So far, happy, but only been here a few weeks and under quarantine. I like the house and Pulte seems very responsive to questions and concerns. I’ll have more input when facilities/ amenities centers open back up.

Our house seems well built, our build manager was great, and I am impressed with how their support people responded. I don't know the market here enough to know value or price. It seemed to me to take a long time to build but I am comparing to the Villages in FL I don't know about Dallas.

Builders very responsive. Provide excellent suggestions and guidance.

The neighbors are so nice and thoughtful in this age restricted community. This is my 4th home by Del Webb.

The folks we worked with from sales, design center and field managers were excellent. The only issue is with the landscaping. The sod is laid down poorly,..it’s not rolled, so the yard is uneven and lumpy. Also, the intersection at our street corner by our house Is not sodded at all, and has tall wild weeds growing. I can’t understand why, with all the Del Webb employees in the neighborhood, that this has not been taken care of.

We had an incredible project manager-- efficient, effective, empathetic.

There are a couple issues I have that should have been explained regarding the outside structure before I purchased the house. Other than that most of the house is beautiful and I am enjoying living in Texas.

I recently moved into a home in the Del Webb at Union Park Community, and it is so superior to the +55 community I moved from. The amenity center has good facilities and lots of things to do. The Lifestyle Director has had wonderful activities during this period of quarantine, it's amazing how much this has helped. The residents are very friendly and outgoing. The house itself I can't say enough good things about it. The workmanship is superior to the previous community I lived in. The process of building the house was all-inclusive, as I lived out of state I received a weekly phone call updating me on what had been done and what was going to be done the next week. I was even sent photographs of the house. Since moving in the field supervisor has kept in contact with me and has been very helpful From the first contact with the sales team to the closing I was very pleasantly surprised at how much contact they had with me. The design center was wonderful, it was so nice to see how things actually would look. The personnel that helped were very knowledgeable about the products. Preston is a dream to work with. He answers texts quickly, and problems are addressed quickly. We really appreciate that as new home owners.

Good Experience overall. Quality of trees and plants bad in comparison of neighbors. One tree was dead and has not showed leaves. Construction Manager and initial sales person were exceptional.

The local team from sales and building group have been very good to work with. Jeff and Mike are the two I work with most and have been nothing but professional. We have been in the house about 6 weeks now and been very busy making the house our home but have seen nothing to concern me about the quality of the home. If there is any area that I wish were different albeit I don't think exist is around the home being built next door. The mess along the side of my home (which is the only side I have a gate) is a muddy trashy mess. I am sure they will fix it but just the amount of debit coming in the yard along with the mud is frustrating. Maybe there is something better could be done than the orange stuff like a plywood wall? I know it won't last forever but Just a thought. ... More

From beginning to end, the whole building experience with Del Webb was wonderful! I had the most responsive and enjoyable experience with my Sales Manager and Field Manager, and everyone else I came into contact with. I am loving my new home immensely!!!

Things couldn’t have gone better. It was excellent

Quality of workmanship in various trades that Pulte Homes is using is severely lacking, not only in my new home but seems to be consistent with many neighbors I have spoken to. Hard to notice every little thing or detail on final walk through. Even after some of the corrections are made, they are still deficient in quality work. Either Pulte is hiring subcontractors that do not have extensive home building trade experience or their subcontractors are not utilizing experienced people that take pride in their work. I love my home !

The model homes of course have all the upgrades to make you want it more, but the reality is you will make great decisions with Del Webb no matter if you choose carpet , tile or hard woods. The craftsmanship is impeccable.Top Quality materials used throughout the home. Every aspect of Energy Efficiency is incorporated into each Del Webb home.

We are please with our new home and the pace at which more homes are being built.

While the overall value is good, I have two complaints thus far: (1) the new home going up next to us creates a pig-stye of our property. The workers go home at nite and their lunch garbage and other building materials blow on to our property, meaning we have to clean up the mess. A closer supervisory role would help to keep the builders accountable not only for thier building product but just as much the mess they create. (2) Most of our kitchen cabinets and those in our bathrooms were never checked before we moved in. The door hinges do not close evenly and therefore allow a banging sound and vibration after the slam shut which worsens the clamor. Due to a job promotion, we moved from California to Texas and opted to buy in a 55+ active adult community in the Union Park master planned development in Little Elm, Texas. We could not be happier with our new home and the community. Pulte homes did a fantastic job and we were kept in the loop for the entire process from selecting the lot in May 2019 and moved in on November 1, 2019.

We purchased a "spec" home and had no choices in finishes or design. However, we are extremely pleased with the upgrades included and materials used throughout the home. The Del Webb in-house designers did a great job on selecting visually pleasing interior features and finishes.

I would really like to thank Chris, my salesman, and Spencer, my building supervisor for all of their assistance. They have both been outstanding and exceptional to work with, and have gone the extra mile to ensure that I am happy with this home purchase. Both Chris and Spencer made this purchase and build far easier than anticipated. I am extremely happy with the decision to buy this home in Frisco Lakes.

This is our third Del Webb Complex that we have lived in now for 25 years. Each one namely Sun City in Tucson and Sun City West in AZ have their own particular different attributes for older folks such as size and value--hard to beat compared to the smaller complexes. But now it is time to move on. We love Frisco Lakes- the location , the brick homes to say nothing about the green grass. I consider the original Del Webb( the person) a great American when you think about the foresight he had for seniors in the 1950's

Union Park. Only downside is the landscaping. Done very cheaply. Needs improvement. My field manager Aaron in excellent. Worst part of my whole experience is Plute Mortgage.
