Very poor fit and finish. Many areas needed to be caulk after move in. The floor is uneven and has many loose planks. When issues are raised it takes a long time to get fixed. Example: we have owned the house for two months and we are still waiting for areas of the cabinets to be painted and rain down spouts. I have also waited for 4 and 8 hours for people to come fix issues and they do not show.

I'll never buy or recommend Pulte as a builder. Much of the work was substandard as were the materials used for cabinets, doors and landscaping.

Friendly greeters at Sales office, nice designs of model homes, however; time consuming to get a lot & commitment to built. Felt like the development did not have enough quality skilled craftsmen working on different stages of the home. Pleased with the Warranty person but he maybe over worked because of the lack of having to redo work from previous groups with no pride in their work. Isn’t work a reflection of integrity?

Very poor workmanship and lack of appropriate supervision during the construction process. I received my new home full of dust and with several unfinished details. No electric power in the dryer outlet. Food waste disposer with no electric connection. Garage door with some loosened bolts. Kitchen cabinets’ doors with dents. Just to mention some of them.

Just not great, it was built during covid supply issues. Trim, drywall and overall workmanship was not good.

The sales and construction teams were absolutely the best during the sales and building process. Communications were fluid and concise. Since closing we have experienced a gap in communications and follow-up with the warranty department.

I live alone, and this is my first home. The home was built with good quality materials. The big things were great, but I wanted some of the smaller things to be corrected. Pulte is standing behind their reputation. They sent a man to find out if everything was good. He is sending workers to repair the minor things that I identified. This is how they earn their good reputation.

This was the worst experience we had building a home from the master shower, tile installed incorrectly causing the tile to all be torn out and then having to move plumbing, gas line to cooktop installed in wrong place causing drywall, insulation & back of cabinets to be destroyed. Broken windows, damaged doors, ripped weather-stripping under exterior doors, threshold destroyed when acid washing brick. Exterior electrical plugs installed crooked. Electrical Items noted during rough in inspection not fixed before drywall installed. And we still don't have the correct dishwasher. And there ...

There was and is a lot of grout on the vinyl plank flooring. I have spent over three hours so far removing it and still have a couple of hrs. to go to finish removing the grout in every room. Installed grout looked to be installed by someone who had never done it before. Areas that should have grout around door trim, baseboard trim, doors windows in every room was absent in every room. The roll out cupboard shelves have fallen apart on two cupboards. When buying, you’re told how clean they keep the worksite. Not true. Workers leave trash, food, etc laying around. Walked all over drywall with muddy feet then drywall is hung muddy. Floors aren’t covered during paint touch up and drops of paint aren’t cleaned during final cleaning. Slow response to calls (if it even happens). Nails is street. Landscape bushes weren’t stabilized and are bending over. A small piece of bamboo to secure a crape myrtle with string etc isn’t secure.

House is well built - very pleased. Our sprinklers, flower beds / landscaping and grass sod is absolutely horrible. 3/4" water pipe for sprinklers was leaking & flooded our back yard. I identified 2 major low spots in the back yard & the builder ignored me during our final walk through. I had to fix the 2 low spots myself. The sod was laid on unbelievably unlevel ground. I had to fix the unlevel ground under the sod - remove clods, humps and fill in the holes on the entire yard.

I lived in Del Webb Frisco Lakes for 10 yrs. Built our house great experience! Building in Union Park is the worst experience I’ve ever had . Quality is very poor response to those issues poor .Nothing like the what was shown in the models. Overpriced for what you get. Very unhappy.

Recurring delays. Request for predrywall inspection was sent to City of Little Elm 5 weeks after my inspector did his inspection. Bricks are normally put up in 4-5 days. Mine took 4 weeks and delayed driveway and other outside work. $1000 to upgrade paint and it isn’t washable. 7 months between building permit and occupancy permit.

I would advise to not close on your house until they address every issue you see. After you close, the construction manager forgets what they promised to take care of. We’ve had the house 2 months and still don’t have a doorknob to a linen closet. Once we did our 30 day walk through with the warranty person, a lot of issues are being taken care of including 6 doorknobs that the construction manager knew were in the house but didn’t send anyone to install.
