Great purchasing experience. We used Pulte for mortgage, insurance, title and recommended closing agent. We have purchased 5 homes over the years and this was by far the best customer service experience. Overall we are generally satisfied with our home. The one issue we have is the sloppy finish work and painting. Our hardwood floor needed to be refinished, have paint on cabinets and multiple areas where paint coverage is insufficient and color is overlapping. The "Options" part of the sales process felt somewhat "high pressured", The Design Center coordinator was very professional... There seemed to be some confusion between Sales and Design as to what was an available option and/or included. Once Our Project Mgr. took over everything went seamlessly....he was professional, always in touch, quick to respond to our questions, and very thorough during the "walk thru"

We have built six homes and this house is a nice home but to be honest, some of the quality of the product that we paid top dollar for was very disappointing. The paint for example is the cheapest grade of Sherwin-Williams there is. Had to have the bulk of it touched up and we still need to address some more paint issues. It totally will need to be repainted and the carpet we had to upgrade to is quite chintzy and disappointing. We do not feel we got our moneys worth. We are overall pleased with our new home. From start to finish, our sales representative was available to assist with any and all concerns or directed us to the appropriate person. The building team leader was responsive to our concerns during and after the House was completed. However, we recommend an independent home inspector and a real estate agent. I had a great experience working with Brian, Jeff and Terry from the initial contact to closing. Unfortunately, once we closed on the home I have run into several brick walls trying to resolve lingering construction issues. I would advise buyers to get everything in writing and never sign off on punch list items that have not been completed.

It seems after Pulte gets your money that they dont have any concerns about addressing your issues that arise after the sale. Emails went unanswered and nobody seems to care about the items that need addressed after the money changes hands.

Beautiful area, designs, location. The quality of the finish work was rushed. Poor painting and quality paint. Ended up 250.00 square foot. That's way too much for the end result in the product quality and finish work.

The experience during the building process was good, but once you closed on the property and gave the rating for build process, service and warranty requests were mostly ignored. Adjacent home sites that were being built were messy and never cleaned up, with trash blowing everywhere and onto our property, as well as noisy trades working until 8:00 PM at night.

My husband and I have had approximately 13 homes in the last 18 or 20 years and at least five of them were spec homes that were brand new by reputable builders. We’ve had many issues beyond anything I’ve experienced with this new house in DelWebb NMB. There was no hot water in the kitchen and the faucet was not working properly. It took about two weeks of multiple phone calls and emails to get a new faucet. There’s a broken door going into the den. I have only been in the house for 2 months. I am sure they will take care of any problems at the 1 year review.I feel very comfortable with everyone at Pulte/Del Webb. There are some design faults which cannot be changed. However the quality of the materials and fixtures are first rate. My main concern is the finish work. Trim poorly installed,paint and clean up should be improved! Our field manager was outstanding and he tried to accommodate us but I felt he was too busy and could not oversee everything.

Sales person shouldgive more in Salesperson should give more detail info on does and don'ts before 2 days before closing. Should be given at contract signing day. More follow up. Just want sell and move on to next customer.

Overpriced homes with basic quality of features and lack of attention to detail. Overpriced design features with limited design choices. No flexibility in design features as per model. Final move in quality lacks completion of all tasks. Still have blue tape on inside and outside home of work not completed. Cleaning team is worthless with windows, appliances and floors filthy. Working with a builder-company has been very cumbersome. Too many people involved to get things resolved quickly (vs one point of contact) and/or spread too thin. The community itself is nice, the amenities, however I am not thrilled that I have lived here one month and HOA dues already increased 7%. One month and there are issues that were maybe part of "punch list" that are not yet resolved and I have no idea who to contact about them and get the stuff finished/corrected. I have a cracked window, have no idea who to contact about that, etc... It is not a particularly friendly community, ...

I love the home. The buying experience was as good as I believe it can be. Construction Manager was very responsive DURING CONSTRUCTION but after did not return numerous phone calls and texts. Landscaping around my house was very poorly installed. It took weeks to get even a small thing addressed and the large item still has not been.

Overall it was a avg experience There were things that we would of liked to do but they were not a option..we did see alot of waste going in the dumpsters during every home build. With the cost of lumber we were amazed! Since this is a new community and we are at the begining of the build hopefully it will reach the standards of other del webb communities..this is our 2nd del webb home. Thank You
