Home is attractive and comfortable. Some workmanship was quite good, such as tile work.However, quality of paint and paint workmanship was not what I hoped. Most fixtures are fine, but some (toilet seats, for example) were What I perceived as very entry level.I'm not unhappy, But I paid a lot and Didn't get "wowed" as much as I expected.

As with other mass produced development corners are cut to meet deadlines. Del web was not forthright with some of their information. Too much emphasis on meeting closing dates. My sales rep was top notch!

Great concept-poor execution

We were excited about our new home and the lifestyle that a Del Webb community has to offer. But the house has been extremely disappointing. I’ve never seen such shoddy workmanship in the many years I was a Realtor showing all kinds of homes. Just today, one of our neighbors pointed out that our two month old house is about to lose the trim above the garage door. It is barely hanging on! The wood used for trim inside the house looks like rejects from a more quality oriented house builder. It is full of nicks and notches that were just painted over. Walls are crooked and there is paint ...

Closing date delayed 3 times, many items unfinished on day of closing. No plan or communication of a plan to fix issues Can’t trust much of what they tell you. So disappointed.

Being ignored after closing

Our satisfaction with Pulte kind of ran out after closing when we could not get much response from them regarding our paint and tile issues. Our construction manager moved on just as our house was finished, and though he promised us at our walk through that our concerns would be taken care of to date (over a month after closing) we have had no follow through from anyone.

We had three different sales reps during our sales/buying cycle. The first two were promoted during our cycle but unfortunately the 3rd was a "rookie" and we knew more about the product & process than she did by that time. Our workmanship was just OK, but I guess that is to be expected for such "cookie-cutter" houses however the lack of true options to customize things such as kitchen appliances was very disappointing. Our closing got delayed by DW so we had to close when the date came. Several things were undone and we we told they would be done asap. 2 months later they are still incomplete after many promises to get things done.
