From the moment we purchased and signed for our new home everyone was very helpful and very professional. From the sales person Mary Beth all the way to our construction site manager, Nick. If we had any questions with the processes, both of them were immediately helpful in answering our questions. A problem with a few contractor issues, but Nick addressed it immediately for us. I cannot say enough about the professionalism with this team. I will only purchase a Pulte home. My son is currently having a Pulte home built. This is our second Pulte home.

Quality of workmanship has been top notch. We are pleasantly surprised.

We love our new kitchen! There are so many cabinets and I love the pull out drawers!

Great construction managers. I think several of the materials have been upgraded and the preparation/installation of materials is greatly improved from our experience 5 years ago. Paint quality could be better. This is our 3rd home in Merrill Ranch in 10 years and we love the community.

Many things done sloppily or needed to be fixed. A waste of my time with scheduling subs to come back, ordering replacement, emails and phone calls. Luckily, the home care team is responsive but it’s been stressful. Not the old DiVosta quality of the past two homes I had.

I did but my home from Germany and everything worked out fine. Love this house.

Very pleased with our new home

Our home is well built and the builder stayed on and ahead of schedules to finish our home. We are pleased with it. Only “quam” I have with the buying experience is the “nickel and diming” when picking out options. For example, Shouldn’t need to pay extra for having a light in a room, especially for the price we pay for these homes.

Todd and Maureen were excellent at their jobs and efforts to tie up the sale and choosing the finishing touches of our new home

Pulte made the entire process seamless. Used their mortgage co and title co and as advertised they coordinated behind the scenes. Overall pleased with build quality and responsiveness to questions throughout building process. Weekly progress updates were also quite welcome.

Liz helped us with getting oriented and Karen worked with us in the design phase to make sure everything we picked out would look great together. She even helped us stay within budget, which was a challenge with all the great selections in options and materials. Our home was finished and ready to move in ahead of schedule. Every deadline was met and our construction managers, Joey and Zach, made sure to keep us informed with weekly progress updates. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are super friendly.
