It was a pleasure to work with our construction coordinator. He did an outstanding job keeping us informed as well as making we understood the construction process.

When looking for a new home in our move from Arkansas to Texas, we quickly focused on Del Webb because of its reputation for building medium-sized, relatively affordable homes in master-planned, age-restricted communities. We wanted a quality build, minimal yard maintenance, on one level with some available amenities (pool, fitness center, etc.) in a neighborhood that would enforce maintenance and appearance standards to protect our home investment. Check, check, check, and check. The team we worked with from the initial visit to the Del Webb sales center, through the actual construction and financing phases, and now during the post-build follow-up has been uniformly outstanding. Our sales guy, Pete, provided answers to all our questions for several months (even after the sale was made). Construction supervisor Chad called us weekly to update us on progress, and address any concerns that arose. Since we moved in almost two months ago, Chris has responded quickly to identify and fix the inevitable small issues (landscape plants struggling, paint touch-ups, and more) that every new home has. First rate company, quality and service has been excellent.

The house is great. However, we had some significant problems with the landscaping. We looked forward to having a completed yard when we moved in. When we arrived the sod that was installed was terrible and the irrigation had some significant problems resulting in a sink hole in the front yard. We have spent a significant amount of money to repair the problems.

All things considered it was an easy process. Only thing I would like are privacy fences for the back yard.

From start to finish, the Pulte employees and especially our construction manager, Tommy, were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. They made the process of building our home enjoyable.

Overall, my experience with Pulte-Del Webb Union Park was very good. Communication was good and CM was very attentive. Happy with the quality of the home; add-on's/upgrades were a bit pricy. Working with Pulte Mortgage was a bit arduous as compared to other lender's that I have used; but in the end it all worked out fine.

Overall the experience was great our construction manager Kristen was awesome to work with. I would recommend that they install USB outlets in the home.

The whole process from start to finish was extremely seamless. The satisfaction of choosing your lot, floor plan, and finishes is so gratifying. We love walking into OUR home each and every time.

Del Webb runs it home construction and sales like an assembly line. Everyone has an exact job to do and are standing by waiting to perform! Very efficient, cost effective and thorough. Excellent experience, all around!

The quality of the $6,000 "upgraded" was substandard. Several drawers had to be replaced. The back of the bathroom cabinets was loose, I had to caulk it to store our things. Had I seen thoroughly the quality of the cabinets before the walk-through, I would have refused them. Everything seems fine now thanks to the construction manager. There are several other items that I will not bother to mention. Even though it is not a custom-made home, for a 1/2 million dollar house one expects a better quality throughout.

We were pleasantly surprised with the frequent communications were had with our builder, Kristen. We felt we were kept up to speed with each phase of the build.

Pete handled the sale and all details regarding the lot and home selection. He is experienced, and instrumental is completing the entire process. Thanks to him all of our questions and concerns were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Jason our builder was just as professional. They were both awesome!

Flooring was defective before we moved in. Even though we've been visited by a 'flooring services manager', and a rep from the flooring provider, the response has not been very quick. We've been in for over a month and the problem is still not resolved.

The house is very good overall except for the paint which shows stains fast and leaves marks when trying to wash off the stains.The step from the garage to the house is a serious trip hazard The quality of the blind is too low.There should be an upgrade that is not too expensive. Overall the house is good

The home is beautiful. Jason the project manager made the experience seamless. Any issues are dealt with promptly until you are satisfied.

We were very pleased with the communications during the building process. Any issues were immediately taken care of by our project manager. After the closing, however, several small details that were supposed to be addressed were never completed. We were told several items were supposed to be corrected, but it never happened. Still waiting after almost 2 months! Most of the areas to be addressed were in the cleanup/finishing of the construction - painting, concrete splashes, sod rolling, etc. Have had to finally do most of that on my own.

We had a great experience with the build of our Pulte home due to the people we dealt with throughout the entire process. Jeff, Joe and Jonathan couldn’t have communicated any better when we experienced the inevitable labor and materials issues that come up during a new build. They responded quickly and took care of the few deficiencies we encountered during the build process and helped us make a smooth transition to the post purchase customer care team. We started as hopeful buyers and ended up as happy customers and fans.

I would highly recommend Tim the builder and Jeff who sold me the home. They were both beyond outstanding , always willing to serve and help navigate me through the buying process as well as following up in a timely manner. As a healthcare practitioner in a demanding field especially at this given time in history these two went above and beyond to help make for a smooth buying transition and filled in the gaps when I was unable to do so. If it wasn’t for having an established relationship of trustworthiness and knowing that things would be taken care of in a timely manner I would have had to opt out of the buying process. On a personal note, to capitalize on it all ... the month prior to my scheduled closing date I experienced the sudden loss of an aging parent and shortly after was dx with the COVID- 19 virus. Thankfully speaking , these two professional individuals went above and beyond to extend a mile of empathy and willingness to help walk / see me through the final stage of the buying process to make for a successful closing in a timely manner. James was the salesman who managed the sale and oversaw the building process James was the contractor, and is the one we had the most contact during the process. Both men were responsive throughout the process, and always answered my questions. There still a few issues from the 30 day review period that have yet to be fixed, but other than that it was been a high quality experience.

Overall a very positive experience. I am thoroughly enjoying my new home. The quality of materials is good and very pleased with the finishes. If there was any blemishes or areas that needed fixing after the move in they have been very good about taking care of every detail. If it is delayed---It is delayed nothing you can do about that and delays can be frustrating-- my contract was stamped Mar-May but I moved in on July 30th--of course it is 2022 but that was tricky. Some simple design issues like placement of light switches and the dishwasher were a little strange but they could alter that where it makes more sense--normal ooops!
