A lot of probably moved in here July 5 , Communication problem with the work that supposed to be done. at my walk through and a lot of things weren’t done they told me it would be done right away after two months nothing is done. a lot of texting emails A lot of talk no action they told me a Gentlemen be in touch with the five working days were already past eight and there’s been no conversation yet. when is the work going to be done?????? Pretty much a very frustrating experience. Poor workmanship and very poor response at area t number of repairs. I would not recommend this builder to anyone.

We have had multiple quality related issues particularly with finish work. We are on the 5th crew to get problems fixed over a 2 month period and the issues aren’t resolved. Our lawn looks like they planted mostly weeds and DW/pulte is not timely addressing this problem. We would not recommend buying from DW/Pulte.

Nothing good to say. You name it, Pulte is a complete mess. I could write a novel with example after example. Buyer beware.
