WE were living 200 miles away during the building process, but were made to feel we were right there with regular updates. The range of design and finish options were terrific and we felt everyone on the Pulte team had our best interests in mind.

Design choices are decent but limited (we replaced several lights already because they don't fit our decor and no other choices). Construction quality and materials are lower quality. I am very disappointed in the quality of the drywall and painting, fit of moulding, overall construction (we have several walls that are not square!), the tile and grout is poorly done. I think they use unskilled labor for a lot of the work. We were unfortunately unable to be at the house as it was constructed and did not find these problems until after we moved in. I think many of the issues will be corrected ...

We are pleased with our home. We liked all the models and felt that they were well designed, but the Steel Creek was the right one for us. This is our first new home, so the experience -especially during these times of Covid- was a bit daunting. However, the team at Del Webb helped us every step of the way. At all times they were caring, thoughtful, and professional. We are so grateful for their support!

We have had some issues with a water leak since we moved in 2 months ago and they continue. I have followed the process and reported the issue but the response to repair the leak has not been what I had expected. Granted there is new construction happening and the crews may be busy with that but I think after 2 months this should been corrected. The structure itself is fine with very minor issues and we are happy with our location and house size. I just hope this is not an indication of how "warranty issues" will be addressed since we felt that was an important part of our purchase decision.

Our home buying experience prior to closing was very professional and the sales and marketing personnel were very helpful in answering all of our questions. A week prior to our closing we completed a site walk that resulted in a lengthy "punch list" and we were lead to believe most of the items would be resolved prior to closing. The day before our closing, we conducted another site walk and were surprised that most the items were still outstanding. Main issues were never addressed. Disappointed that our sales rep was let go. No continuity in transition. Project manager did not take care of main issues i.e. unstable toilet and flooring. Reached out to Garrett and never heard back. Very poor customer service. Issues should have been addressed immediately. We're still waiting....

Try to hold off on filling out the survey until all major items with your house have been addressed. While we do love our home and the neighborhood I feel the quality of the house is low compared to what I've had in the past (2 custom-built homes). We had to elevate our issues and they seem to be a bit more focused on getting items fixed. There is just not a lot of attention to detail, and while they use name brands ie Kohler it is really the low end of the brand.

From the time we signed the contract, it was all downhill. Communication from our salesperson Bobby G was scant and not helpful sending us to website for needed info that we could not get access to because we did not close yet. We had 3 field managers. The first one was focused on his promotion not our house. The second one seemed good but left for another company. The third was new. He tried but did not make the mark. We had three different building managers during construction. The first 2 were great but the last one seemed to lack the detailed approach of the others. We were Late e in getting into our house due to the pandemic and when we finally got here we found several things wrong and the house was not clean. The process leading up to the build was excellent. The quality of some of the workmanship was not acceptable. Paint left on carpet, wood floors, and cabinets. And stove top. Wood floor has wood missing in planks. Many cabinets not working properly or not lined up . Put in work order several weeks ago and haven’t heard anything.

Attention to details very disappointing. The field manager has tried to help and keeps telling us he understands and is going to "fix" all the concerns. We will see how that goes. So far he has helped on most items. Coments like "we know we have a problem with that" don't give us much comfort.

The people we deal with at Pulte/Del Webb are good people, eager to assist, and are responsive. However their subcontractors are not. The painters are very sloppy, drywall people don’t cover seams properly, lawn maintenance is minimal, concrete work unsightly, poor quality of materials, etc.
