Great construction managers. I think several of the materials have been upgraded and the preparation/installation of materials is greatly improved from our experience 5 years ago. Paint quality could be better. This is our 3rd home in Merrill Ranch in 10 years and we love the community.

Everything went better than expected. The builder was very good and answered all our questions.

Richard was very knowledgeable about Dell Webb, the Carolina Overlook Community, and the types of homes offered. He answered all my questions and as a result I felt very comfortable about my decision to buy a home in this community.

The first time we visited Del Webb's Carolina Overlook, we knew we wanted to live here. From our first meeting with our sales rep, Richard, to our last walk-through with our construction manager, Zach, everyone at Carolina Overlook worked diligently and promptly to make our home building experience a pleasure. The quality of the materials and construction work are first class. There is a wide range of home sizes and styles. Each home model has a large number of architectural options that allow you to customize your layout to suit your personal needs. Liz helped us with getting oriented and Karen worked with us in the design phase to make sure everything we picked out would look great together. She even helped us stay within budget, which was a challenge with all the great selections in options and materials. Our home was finished and ready to move in ahead of schedule. Every deadline was met and our construction managers, Joey and Zach, made sure to keep us informed with weekly progress updates. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are super friendly. The process was pretty seamless

We are enjoying our new home. We have only had a couple of minor things that will be addressed soon. We loved our construction manager, David. He was amazing to work with. When we bought our new home we did not realize that most everything costs extra, including the land. We are enjoying our new neighbors that we have met so far, as our street is new and not many houses completed yet. But, will be soon. Everyone we have met is super nice. All of the personnel we dealt with were very helpful, the entire building process went smoothly and was very timely.

Our Pulte rep outstanding. However, contractors need to show for appts. Rep schedules but contractirs no show on occasions.

The staff in general were great to work with from beginning to end. The Purchase, closing and move in went smoothly. Everything went as promised. Several small issues post move, but all were taken care of in rapid fashion. Beware the basic paint option on the interior is not very good. Anything that rubs against it will leave a mark. Not the builders fault, we chose to lower cost option. Ton's of little details to be aware of but everyone has been very helpful. There are deadlines to have your back yard landscaping complete. You must turn in the detailed plans 3 months from closing date and complete the project in 6 Months, which could be a problem for someone on a tight budget. Slick and efficient from Sales person to closing.

I have had an overall great experience both shopping for & purchasing my new house. I very pleased with with the home itself. Great attention was paid to the details.

I enjoyed a seamless design and building experience. Del Webb has hired very knowlegeable and staff from the sales manager to construction manager and every staff person is very conscientious.

I can only say positive things about the construction of my home.

The house has warranty on everything.

Our project manager did an excellent job and worked with us the entire way. Felt like I could trust him when I was not around. He was super responsive to my concerns and questions and made sure that every detail was addressed especially at the end of the build. Morgan is an excellent Project Manager!

Overall Pulte did an excellent job. However, upgrades were overpriced and wire shelves in the closets are unacceptable at this price point.

Home was delivered when promised. Max is very responsive to all questions and problems during and after delivery.

Michael and Niklas were really helpful and responsive. Their knowledge about construction was very good. They were also so personable that it was a pleasure to work with them.

We had a wonderful experience. Our sales person (Jill) and construction manager (Ben) are amazing. During the build Ben sent us weekly updates and was always there to answer questions. We really like our home and the Del Webb development.
