We couldn't be happier with our new home.

Over all the house is good it just seems that after closing things take for ever to happen Are builder Tim turned in a cabinet that had a crack in it to be replaced that has been app. five weeks ago still nothing and then there is the landscapers and sprinkler people that do the worst work i have ever seen. The quality of paint we were able to select from was very poor unable to wash any of it.

Overall great value for the money!

Some of the issues seem to occur because of non professional workers. For example, I am still using a tooth pick to get white paint out of the crevices of my Vinyl Flooring. I had to have a plumber come out for the 3rd time to find out why commode in guess bathroom was not flushing properly. Sprinkler system programed, but was not responding to its pre programed status.

These guys are tops. Certainly professional and a "no question is a stupid question" attitude. Very patient and helpful. I might be naive - but seem trustworthy and deserving of respect.

We love our home. The materials used were good quality but the attention to details is not what I expected from Del Webb. There is a lack of communication and follow through from our project manager. The community construction manager was professional and always handled issues when he was contacted. We closed on our home well over a month ago and are still waiting to be contcted for our 30 day walk. Overall, this is our home and we are glad to be here.

Dishwasher stopped draining - into week 2 of waiting. Refrigerator works -no water coming out again - stove connect to gas has leak, no help yesterday waiting again today

During the ice storm and without electricity my house never went below 62 degrees.

They’re quick to fix little mistakes. But it takes more than 30 days to fix their big ones and still waiting!! Every Monday I text the foreman asking when will the hole in the wall will be fixed? I’m told he’s confirming with the drywall company to fix the gap. To me this is not a gap it’s a hole! When they built my house they forgot the crown molding. So after having to come back in and add the crown molding they laid the molding on top of the vent going into the guest bedroom. Not acceptable so they replaced the vent with a smaller one now leaving a hole. It seems like they can’t figure out how to fix this problem. Next the gaps on the floor going into the guest restroom and the washroom. First I was told that’s the way they should be. But then was told going to make sure. So a threshold was placed on top of the gaps. Again not acceptable! If you step on the threshold you’ll hear a crack sound. This is because of the gaps underneath. Now I’m waiting for them to come and fix that. ... More

Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Del Webb. They have a solid team that will walk you through the process from start to finish. Great community to call home!

A number of small issues on the initial walk through some of which were not addressed properly on the 2nd walkthrough.

Still waiting two months for our refrigerator we paid extra for at closing!!!!!!

It appears that some materials were not up to the upgrade we thought we would have. Also, due to delays on other items, it appears some work such as carpet installation should have been delayed until the cabinets were installed. Also, having an issue with the upgraded tile we chose for the house. It appears to be substandard and chipping for no apparent reason.

Disappointed in the overall care of community. Light posts not repaired. Fire hydrants not painted. Don’t like the looks of the electrical poles in yards,yet home owners association wants us to take care of our properties.
