Great experience with Del Webb

Management is excellent. Mortgage experience with Pulte Mortgage was dreadful.

We were very impressed with the whole experience!

Buying a new home from Pulte/Del Webb is smooth, the construction process is good and the people all round are responsive. We just wish we we told more up front what to expect as the building process unfolded.

The Sales Associate and the Field Managers were responsive, friendly, and efficient

My first home-building experience went very well. The construction manager kept me informed, since I was 1500 miles away. I only wish there had been pictures of the various stages of construction, but that's just me. However, once I had signed for the house, the service request process is incredibly unresponsive and slow.

Had to dig up foundation to determine why water flow not good from bathroom...foreman ws on top of it and explained everything in detail

Well built home. I’m really starting to feel at home in the community.

They were right on the time to finish the house and have been very good if I called and something had to be taken care of. I love the house and think I got a very good deal for what I got.

All went to plan o.k.

In the season of COVID-19, the house was finished early, even with some hiccups in getting cabinets and flooring.

My wife and I were very surprised with the amount of options and choices we were allowed to make. We feel we got a custom home for a track home price.

Tim in sales and David from Austin Reality introduced me to the community values that made the decision to move 1500 miles comfortable. Their support during the build process was above and beyond. Connie in design, provided material recommendations that look spectacular in my new home. Lori turned the final weeks of construction turn from stress to a celebration. Mary in warranty was awesome walking me through the process with kindness every step of the way. My neighbors are like extended family.

Excellent floor plan. Appreciate how I was kept up to date. Disappointed in the interior painting and air conditioning unit didn’t work after moving in.

Notice mistakes or they will not be fixed.

Be involved with the process. Take advantage of offers as well as advice from the Pulte representatives. Be imaginative and have fun. Meet your neighbors. Get involved. It is the Sun City way!

Project Manager Carl was extremely helpful, responsive and professional during the entire building process.

Our builder did a very nice job in the construction of our new home. Overall a good quality product. We are very satisfied with the end results.

We are very pleased with our new home. There were very few items to list on our 30-day checklist for them to come back to remedy. They were very responsive during our move-in period. We would highly recommend Del Webb!

The building manager was great. He provided us with biweekly updates, which were helpful.

Excellent workmanship. The cabinets are many and plenty of closets space.

Sales consultant was very informative and our house came with great incentives. The senior construction manager was fantastic all through the process, what ever concerns we had were dealt with in a cordial and professional manner. He has been awesome! We are very happy with our home, and we would recommend Del Webb Sun City Texas to anyone.

The buying process was easy, but I’m disappointed with the workmanship. The house seems to be structurally well built. The quality work performed by the employees hired by the builder is another matter. The paint job is one of the worse I’ve seen…paint drippings dried up on walls, on the floors, on the door frames, etc. it seems to me that they use paint to hide other issues and hoping that the buyer won’t notice. I expected much better quality based on the price I paid! Within 3 weeks of moving in, I’m having plumbing issues. I have to shower in the guest bathroom because my shower doesn’t drain. Some people might say that’s not a big issue, but this is a BRAND NEW house!!! I have several friends that have been in their houses for barely a year and flooring had to be re-done, causing the great inconvenience of moving out while floors are fixed…to me that’s completely unacceptable! We paid a lot of money for these houses and the expectations of the workmanship should be as high too. I’m praying that I don’t discover as many issues as some of my neighbors/friends have, but, honestly, I’m not too hopeful. I give credit to the builder that they do fix the problems, as they should, but come on!…do the job right the first time around without cutting corners and avoid the cost of redoing things and inconveniencing the buyers!!! ...
