Lack of pride in workmanship

This was the worst experience we had building a home from the master shower, tile installed incorrectly causing the tile to all be torn out and then having to move plumbing, gas line to cooktop installed in wrong place causing drywall, insulation & back of cabinets to be destroyed. Broken windows, damaged doors, ripped weather-stripping under exterior doors, threshold destroyed when acid washing brick. Exterior electrical plugs installed crooked. Electrical Items noted during rough in inspection not fixed before drywall installed. And we still don't have the correct dishwasher. And there ...

Salesperson did not listen to my request for lots of sunlight in my home.

My salesperson should have told me I needed a RIGHT hand garage to maximize windows on the east side of our house knowing full well our model (Martin Ray) has only 1 1/2 windows on the garage side. She told us we needed a LEFT hand garage. Our house is SO DARK from lack of windows on the east side. We currently are repainting the entire interior of our house at our expense trying to brighten our living space. Also the design person did not steer me to lighter colors after I told her too that I wanted maximum light. The time allocated for the design center choices is inexcusably short; ...

Don't buy one.

The house was built with some very cheap materials, the workers all did apprentice ship work. I am very disappointed in Pulte builders. If your buying a home here I suggest you stop buy a lot and check on the workmanship. Sorry to say I felt like I was left hanging after I signed my papers,
