The sales agent who worked with us throughout the process in choosing the materials in the construction and helped to pick out a lot that met our needs but also helped in directing us financially in what we needed to do to make our dream home a reality was remarkably outstanding. Give her a raise!

Their were many obstacles to face due to COVID. Windows were delayed, appliances on back order, However, after a three month delay the project managers, did all they could to find a solution. During that time they continued their best to move what construction they could move forward and worked diligently once the other windows had to be chosen to complete the house as expeditiously as they could. It was a good experience to work with dedicated project managers and so appreciated.

Our only concern is the responsiveness to post-closing issues.

Could use more upgraded trim and doors! Trim painting not done well at all more detail to painting

We are happy with our Del Webb home and with the community My only two comments would be that they don't allow enough options for people willing to pay for them, and it would save them money to do so. They also wouldn't allow us to do some things until after closing that they later allowed people n our same village to do before closing, saving them a lot of hassle - and we are still trying to get it taken care of!

Love my new house, quality building and style. Closed during COVID and didn’t get good support after moving in.

The process from start to finish was easy an fast. I was kept updated weekly on what was going on with the building process.

Our construction manager Brandi made the difference in creating a great experience. She was responsive, caring and gave us great guidance. We were very thankful for her and her friendship. The sales experience was “ok”. Kind of felt like a number here - some room for improvement. Overall we are very happy and glad we chose what we did.

We bought a model home. We love the house and all the upgrades. All have been helpful in answering our questions. But disappointed that Pulte states you buy the house "as is". It them appears that the builder moves on to the next project. And has less regard for the model home .With our home inspection there were some issues found. We are working on those. Furthermore, our neighbors are very wonderful, and as we walk along the paths everyone waves..and they even stop and introduce themselves. Finally, the clubs and activities are great. It feels as if you are at camp.

Quality work done on time and good communication.

Great building manager. Trim & doors leave something to be desired…..Some areas the woodwork looks poor. No touch up paint left for us at all. Wire shelving installed with plastic clips, rather than metal, consequently we had a long closet shelf fall down! very poor that we had to pick everything out just two wks after we signed. Very rigid about changes. We had 3 plumbing errors where there was a pipe in the middle of the den, a drain in master closet rather than utility room, & plumbing put in at wrong end of shower. We were told it would be fixed & yes it was.

Overall we are pleased, however some of the work showed a lack of attention to details.

This was an overall good buying experience. Be very careful when evaluating the upgrades. Sales wasn't always thorough in explaining additional options out there. I recommend looking at the existing homes and see what else they have. Ask a lot of questions.

When we had a question we often did not receive a call back ASAP.

Building was performed on schedule even during the pandemic. Overall we are happy with the results.

Like layouts of homes

Overall, we are very happy with our home. There are a few issues regarding quality of materials that are annoying.

Before I closed, I had concerns about the granite island countertop. I was assured the sealing issue would be handled. It was not done to my satisfaction, but when I emailed Del Webb about getting the countertops resealed, I was told it was a cosmetic issue and one I would have to handle. The problem is moisture leaves a temporary stain and other things, even though cleaned, leave a stain. I have had granite countertops in homes since 2002 and never had this problem. The spokesperson at Del Webb told me my email reached them on day 31 of the 30 day limit and they would do nothing....not a positive experience! ... More

While are superintendent Matt was great, there were several issues with the quality of the contract work. Most notably, the plumbing and the painting. All issues were corrected, but could have been avoided with better quality contractors. The painters were just sloppy and messy.

Purchasing, choices, construction process........all very good to great! Mortgage process.........the worst experience of all!

The home buying process we thought was going to be fun, but it didn’t turn out that way. Several things we wish we could have changed after our sales person gave us bad information. One of those was that he told us we had to have the exterior gas line come out of our bedroom, when we walked around with our construction manager he told us that was not the case but it was too late to change. The second thing we didn’t know was going to be an issue is the tankless water heater, we have never had one, we didn’t know if we needed the recirculating pump and our sales person didn’t give us any guidance on the product, and now we waste so much water waiting for hot water, if he would have explained how the recirculating pump worked we would have been able to make a more informed decision. If we want to stop wasting water we would have to purchase a new one for over $3000.00. Maybe you should have the construction manager in one of the early meetings to explain these things if the sales people don’t know the answers. Because Pulte is so strict in not letting homeowners change selections. That is the most frustrating thing about this process along with a sales person that told us inaccurate information more than once. We would really like Pulte to let us upgrade the tankless water heater to the recirculating pump model, we would pay the extra material costs and labor, areas of having to purchase a brand new model, they shouldn’t even offer the model without the recirculating pump, I can’t imagine that other homeowners aren’t disappointed if they purchased the same model as us, cold water to wash your hands after using the restroom is very frustrating! We have already had 2 plumbers out to diagnose the problem and both said the only option is a new one with the recirculating pump. Not a happy homeowner. ... More
