From start to finish the Pulte team was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They addressed questions in a timely manner and as promised gave weekly updates on the progress. I still have a couple cosmetic items that were not noticed prior to closing but those will be easily fixed. Would highly recommend the Sagebriar neighborhood. Looking forward to all the amenities to be up and running next year, lots of energy here for sure.

Great home for money spent. Overall a good experience. A few issues. Issues were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. Construction manager is great to work with. Really like all of the upgrade options Pulte offers. A really nice neighborhood to live in.

The lot we loved in Del Webb Sun City had not been released for purchase. Our sales representative, Paul, did an outstanding job of keeping us updated to the release date so we were the first to put money down. Paul did an excellent job keeping us informed of the construction. The house was completed on the estimated date that was given to us at the beginning of the process. No issues. I needed a move in ready home and couldn’t believe how easy it was to find one in Del Webb Mallory Creek! After moving in, I had a few issues that needed fixing and response time was better than I expected. The longer I am in my new house, the more I love it. And being in a 55+ community means there is always something fun to do!

She guided us through the process and worked to ensure we were informed and happy each step of the way. Our superintendent Heath, was always available. Overall everything went well with the sale and construction of our new home. Couple of things that Pulte should address. 1) Move the floor outlets in some of your models, easy to spot go look in your models for rugs that cover extensions cords.. 2) Install soft close toilet seats. For this level community that should be standard. The local staff is awesome from Sales to Production.

We decided we wanted a new, bigger home in Sun City. Our realtor introduced us to a Del Webb sales associate who was delightful to work with. She showed us an available home that would be completed in a month and it was everything we wanted in a new home. We bought the house and it was completed on time. The home building manager was very responsive and very detail oriented so our new place is just beautiful. Overall everyone at Sun City Texas has been a pleasure to work with and we appreciate the high quality materials in the house.

We had the best sales manager and project manager we could have ever asked for, I have built several homes in my lifetime and these two exceeded my expectations. There were a few "average" items within our home that I was surprised Del Webb would find acceptable, but overall, I could not have asked for a better buying experience and project team. Well done!

We enjoyed our experience building our new home at Kensington Ridge, starting with our salesperson Julie who guided us in selecting our lot and floor plan and exploring and pricing our various options. She patiently answered all our questions- and there were many! The designer Kim helped us pull together all the design elements. And the construction crew led by Mike, Nolan and Frank provided weekly building updates and were very responsive whenever we had concerns. Since we moved in, issues have been promptly addressed. Our neighbors are great. And have you seen the clubhouse?!? Wowza!
