Excellent experience with sales rep, design consultant and construction supervisors. Follow up after move is exceptional

Our construction manager Shelby was responsive, attentive, and friendly. She really made our experience wonderful. Our sales person, Jim L was patient and extremely helpful. Every time we had a question, he responded quickly with he information.

Bought a "spec" home, so didn't get to choose any of the features, but love my new home! Would have preferred a few things different, but the house is comfortable and beautiful. Small repairs were handled quickly by the friendly and helpful warranty guy. Living in Sun City is wonderful!

We had a good experience from the initial meeting, through the build. In the beginning they sent updates by emails. Towards the end we received a phone call every other week with the update. If I sent a question by email it was responded to by either email or phone call. Overall, we were satisfied with our entire experience.

I had good experiences with my sales associate, and also the Pulte Project Manager.

Like our new home. Some finishes are requiring more attention

Great people and service throughout the building of my new home in Sun City, Texas. I gave mostly 5 ratings, but did give a 4 rating in 3 categories and here’s why: QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS: - supply chain issues delayed completion of my house by almost 6 months. This was NOT Pulte’s fault but was very frustrating. -so many different people were in and out, working on the different aspects of my home. I did periodic checkups throughout the building and several times the issue had to be re-done again, sometimes more than once. However, my Field Manager, Edward Huncherick, was on top of it EVERY SINGLE time I called him. He and my Sales Rep, Jim Lanier, deserve ALL the credit for how much I am loving enjoying my new home. VALUE FOR YHE PRICE PAID -Again, I gave a 4 instead of a 5, and again, I do not hold Pulte responsible. I just think the entire realty market is out-of-control and houses are overpriced. VALUE FOR THE PRICE PAID: -This goes along with the comment directly above. I know if I were to walk into the sales office today and contracted the EXACT same house, land plot and options/ upgrades, it would cost me approximately $90000 more, so that looks like EXCELLENT VALUE. However, because of that out-of-control market I mentioned, hopefully that value will hold and maybe increase more, but there’s no way of knowing unless I sell. Regardless of my lower ratings in the three categories, I LOVE my new house and the 55+ community lifestyle and amenities. Probably one of the smartest moves I’ve ever made!!! my experience from the beginning to closing of escrow were good. People I dealt with answered my questions and were pleasant .

Our general super was excellent and very responsive. The warranty team is the best I have ever experienced...and I have bought many builder homes over the years! The whole team holds vendors and subs feet to the fire until the punch list is complete!

It took a while to finally move into our new home, but the wait was worth it. Our construction supervisor JL kept us informed on the progress and handled all of our concerns. Our sales representative Jocelyn took care of all the paperwork issues and was really pleasant to work with. We love our new home.

Great location and floor plans

We have had a positive experience in our building process. Our sales consultant, Janet Moore, did a great job of helping us select our lot and providing information on available house plans. We knew that we could count on her to provide honest answers to whatever questions we had. We met with design consultants, electrical design, & construction superintendent. For the most part, it was a very positive experience. I would say that communication and updates we slow in coming at times. I think that with the amount of construction going on that individual attention was stretched thin at times. I am pleased that we were only 2 months late on our projected move in date. With the delay in materials, that is not bad. I will also say that Michael Byrne is doing a good job as our warranty person. He is addressing all of our post closing issues so far. ... More

Great experience with Del Webb

Management is excellent. Mortgage experience with Pulte Mortgage was dreadful.

We were very impressed with the whole experience!

Buying a new home from Pulte/Del Webb is smooth, the construction process is good and the people all round are responsive. We just wish we we told more up front what to expect as the building process unfolded.

The Sales Associate and the Field Managers were responsive, friendly, and efficient

My first home-building experience went very well. The construction manager kept me informed, since I was 1500 miles away. I only wish there had been pictures of the various stages of construction, but that's just me. However, once I had signed for the house, the service request process is incredibly unresponsive and slow.

Had to dig up foundation to determine why water flow not good from bathroom...foreman ws on top of it and explained everything in detail

Well built home. I’m really starting to feel at home in the community.

They were right on the time to finish the house and have been very good if I called and something had to be taken care of. I love the house and think I got a very good deal for what I got.

All went to plan o.k.

In the season of COVID-19, the house was finished early, even with some hiccups in getting cabinets and flooring.
