we bought a mystique we added the extra room and bathroom. we love it they said it would take about 150 days we got our home in 132 days. there where some issues but they took care of them immediately. I did the lanai and outdoor kitchen on my own I did it for half the price. but overall our construction manager josh was great he would send us pics every week showing us the progress. we had been looking for a home for two years. and as far as builders go I think pulte is one of the best builders out there

We worked with Michael from the sales office. He was outstanding and we had built a relationship with him from when we started looking a year and a half ago. Steve was great at addressing issues in our walk through. Sheree has been a joy to work with and on top of her game.

From beginning to end our build process was really a pleasure. Our only complaint was, we wish there were more selections with the finishes and weren’t so rushed to make decisions. Our construction manager Mike was outstanding and made this experience enjoyable. We had no worries with Mike overseeing everything. He was extremely meticulous and really cared about things getting done right.

We built a new house from the dirt up at Sun City Anthem @ Merrill Ranch. The experience and build quality was excellent. The materials and technology used are the very latest. The design center provides a vast number of choices to make your home your own. And the construction supervisor assigned gets to know you personally and was a super responsive resource throughout the process. Of course, like most new homes, the base pricing is deceptively low requiring at least +50% in upgrades to get to the house you want, but the end purchase price is competitive. Del Webb (part of Pulte) also offers their own competitive financing and homeowners insurance, and were very flexible when we changed from a mortgage purchase to cash at the latest minute. After living in our new home for a month, we have noticed imperfections in cabinetry and sloppy trim painting! Some that we couldn’t see due to being overwhelmed with the plethora of newness, but should have been caught by Project Managers inspections. It is embarrassing to have family and friends point out some of these things. We have been advised not to contact anyone unless it’s something serious for correction, but wait for the one year “punch list” to correct minor imperfections. So we have to live with these things for a year? You are providing homes to seniors 55+ who are being overwhelmed with all the activities and responsibilities of moving and possibly selling their former homes! We sometimes miss the minor imperfections which Pulte shouldn’t! I’m 98% happy with our home, but bothered by the minor things. Pulte insurance was easy to deal with. The actual closing was a breeze! Pulte mortgage was a different story. There is a Pulte mortgage (PM) representative on site! She was our initial contact with PM. But we were passed on to a PM representative in another state to deal with via emails and phone. Then we were passed on again to a third PM representative! It was very confusing for a senior not skilled in the new use of electronic communication and signing! Documents sometimes had to be resubmitted after not being located or lost due to the transferring of PM representatives! PM was the weak point in the smooth operating system from sales to completion. You may want to look at their function and manipulate it for simplicity towards the 55+ seniors you are advertising your developments towards. ... More

Beautiful house layout in a great neighborhood. Kitchen and bathroom with selections from designer Elizabeth are excellent. Open floor plan is very livable. Construction manager Zack was very responsive and exceed our expectations for getting everything corrected before closing. The closing process went very smoothly and there were no surprises on the prices or closing costs. We're very happy with the community and the home.

This is the second over 55 community we’ve lived in and, by comparison, the build process was much smoother and much better communicated here. Our builder, Alexis and sales contact Beth, were both wonderful to work with. They kept us apprised as the build progressed and followed up when we needed them too.

materials offered are low-medium quality and limited in options. high-end materials (e.g., fully finished kitchen cabinets) are not available.

Ana was a sales associate that was very helpful with no high pressure. The entire Pulte staff was awesome with quick turn around on all questions or problems.

Various homes and styles I believe are of interest to seniors. So many amenities offered for a variety of interests. Very friendly and welcoming community.

I dont understand why it took so long to start home once I went to the design center... it was about 3 months delay?

Could improve on architectural features for seniors. Also, every quick move in home (which I needed) had design flaws. (Such as black hinges on doors and bronze knobs, etc etc). Staff has been helpful, but not all issues settled as yet.

Warranty issues handled quickly, very responsive.

Overall, the experience was great. We only had one concern. After paying for the expensive shower head, the door would not swing properly as it hit the shower head. Any new buyers, beware of placement of the shower head regarding the shower door swing. It should be placed higher than the door top.

Buying our new home was easy, so far we like our new home and love the extended garage, we have 2 cars and golf cart. Only down side of purchase new home we have a 2 ton a/c unit it does not keep up if the wife turns the oven on in the day time to bake. Only complaints here. Far as the rest of the house we love it.

We ended up having two builders. The first one was fantastic and communicated all the time sending pictures along the way. After about a month we had a second builder who didn’t communicate at all. Wasn’t the end of the world as others we know in the community sent pictures. The house is very nice and we have been switching out cheep items that were part of the house like tolet seats and facets. There were two issues with the home. The biggest was the master shower is leaking really badly. This was brought up by our independent inspector. Though we were told, by the builder who didn’t communicate, that if there were any issues at all to reach out and he would be sure to get it fixed right away. This doesn’t seem to be the case as the issue isn’t fixed and scheduled for another two weeks from now. All other items from the home inspection were taken care of and pictures were sent as they were completed. We are pleased with the buying experience and the quality of our new home. I would definitely recommend the Del Webb Oak g Creek community to the 55 Andover group.

There are some design flaws. Overall build quality a B- Walls are "thin" Some doors have gaps.

I bought a spec home because I didn’t have time to build a new one. There are things I would have changed if I could. . It was easy working with Josh, my construction manager for the first 30 days after move in. He made the move in easier, He was very responsive and informed me with the process to correct any issues that needed attention. I give him a perfect 10. Let’s call him Mr 10. It was some what confusing when Lorie, I believe was her name, interrupted the process and changed things. I did not do the walk throughs, however, my realtor and my daughter did. The sales office was amazing from the first time we walked in until the sale closed they were friendly helpful answered all of our questions

Everyone at Pulti/Del Web Sunbridge were very professional, pleasant and helpful in this home buying experience. From the young greeter to the sales person to the warrenty individual and the trades people. All were exceptional and polite. This has been a very positive buying expeerience for us. Thank you.

The sales team was wonderful to work with, providing great suggestions and guiding us through the whole process. The construction managers we dealt with were very responsive, and the overall build quality is great. We love our Del Webb community! Our only major complaint is with the HVAC workmanship in the basement. We paid extra for a full basement with higher ceilings so that we could finish it later. Unfortunately, the HVAC contractor ran the ductwork below the ceiling joists haphazardly, with no regard for preserving open ceiling space. Runs that could’ve been place along walls were run right down the center of the ceiling, and some runs were even hung diagonally across the ceiling. The Del webb construction manager told us “that’s just the way they do it,” and “it meets code.” We will have to have most of the HVAC runs redone before we finish our basement. Niko was great to work with. Communication was on time and very responsive. During walkthroughs he was very attentive and even pointing out issues we may have missed. Very thorough in explaining the process.

Sales people were very accommodating and the entire transaction went smoothly. The construction superintendent took care of any issue immediately. Overall everything went well.
