Overall the experience was good. At times it appeared that the salesperson (Rita) was not in tune with notices that were sent to me. The Pulte representative (Steve) was very helpful and kept us up-to-date of the progress.

Great people, always very helpful

It becomes apparent from day 1 that Del Webb is not interested in their customers. Frankly, every Pulte employee treats customers as a necessary burden that must be endured. Every single thing must be down the Pulte way. The construction of the home is second rate, at best. Lowest bid contractors are selected and there is no follow-up on the quality of the work. All the materials are selected based on the lowest price. Construction is solely designed to meet the most minimum standards. Quality control is left to the Buyer, who is responsible to find and report all the many construction faults.

Our overall experience was outstanding from purchase through our move in.

From the first time we stepped into the sales center and met Jason, our sales rep until our final walk thru with our builder Tanner the entire process was flawless. Everyone was responsive to our questions or concerns and worked quickly to resolve any issues.

Overall, a positive experience. There was no pressure and a model was available to examine. Not being allowed to select room colors was a disappointment. They can keep flooring choices straight in various locations so why not paint colors? The light fixture in the dining room was not centered and there was no outlet in a needed location even though there was one in the model. The kitchen exhaust fan is very loud. There could have been more options. For example, being able to get (& pay for) a solar tube to light center of house. Being able to select ceiling fans rather than pay for builders fixtures and then immediately replace with fans would have been better. A couple of things could have been articulated more accurately - the million dollar termite warranty is actually 100K per year over 10 years and the last 9 only are valid if you hire the pest control company. There was supposedly a deal with an alarm company but that was a wild goose chase. What was done was done extremely well. Both my real estate agent and private building inspector said that the house had the fewest deficiencies they had encountered. There were weekly calls from the construction manager and any questions were promptly answered responsively. The quality of the work reflects on him primarily. Del Webb is fortunate to have Steve. Follow up after move-in was great

My salesperson should have told me I needed a RIGHT hand garage to maximize windows on the east side of our house knowing full well our model (Martin Ray) has only 1 1/2 windows on the garage side. She told us we needed a LEFT hand garage. Our house is SO DARK from lack of windows on the east side. We currently are repainting the entire interior of our house at our expense trying to brighten our living space. Also the design person did not steer me to lighter colors after I told her too that I wanted maximum light. The time allocated for the design center choices is inexcusably short; especially when we had to fly in from another state. Del Webb salespeople should have been much more helpful. We were just a number to be processed as quickly as possible. Our contractor supervisor was removed halfway through the building process, unfortunately. He kept us abreast of the build of our house. We were sorry to find he was gone!! The quality of the workmanship on our house was extremely poor. No quality control!! We had a list of 16-18 major items that needed correction. Over a two month period they were finally corrected. These homes at Frisco Lakes are expensive for the square footage with substandard workmanship. So disappointing to see the walls painted with the wall plates installed as we had to remove and clean. Too many issues to mention in this forum. We had a good experience with this purchase. However, much of the workmanship and design is contractor grade. We had to spend more than we expected to bring the quality up to designer home category.

Both sales and the building personnel are top notch. Professional, trustworthy, communication is constant and workmanship is great

Don’t be overwhelmed with Design Center. Some things can be done after closing such as shutters for less money

Love my home. Appreciate the quality and follow up. All questions and concerns addressed. Excellent workmanship.

The system you have implemented works great

For the price, overall workmanship good be better.

I have to give the credit for a great home to my building manager. He never failed to call me every Friday morning to let me know what I would see on my weekend visit. He was responsive to every question I had. He truly wanted to build a solid wonderful new home for me and believe he he did just that. He is an amazing asset to the company!

I pleased with the property, I'm not a nit picker. I think my feedback would be more meaningful or helpful after a year onsite. I'll be communicating as we go along. I'm concerned about maintenance of the trees. They add a lot, but in a hot dry climate require attention. The third party common area is a concern at this time. It may not be so in the long run.

We bought the Abbeyville and love it. It has the room we needed after downsizing, and is not too much house for us. We really love the storeroom by the utility. Picking out things at the design studio was real easy.
