It's beautiful, was clean at closing, value is above average, and the entire team was pretty responsive. Energy efficiency appears outstanding and quality is above average. Interior paint job is adequate and the standard carpet padding is below average. Overall we are pleased and look forward to enjoying it.

There doesn't seem to be a response to items that weren't noticed at walk-thru.

We have had the "pleasure" of "building" three new homes in the last 4 years. The construction process with Pulte/Del Webb was by far the easiest, most enjoyable, and stress free. Our Construction Manager, Austin, kept us informed all the way through. And went out of his way to ensure that any issues or concerns were dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. We love our new home and community!

It’s great to be back

The only thing that would improve is to give the buyer a 3 day pause after selecting in the design center. We wanted to change a few things after we thought about it and was told we couldn't. Our construction manager, Jack, was excellent to work with!

I was told when I signed papers the build time would take approximately 8-10 months, then when the build process did not begin when they advised it would I was told not to worry now the build time has shortened to 4-5 months. Well, that did not happen either. It took over a year from the time I signed papers until the closing. Once the build manager, Jack, began communicating with me he gave weekly updates and photos which were exciting to receive. Now that I am finally in my home/I am very happy with it. However, I have a sour feeling when finding out neighbors, who bought 6 months after me and closed the same week I did , had received $50,000 in upgrade credits. ... More

Everyone on the team who assisted us in selecting the home, the design, and then the construction was professional, courteous, and welcoming of feedback and resolutions were clearly shown and communicated to us.

From the beginning of our experience with Del WebbNorth Penn through our closing we have nothing but praise for the entire team. Matt, our sales professional made us feel like this was home even before we signed for our townhome. Nancy, our designer, listened to what we thought we would need and made suggestions that allowed us to envision our dream. We came back with a pillow from our couch and she help us make sure our design picks were in line with what we wanted. There are no words to express our gratitude to Alec, our construction manager. It's hard being in another State wondering if things are going well. Alec kept us up to date on the progress and when construction was completed worked with us on a timeline that worked for closing. Our walkthrough went well and any major or minor issues we identified were handled. We were made to feel that our requests were out of line. Lynn did a great job helping us select the features important to us. Nikki put the final touches on our design selections and they are beautiful. Richard put it all together by building our home to completion. We are so happy in our new Del Webb home.

From exploring Del Webb in Wildlight with Jeff in sales to moving in, the experience has been amazing and fast! Crandall our super was attentive and responsive. We feel like we are home!

Adam was the salesperson with whom we worked, He was always quick to respond, was consistently professional. Kevin was the building supervisor and he was great. Such a nice person, clearly concerned about making our home something we could be proud of.

Great neighborhood with very nice amenities. Have an issue identified at the walk through with water damage in the backyard and boundary walls. Builder response was to take it up the contractor board.

Right from the start our Sales Consultant Troy and our Construction Manager Cody kept us updated on a regular basis on the status of our building experience. Originally our home was scheduled for completion in February ‘24 and it was delivered to us in November ‘23. There were a few bumps with our walkthrough but Cody rallied the troops and corrected everything to allow the closing to happen without a hitch. Thanks to everyone for the support.

I would recommend this builder and Del Webb community to perspective buyers looking for an inclusive/ active community setting.

We were out of State for mist of the building process of our new home, but our Dell Webb contact, Mark and our builder, Matt, were very good at keeping us up to date on the process with weekly reports and updates. We were here towards the end and were able to watch it come together and have the walk throughs a bd we are still having warranty work done on little things we have found that need to be fixed. Chris is very good keeping that process happening. Thanks to all!

The order of the work makes no sense. Carpet installed before tile is finished creates dirt all over the carpet; fixtures arrived and installed too early and by move-in date, they were filthy. Cleaning crew doesn't know how to clean thoroughly.

Our construction manager Al was outstanding! He is completely trustworthy, provides stellar customer service and follows through on everything he promises. Made this entire process so much easier!

If I had to summarize our home buying experience in one word, it would be outstanding. Our sales representative was a pleasure to work with, and even though we were out of the area, as the home was being built, our supervisor kept us informed. The representative in the design center was a true professional. First, she listened to our objectives and tastes, then she offered a number of suggestions, many of which we adopted. The quality of construction is top-notch. After the move-in, the customer care department could not have been more helpful. There is a process in place, and it is important that new homeowners familiarize themselves with how it works. If you do, you will not have a problem. My only caveat would be not to get carried away with adding too many extras. The cost of the home can increase rapidly if you don’t keep your wits about you. Stick to the things you really need and treat yourself to a few of the things that you want (but don’t really need). We have already recommended Bayview to a number of our friends. make the move! The construction manager was the best part of the building experience with Pulte. Explained thing very well, quick response to our questions, very helpful.

I would recommend Del Webb to those considering downsizing.

There are way too many issues and problems that we experienced with Pulte in our home buying experience for me to include here. Some important ones: A huge lack of information and tons of contradictory and incorrect information from Pulte throughout, mistakes with the building of the home that I had to catch (the most obvious of which was two doors being installed wrong - "backwards"), the HVAC system not operating properly (and so obviously not started-up and checked properly) so that it's operation caused terrible temperature conditions and used a ridiculously high amount of electrical energy (that we are stuck with the bill for!!!) until the improper operation of the system was corrected (not until more than a week after we moved in), etc. etc. Last example - this review came to us as "Del Webb DW BayView Echelon 65's", but that's not the correct name of the community (just one more bit of incorrect information - that had to come from Pulte - that shows a clear lack of attention to detail, which we experienced throughout the home buying process). I expect better from my 3rd grade granddaughter. ... More

The overall lack of attention to detail is staggering. It started with my arrival to my new home. There is a giant vertical crack that runs right up to my front door. The keys that I was given to the house did not work. I had to go back to the sales office and the construction manager had to let me in. Locksmith had to come back to re-key the locks. There are chips in the exterior stucco all over the house. Grout is missing in both bathrooms. There are chips in the fiberglass surround in one bathroom. The list goes on and on. I tried repeatedly to work directly with my Construction Manager Chad. I have since given up as only one small item was taken care of. I read reviews online about Pulte and really hoped that they weren't true. Sadly they are. ... More
