house. All lights in Master Bathroom (8 bulbs) and kitchen (3 bulbs) quit working 2 days after moving in. I reported the problem and was told it must have been a bad batch of bulbs. I would need to buy bulbs to replace them! NO bathroom fixtures were included in the 3/4 million dollar home! Never was I informed of this. There was no choice on light fixtures nor was there an allowance for me to furnish my own. Kitchen dining area light fixture is not centered and when it was highlighted during walkthrough, the Contractor said he was not allowed to correct the obvious error. I paid an extra amount for surround sound through Phoenix. The company representative assured me not to worry because they would install after moving in. I was paying for the pre wiring. I have not heard anything about the surround sound system after 7 weeks and totally regret working with the Del Webb recommended company. We selected the Parklane model on a great lot with view of Lake Las Vegas. Learned a lot on buying cycle for a new home. Selection of Model, lot premium, structural upgrades and Design Center. Suggest people to get their favorite model and lot, this is where your money should go. Structural upgrades should be for ceiling fan wiring and sink in laundry room. Design Center upgrades should be very minimum, this is where prices are marked up high, save your $$$, just DIY or hire a contractor to complete your list , you will save tons of cash. All in all Del Webb has been a great experience.

We enjoyed the process of buying and having the house built with our choice of designs.

Sub-par workmanship and lack of attention to detail in multiple phases of the build process. They're building too many, too fast, given the amount of supervision they have and with their (obviously) limited access to workers who are skilled.

We weren’t thrilled with the sales process, but the construction and lending teams more than made up for it. Everything happened exactly as they said it would. Very pleased!

Everything was rushed to get us to close on Pulte's timeline. The workmanship was not good and the follow-up/warranty process is the same. Unfortunately there is no one to speak to who has the ultimate power to help us with the issues we are having

We recently purchased a new home built by Pulte in the Del Webb - Nocatee Community. Every aspect of the contract negotiation, construction & final closing was smooth & professional. The quality of the construction exceeded what we expected from a large production home builder When we had a small warranty issue the response was amazingly fast and the problem was resolved in one day. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied & would not hesitate to recommend Pulte Homes to anyone searching for a new construction home.

Our main contacts with Pulte/Del Webb, Andrew on sales, Prija on design, and Ben on construction management were knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Ben is the best communicator we have encountered and stayed on top of logistics throughout the build. As a result we closed on budget and several weeks ahead of schedule. Our only criticisms are certain preferred vendors charge an excessive markup and the title company is not helpful.

We had a very good experience building our home with Pulte Homes. From our salesman to the design expert to the field manager at the end. All were excellent. At our final walkthrough before closing several items were noted that needed attention. Our field manager had everything taken care of within a week.

I've only been in my new home in Del Webb Nocatee 55+ for a month but with all the activities to participate in, I feel blessed to be in this Del Webb community. I've made a lot of new friends and am really feeling like this is no longer a house.... it's my home. Fostering friendships, keeping active and feeling safe and secure seem to be the main goals of Del Webb's mission to its residents. They have succeeded! I purchased a single family home (detached, not a villa) and feel like its value was far beyond what I paid. Highly recommend Del Webb!

Many items needed repair,adjusting or replacing. Still waiting on service for some issues. We were advised to wait until the 11 month inspection period and review.unless an emergency. Frustrating and time consuming to wait for service. Please investigate before you buy.

Most of the customer facing staff did a good job especially Lauren, Daniel, Randy, Bryson and Elena. The staff behind the scenes, the decision makers, could care less about the homeowner. Pulte policies and decisions are all about maximizing profits as opposed to creating a quality product and satisfied customers.

Our home was built in 4 months from contract signed to closing thanks to our construction Mgr Tim Cook.Great Communication throughout the process.

Both project managers were excellent. We had not issues with minor defects being fixed

6th home build and definitely an overall bad experience. This new community was rushed into the market with not enough managers or trade skills. As such, a majority of us first dwellers suffered and are still suffering. Too many issues to list but we do have a list and pictures. One example, the handles on the garage doors had paint fingerprints on them, were falling off and the attaching hardware was all rusted! No excuses. Just hope Del Webb takes care of all the issues then maybe my assessment with move more into the positive.

Home meets expectations. Good homebuying experience.

Best option is to not take any indoor upgrades and have house redone after close. The inside walls with the orange peel finish are horrible. Everyone hates them yet they will not let you change.
