We had a great experience with our home build. Art helped us choose the home interior and exterior, Donna, and our realtor, helped with choosing interior options..flooring, kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Kevin and Mike were wonderful with keeping us posted in the home build, and answered all the questions we had. Thanks to everyone for making our experience enjoyable

Love the Del Webb product; this is our 2 nd Del Webb home. Great sales team.

Of course there were some issues to be addressed along the way in the building process. We are happy with our selections and quality of flooring and tile. Now there are a lot more backsplashes to pick from which is why we did our own. There’s an easier way now to pick out exterior color. Glad Pulte makes improvements. We wish there was an option to have the trash container outdoor storage area built with the house. A pain to do it now really. Overall experience is great and Heartwood Savannah location is amazing.

Our experience with this home purchase was one of our best from the sales team on up. If things needed attention, they were quick to respond and our questions, no matter how important, were answered promptly.

Overall, the whole process from visiting the model homes to actual moving in to our home was a very rewarding experience. We chose alot of upgrades to the house. The quality of the workmanship, details were excellent. The entire building team, inspectors were thorough at their job. We received weekly updates on our house throughout the entire process. There were minimal issues or problems and whatever issues there were , they were fixed efficiently. Our recommendations are : need to include niches in all showers. Need to improve the quality of the paving stones in front of the house. They should be packed down tighter. ... More

A truly great experience, LANCE was exceptional, in every possible way, now that we’ve moved in after the sale, he still is standing with us beautifully. Emma, our sales liaison person did a really fabulous job as well as Donna the decorator liaison, and everybody along the way The build was well done, executed in a timely manner, the quality of the construction is truly exceptional, and the fit and finish inside is showcase level Everyone all along the way has been very accommodating, and it was a very positive and joyful experience.

The buying process was great. The quality is good and the responsiveness could be better.

I got a nice call from a young lady that asked me how everything was. I only had three problems at that time and I told her that I had spoke with Tex and I’m sure he was taking care of everything and since then he has taken every taken care of everything and the one thing that couldn’t be fixed now will be fixed in the spring and I feel sure he will do that and I don’t have to worry about it. He’s a very nice gentleman.

The buying experience was very good and all the progreeive home inspections we atteneded virtually and in person were topnotch.The closing experence was also on The top of the game.

All of the people from Ashley to Ben to Patrick to Eddie we both cordial and professional, and helped me to solve whatever issues I had. I would gladly work with any of them again.

Well built home, though the sliding glass doors don’t do much in stopping sir infiltration, warm or cold. The cost of upgrades is very inflated. Where possible I would put off as many of the upgrade feasible until after closing. Great house, Pulte staff exceeded expectations.

Enjoyed the whole experience of working with Del Webb and Pulte Homes. From purchasing and selecting to being part of the build out process. Issues I have had were minor and taken care of promptly.

Review for the Construction experience. Building a new home is a major undertaking, and having the right superintendent makes all the difference. Danial exceeded every expectation from start to finish. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident in every phase of the build. What stood out most was his communication. Danial kept us informed at every milestone, answered questions with patience and clarity, and made sure we understood the “why” behind key decisions. He never cut corners, and he treated our home as if he were building it for his own family. His coordination with trades was seamless, his scheduling was efficient, and any issues that came up were handled quickly and correctly. She helped us navigate countless options—finishes, colors, fixtures, layouts—and always guided us toward choices that fit our style, our budget, and the overall vision for the home. Jenny was organized, responsive, and proactive, keeping us informed at every step and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Review for the Sales Experience Our overall home‑building experience turned out well, but I want to share honest feedback about the sales process so future buyers know what to expect. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during the initial stages, and they did a good job guiding us through the contract and design selections. However, once construction began, we were disappointed to learn that no change orders were allowed — even for small adjustments that would have improved the final result. Later in the process, during the landscape phase, we asked about covering an unsightly electrical pedestal. We were told that couldn’t be added as a change order, yet we were allowed to submit a change order to delete the landscaping portion of the contract entirely. The inconsistency was frustrating and didn’t feel customer‑focused. Despite these issues, the home itself turned out beautifully, and the build and design teams were excellent. With clearer communication and more flexibility around reasonable change requests, the sales experience could have matched the quality of the rest of the project. Communication was definitely an issue as we sold our home a few days after we sold our house and lacked internet access. ... More

Because of medical issues, our living situation had changed, and we no longer could live in our 2-story home. I started looking for a senior community with many amenities. Kensington Ridge fit the bill! My first contact was with salesperson Elaine. What a blessing! She advised and reassured me throughout the buying process and had many great suggestions. She certainly made the buying and scheduling process a breeze as I had to deal with many other situations during this process. The construction process went as planned. Just a few hiccups, but nothing that was not corrected in a timely manner. The construction walk throughs were informative and the closing process was easy. Nolan was readily responsive to my needs with moving in issues. He had work orders ready to fix issues immediately and came to my home himself to remediate some problems. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and pleasant, but I do need to single out Elaine in sales and Nolan in construction as they both went "above and beyond" in customer service. The buying experience was amazing great. Everyone involved from purchase to closing was extremely helpful and attentive. My only concern was the quality and experience of those involved in the finished product. The quality of detail during the final coats of paint and caulking were much less than what I expected to see in a new home. Very disappointed.

The construction manager was very responsive, helpful and proactive. A major problem is a design issue. The way the gutters are installed over the front walk causes water to build up on the walkway causing an ice issue. The water from the leader to left of the garage causes erosion and a hole in the patch of grass at the bottom of the leader. Overall, is a well constructed house.

I bought a spec home. I am very pleased with the quality and level Of service I received.

Jack our Pulte builder lead was great with communications, friendly, weekly status updates, follow up to questions, and spot on when the house will be ready. Quality of the build was great! From the time sales, fiunancing with Pulte representative in Del Webb, to the new home buyer orientation, communication was great! Closing was simple with no issues. There are a lot of amnieties within DEL Webb Nexton and I would recmmend Del Web Nexton to any future buyers.

My experience from Aaron my sales representitive to my construction manager Wesley was nothing but stellar! All the questions or concerns I may have had were handled swiftly.

All worked as a team in a unified fashion to provide an overall excellent customer experience. Minor items requiring corrections after close have been promptly satisfied. Overall a great experience.

In my lifetime (71 yrs), I have had careers in real estate and mortgages. So…. I consider myself a novice expert in these areas. I’m extremely pleased and grateful for the positive experience I’ve had with the purchase of my beautiful home in this fantastic neighborhood!
