From sale through construction and customer care, Matt, Garrett and Jim have been responsive and professional in all aspects of their roles.

The sales experience was Matt was very good. Would have liked to know the prices up front for structural extras. Would have opted for the larger back deck. Garrett is a very good construction manager, much better than most, in my experience. Nany was excellent working with Kathy in the design studio. I cannot yet rate Jim on customer care. Am very concerned that our problem with heat in the master bedroom suite is not being handled. The Pulte HVAC installer said not enough air is getting to the master suite. We had some cold days in March. I question the builer's claim about quality.

While expensive, once community is finished will be a nice place to live, homes are very nice, clubhouse a plus, practically no maintenance. Residents very nice and welcoming.

The complete build estimate was very accurate. We moved in on our expected closing date to find everything functioning as it should and the house was very clean. We were very glad to see that the house stood the test of a major wind and rainstorm, with no issues. So far, great!

Experience with the Construction Manager was great

Our sales consultant (Matt), design pecialist (Nancy), construction manager (Garrett), and post-sale consultant (Jim) were all a pleasure to deal with: knowledgeable, affable, and always responsive. We were very impressed with them and with the quality of Pulte's product.

Overall, an excellent experience with the Pulte staff. The process was smooth and our questions were answered promptly. The timeline and walk-throughs at each stage were helpful. The interactive floor plans are a big plus. There were however several problems that should have been detected before closing. First, the keys given to us did not fit the locks. The construction manager had to scramble to purchase and install new locks after we had already signed the closing documents. We also opted for the Guardian Security wiring package, however when the technician came to install the keypad, he noticed that the front door sensor and wire were never installed during construction. He then had to cut into the finished drywall to run the missing wire, necessitating drywall repair and painting. Also, one window had a bad seal and the entire window needed to be replaced. The customer care manager is however excellent and addressed all of our issues in a timely and professional manner. We would also like to suggest a few more options: Wood floors upstairs, water resistant paint for bathrooms and kitchen backsplash (if tiles were not selected), ceiling fans, window treatments. Mechanical room and garage should be painted and wood trim around windows should be included in the base price. We were not aware that the window trim was not included until we asked about it. We were very disappointed with the lack of snow removal from our driveway. The two times it snowed, our driveway was not cleared off and was icy. Excellent experience from start to finish. Matt, our sales rep, was very patient and always responded promptly to our phone calls and emails as we went through the process of deciding whether to purchase and which model best fit our needs. Home was completed within the timeframe given to us which made our move much easier. Very pleased with the quality of the construction.

Work done well and completed early

Working with the staff of Del Webb was stress free. They were very responsive and communicative to our questions and concerns. Our home is beautiful and we love it!

From the beginning of our experience with Del WebbNorth Penn through our closing we have nothing but praise for the entire team. Matt, our sales professional made us feel like this was home even before we signed for our townhome. Nancy, our designer, listened to what we thought we would need and made suggestions that allowed us to envision our dream. We came back with a pillow from our couch and she help us make sure our design picks were in line with what we wanted. There are no words to express our gratitude to Alec, our construction manager. It's hard being in another State wondering if things are going well. Alec kept us up to date on the progress and when construction was completed worked with us on a timeline that worked for closing. Our walkthrough went well and any major or minor issues we identified were handled. We were made to feel that our requests were out of line. My home buying experience went well.

Our experience buying at Del Web North Penn went smoothly and seamlessly! The individuals we dealt with from start to finish: Matt in sales, Alec in project/construction management, Jeff in handling our concerns post closing; were very professional and immediately responded to whatever questions or concerns we had. A “well greased machine!” Kudos to them all! On a side note, three parties from our old neighborhood; and a close friend of ours from another; have put deposits down to buy at Del Webb North Penn after witnessing us making the move and how pleased we were. Guess we opened the floodgates! Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not recognize David, Dawn, and Katherine at Pulte Mortgage. Had some concerns regarding front door and no one got back to us

We are very pleased with our new home buying experience with Del Webb.

Beautiful home development. Quality construction. Great community in a great location.

Over all the experience was good. There were some issues, Brought to Jeff’s attention-awaiting resolution.

Salespeople were knowledgeable about their business and the construction department was fabulous. All aspects of the company so far have been exemplary.

We love the home, the development and our neighbors. We have no regrets buying the home, but I think its important for future home owners to be aware of the issues we are having. Del Webb/Pulte focus on their "quality build" when you are purchasing and building the home. We are hopeful that the construction and "behind the walls" workmanship/material align to that expectation. However, we are disappointed in the quality of the finishing work. We are dealing with paint and stain splatter/drips on flooring and carpet, broken/poorly working cabinets (which have been fixed), damaged kitchen sink, un-level/damaged countertops, poorly finished drywall and trim, an exterior sliding door that doesn't lock properly, a broken baking drawer in the stove, and more. Customer service has been receptive to our concerns, but slow to address them. We've also been told this is a "production home", which is a very different theme then the before closing "quality build", If we had been more aware of the potential finishing issues, we probably would have made different choices with upgrades...such as paying to have the garage finished.
