Del Webb - I was not happy with the way the my house was done.

I was not happy with the way the my house was done. Painting was sloppy both on the inside and outside. Light fixtures were poorly done. Bathrooms walls are uneven and the fan sounds like a truck when turned on. On a windy day, the kitchen vent makes a flapping sound. Calls made were usually just lip service with no response to fix the problems

The lack of quality and quality control is non-existent resulting in multiple attempts to resolve the same issue. It is exhausting to say the least. There is also no accountability. Pulte blames the contractors and the contractors blame Pulte. Run, do not walk, to a community that does not use Pulte. This has and continues to be an exercise in futility. Forget about any relaxation while you own a Pulte home.
