My only complaint is the quality of the cabinets. Having trouble with pull outs and doors closing properly. It feels they were lower quality and instillation was not done properly

up front, honest and follow through.

The final day pre closing inspection time allotment is ridiculous. Having to inspect/accept all the fit and finish in that short amount of time is impossible. Then theres pressure to accept findings. After that you're on your own.

Pulte builds a good house, not a great house. We moved from a custom built home with all the upgrades. It was about the same price as Pulte but much better quality finish in terms of fixtures, cabinetry, carpet, paint, etc. The people in sales & construction are very nice & helpful. Pulte pushes partnerships, some of which are very good & others not so much. I suggest shopping around. Be diligent about your walk throughs and follow up. Once you move in be prepared for an unreasonable HOA process in terms of time to review & approve requests and some silly rules.

The home buying process was easy and we are very happy with the home. We would definitely recommend Del Webb.

Very beautiful house in great area.

We worked with Katie during the purchase of our new home. She was very helpful and made us feel that our expectations were met and she made us feel welcomed to the community. Prior to and after the purchase. Jose was extremely helpful with the walkthrough prior to and after closing on the home. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets in one of the bathrooms. We called warranty and to my surprise they sent a plumber out within a couple of days and the issue was resolved. Great service from the warranty department. We love our new home and the community.

When the 1st phase opened up, we spoke with our sales associated, Amy, and got the process going. Amy did a fantastic job helping us each step of the way. She always answered our tquestions. As things got moving we met with the design team and construction team. Our construction manager, Walker email us once a week with updates. After completion we walked throughout the house and noted concerns, which were addressed. I also used the warranty service and they were quick about any issues. Overall I'm very happy with the solid construction of my house. My last house was a custom build, and it wasn't as solid as this pulte house. ... More

All good. No major issues. If we had a problem, they got right back to us and fixed it.

The sales agreement is absolutely terrible--ridiculously one-sided. We initially decided against Del Webb because of the Agreement. But after finally deciding to go forward based on what we learned from a few residents, and the buying and building experience was absolutely first rate. These people do what they say they're going to do, faster than they say they're going to do it, at the agreed to cost. They have strict boundaries regarding options and upgrades, but as long as you stay within those boundaries, everyone is very easy to work with and not entirely inflexible. We've build several custom-build homes, and this is our first experience with a production builder. I was ready for us to be disappointed, especially with responses t post-close warranty issues. But we have no complaints whatsoever, and I'd feel comfortable recommending De Webb Nexton to anyone. ... More

Sales / Decorating Selections: Lisa and Crystal were superb, 11 out of 10 in every way possible. We are pleased with the overall quality of everything except the drop zone. There are marks from the circular saw on the shelves and the where the lid was cut on the seat, cross cuts went beyond the corners as obviously a circular saw was use instead of a reciprocal saw, this “X” marks had to be filled. There is actually a nail splitting one of the shelves and the lid sticks. The cross cuts were filled in but the other issues persist. Post move in was pretty good but a bit less than stellar. Construction manager Clinton was very professional, nice, respectful and prompt during the build process including the walk through and most issues were addressed with great efficiency and satisfaction over the 3 days before settlement. After move in, the initial response to the final punch list by Lyndsey was excellent, but then the ball dropped as some items weren’t addressed by the contractors because, “They weren’t on the ticket”. Poor seal around front door was not addressed for this reason the technician from American Home Builders simply raised the threshold and did not addressed to play in the door that causes a howling with the wind. I’ve reached out to Lyndsey twice by email for follow up over about 5-7 days and have not heard back. Perhaps there is a good reason such as she may be on PTO. If that’s the case, most companies have an automated email response stating such. In that way the homeowner would at least know the message was received, Other contractors were excellent and addressed issues promptly and fully. Luigi with the garage doors, the rep from the HVAC company and the drywall and paint folks were incredible! We love our new home and would highly recommend Pulte and Del Webb. ... More

It was a smooth process building and buying our home. Community is great

Our superintendent, Ron, was extremely helpful and prompt when we had a question as well as the follow up home maintenance coordinator. All the workers for the trades were always very professional and friendly.

Generally great experience. We love the house. Area's that could use attention - Heating system initially was not working properly. System with the vents in the ceiling means the floor is always a different temp. Landscaping is marginal - seems no system to make sure all homes landscaping look great. Our construction manager, Walker, did a great job in fixing and explaining things.

Very pleased with my new home. Quality is outstanding. Beautiful landscape.

1st class it was a great move

Pulte does a wonderful job of helping you through the process of building a home to keep the buyer from being overwhelmed. The various appointments with specialists like electricians, designers and contractors are spaced enough apart that the decision making process never seems rushed. Our experience with our construction manager was exceptional. He was professional and very responsive. We moved in 9 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with our new home!

No major issues to date

My experience with Del Web and Pulte was very good. Although we ran into some rough snags due to my purchase being based on a contingency, the team worked diligently with me to get everything done in a timely manner. Phil was my contractor and Dave was my sales agent. They were both outstanding during my purchase process, always responded to my emails a calls. Purchasing a new home can be overwhelming with all the information you are given. Although I have built several homes in the past from the ground up, there were some things that my experience I thought was standard. However with Del Web everything is an option. This is not a negative blow, buyers just need to be aware so you can get it added. By the same token many of the standard items I received were surprisingly nice, as they had not been standard with my previous builds. My overall experience was great and I love my community!! ... They were very easy to work with. They were open with everything, no hidden surprises. Everything was done as they said. We had a couple of warranty issues after moving in but they were quickly resolved. We are very pleased.
