Craig did a great job of keeping me informed with weekly updates as construction progressed, including pictures. He was quick to respond to my questions and concerns.

The walk thru went o.k. with the builder, some items where in need of replacement and/or repair and for the most part were done. Some items were not checked, (i.e. irrigation system) and it is NOT currently working properly. It was an Inventory Home, and we needed to move quickly, so we saw what we liked, but later found out that the house was not in a condition that needed to be. As an example, the PAINT workmanship needs a lot of improvement! Since the interior paint was already an upgrade, we had no option than to accept it. We pointed out some places that needed to be repainted, but after moving in, we found that the painters had still missed some areas, but even more concerning was that their attention to detail was terrible! Splatters of paint thru out the house, on the floors on the carpet, in the pantry/shelves, light switches painted, on the master bathroom commode and on the kitchen cabinets! Every time we do something or move something in the house, we continue to find problems with the paint job! Unfortunately, we didn't have the option of not having the paint upgrade because we would have never opted for that option! It was somewhere in the neighborhood of $2300 dollars for the upgrade (I believe) and NOT WORTH IT! Other items were also found to be in need of looking at or repair or replacement and we have contacted the appropriate personal with a list of items last week and was told via email that someone would contact us within 24-48 hours, and WE ARE STILL WAITING! I am not one to wait or have someone give me excuses for not contacting us, especially with all the forms of technology now a days to get in touch with someone, so I am also not one to continue to ask and submit issues when it was already done in the first place, so I will then start doing things myself and not be dependent on Del Webb to do what they promised to do. It might seem like some minor details to some, but you expect for the builder to at least follow up and let you know that they will eventually get back to you and take a look at your concerns! Finally, we did buy the Del Webb property because of its location! It is currently nice and peaceful and that is something we hope to enjoy for years to come! Total experience was very pleasant from Sales, Design, Construction, Customer Service.

Quality throughout and a great support team.

We have purchased and built six new homes and the Pulte experience is the worse by far -- from purchase to move in. *Sales: Misinformation on several occasions. *Design Center: Quality of the design center and lack of adequate staff guidance and again -- misinformation. *Time line of build: (again) misinformation. *Mortgage: Absolute fiasco (left hand does not know what the right hand is doing). Again -- misinformation. *Quality of workmanship: Barley adequate. They don't have time to insure proper installations of flooring, fixtures, etc. A regional representative told us they didn't have time to measure for proper tile installation. * Key Complaints: Misinformation, lack of coordination (all aspects of the Pulte experience) including: sales, design, construction, mortgage, insurance -- ALL Pulte entities do not coordinate with each, and the customer gets lost (and misinformed) in the whole of the process. ... We had the best home buying experience ever, from the reception from Liz at the front office, to Deandre in Sales and the awesome Tomas as our Construction Manager. It doesn't get better than this.

I would recommend then to others without hesitation

Overall good however the mortgage process was extreme.

Experience was really good, but too many restrictive HOA rules. Would not do again due to the restrictions.

Was a great help and always very responsive to any issue we had and a great asset to the organization.

Excellent communication from sales representative, and main contractor. Design Center consultant very helpful and patient. A pleasant experience from start to finish.

My issues where addressed promptly and resolved. Trevor was responsive to my questions and concerns.

Great experience from 1st encounter with sales team to the construction manager for quality workmanship through the construction and the all supporting team members upto the final walk through before the closing. I would highly recommend Del Webb home to anyone looking to build a new home.

Smooth easy process. Our option selection process went smoothly and the building schedule was pretty close to what we expected. Our construction manager Alexis swiftly took care of any issues before and after moving in.

Ronnie was great. Kept me informed each week. Made process easier since I lived 2 hours away

Overall it was a good experience. My major concern is with the subs and their desire for quantity over quantity. It was always corrected but the point being, why not do the job right from the beginning.

Everything seemed to go smoothly from the first look at the the house to the closing.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was great. Highly recommended for a 55+ community.

Construction manager was very responsive and worked with us closely on most issues. A few quality issues with appliances, plumbing and light fixtures occurred. I think Pulte is an excellent builder for framing and flooring, and have confidence they will address the issues appropriately.

Closed on home middle of January ,had to close per contract.House was not finished ,it is the end of March still waiting on multiple items to be done.If a home is not ready should not close.Our money is tied up and the house is not finished.

From start to finish, the Pulte employees and especially our construction manager, Tommy, were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. They made the process of building our home enjoyable.

Mortgage application and approval process cumbersome and redundant. On Line process not good. Pulte insurance not responsive to questions. Responsiveness to issues with construction after closing slow and some things after more than a month not done.

Our sales rep always wanted to be helpful and was always pleasant. Unfortunately, we sometimes wondered about her level of familiarity with the product. At the front end, we had to ask LOTS of questions and we would have preferred to have all options presented to us. Had that occurred, we might have purchased additional items; this is especially relevant to the pool - no one was available at the time we had to make pool decision to provide all options. (We were told a pool rep would be present and that do not happen.) Also, a two-hour design appointment is inadequate - we would have liked to visit the showroom n our own multiple times to consider all options and then come to design appointment better prepared. Patrick was exceptional. Highly knowledgable, always helpful, a stickler for high quality and always on top of things. Unrelated to above, we were highly aggravated by the lack of flexibility provided by the company for a closing date - rather than provide some reasonable options that all could agree to, we were dictated a single date. Neither our sales rep nor the construction supervisor are delegated any authority to work with the customer. A very big negative. As a general observation, the finishes on the home are mediocre. The wall finish is inconsistent throughout the house and even within a room; there are paint and other materials that were not adequately cleaned up and have yet to be addressed; and the finishes around electrical switches is sloppy. Also, since our closing, we have heard from NO ONE about the remaining items on our pre-closing punch list. That lack of responsiveness (and neglect) could infer that "closing" is more important than service. Any chance w might hear from someone? Everything has been smooth and has surpassed expectations.

Although brand new at the Chauncy Lake property, Cindy responded quickly to questions and addressed issues promptly. Joe Robillard, who did the walk through and follow up repairs responded quickly and promptly making a pleasant maintenance experience. Thank you.
