Construction manager was great. Responsiveness to problems/issues that needed immediate attention was mixed based on the Del Webb personnel/management involved, but overall items have been addressed when needed. HOA rules are a bit in the heavy side and would personally prefer them to be toned down. Yes, I would buy from them again.

I believe the workmanship that goes into the "bones" of the house is very good. There were some minor issues that came up during the home inspection but nothing that couldn't be corrected. Responsiveness of the Warranty Team is exceptional. I do have some issues with the finish work, nothing earth shattering but of minor annoyance which are: -no toilet paper holders or towel bars in the bath rooms -shelving in the laundry is very high and difficult to reach -garage is drywalled but not painted -master bath door stop could be better, the way it's designed there is a high probability that ...

From the initial contact with the sales center to the final walkthrough and closing, working with Pulte was a good experience. Love the house but not enough electric breakers. The one for the kitchen island and two other kitchen plugs have tripped 3 times in a month and a half.

This wasn't our first time building a home and we've had bad experiences in the past. Building with Del Webb was a pleasure. No build is completely smooth, yet Del Webb was able to explain issues to our satisfaction or quickly respond and correct them in the field. Would recommend Del Webb.

Purchasing Pulte was a easy and smooth experience. Caryn was always available and helpful. Luis the builder supervisor was very good too. However getting house finished two months early, it felt rushed and there were a few details missed.Rob the gentleman that assisted after closing was efficient. Overall a pleasant buying experience!

From contract to closing everything went extremely well. I did have one issue after purchase that I feel could have been handled better . But overall I would strongly recommend a Pulte purchase.

Love the house and the quality and craftsmanship. Only a couple of things were not up to par. The electrical outlet for the dishwasher and garbage disposal was backwards. Ended up getting fixed the grout in the second bathroom in the shower is cracking. A few of the bricks for the porch are loose. My wife is supposed to be putting in for the issues we have. overall love the house.
