our builder was the best

Pulte Homes builds a great quality home I am a Building Inspector for the City of Goose Creek and inspect many other Builders in the area and Pulte is by far way ahead of any of the other Builders my Field Manager which I cannot name did an outstanding job on our Dream Home he is a true asset to the Pulte Construction Team they are truly lucky to have such a great employee such as him he made our entire building process and absolute pleasure

I especially appreciated the way my field manager Andrew kept me up to date on the progress of the construction and the way he brought the project in on time despite the supply chain issues created by the pandemic.

I did not live in the area during my home construction and because of the Pandemic, it was basically designed virtually. My builder was aware of my inability to travel and communicated with me throughout the process. He also took photographs of the house during different stages of the production. He answered all of my questions and provided detailed explanations, especially when I seemed confused. Apparently, there was a shortage of appliances because of the Pandemic and my builder offered to substitute any that were not readily available. After hearing my displeasure with the substitutions, he contacted the vendors and all of my appliances originally selected, were installed before closing. Our house was being built in SC and we lived in Massachusetts. We were assigned a Field Manager that talked with us weekly and sent pictures weekly as well. The quality of the build was very good and they stayed on time during difficult COVID times. Once we were near the end we did a few walk through with the FM and they pointed out items that they found needing to be corrected. All in all the process and quality exceeded our expectations. Our Filed Manager over communicated to us which made us feel very much like we were there every step of the way.

We really love our new home and the process with our project manager was awesome! Thanks Michael.

We love the home. There are a few minor problems. But, Mike has been working with us. He has been very good working around our schedule.

Get the extras you want up front, it's cost more after the fact! I got my house the way I wanted it from the beginning and I'm so pleasured not be dealing with construction after moving in. Neighbors have been pricing add on's, and it is more than what I paid. If you want to be social, this is the neighborhood...

This is the second over 55 community we’ve lived in and, by comparison, the build process was much smoother and much better communicated here. Our builder, Alexis and sales contact Beth, were both wonderful to work with. They kept us apprised as the build progressed and followed up when we needed them too.

The sales agreement is absolutely terrible--ridiculously one-sided. We initially decided against Del Webb because of the Agreement. But after finally deciding to go forward based on what we learned from a few residents, and the buying and building experience was absolutely first rate. These people do what they say they're going to do, faster than they say they're going to do it, at the agreed to cost. They have strict boundaries regarding options and upgrades, but as long as you stay within those boundaries, everyone is very easy to work with and not entirely inflexible. We've build several custom-build homes, and this is our first experience with a production builder. I was ready for us to be disappointed, especially with responses t post-close warranty issues. But we have no complaints whatsoever, and I'd feel comfortable recommending De Webb Nexton to anyone. ... More

My wife and I really enjoyed buying our vacation home in Del Webb Nexton. We had a great team who took really good care of us and helped us have a great overall experience. I would highly recommend the builder and this wonderful community.
