Very satisfied.

Great value -- love the location - the kitchen is perfect. I enjoy the running / walking paths and the dog park is second to none.

Al our builder was great. The process was smooth. Closing was easy. Value of house is good. Overall it was great.

This wasn't our first time building a home and we've had bad experiences in the past. Building with Del Webb was a pleasure. No build is completely smooth, yet Del Webb was able to explain issues to our satisfaction or quickly respond and correct them in the field. Would recommend Del Webb.

Good response to issues after the sale

The home buying process was easy and we are very happy with the home. We would definitely recommend Del Webb.

We learned very shortly after moving to Del Webb that it was the right move. The residents and staff are terrific as well as the Amenity Center. Overall our build experience was very good, and we had a great construction supervisor. He was enjoyable to work with and always addressed any issues in a prompt manner. Go Dennis!!!

Our builder kept us informed of the progress from the day we met him. Very open to questions and requests. We lived 5 hours away so he sent us lots of pictures with his updates.

The sales staff and construction manager were extremely responsive and kept us informed during the entire process. You should know that once you sign the papers is is impossible to make changes (i.e. no ECOs). Workmanship was good, but we caught a few glitches that were immediately addressed by our construction manager. Overall, the process and the resulting house was great.

We are extremely happy with our new home, it was a real pleasure dealing with everyone, from our sales person to the superintendent. It was the best decision we ever made buying a Del Webb home.

Our contractor, Alvaro was exceptional!!! His professionalism, communication, and his interest in meeting our needs exceeded our expectations. He was always available to answer any questions and constantly updated us with the building process/progress via email, texts and photos. He is dedicated to his job 100% and a great asset to the company.

From our first encounter with Del Webb we have been impressed. Chad, our sales person, was always available to answer questions and help us navigate the process. Al, our construction manager, was the best. He and Daniel were always so helpful and patient. We hired an independent inspector to evaluate the house before the slab was poured, before the dry wall went up and after completion. He was very complimentary of Pulte's processes and execution. We're so excited about our new home and look forward to making many memories here!!!

A really good experience with the builder. They were very responsive to our needs, concerns and requests. Also very responsive to our inspection reports and addressing items reported.

It is amazing how they can build a very nice house with all the details at high level in such a short time. From the salesperson to the project manager, all the construction people to the warranty, they did a fantastic job and right on time with their schedule. We financed with Pulte mortgage and they were very detailed to ensure the loan would clise on time. It was the right decision to work with Pulte at Del Webb

We can count n Del Webb anywhere (and we have lived in three Del Webb’s across the country) to be great homes, safe communities, and super follow up when things in the house need fixing.

Pulte Homes are well constructed and energy efficient. Good selection of materials for finishing the interior. Great floorplan designs with option selections. Overall a very nice home.

Great buying experience. On time delivery was great. Post closing fixes a little slower than expected.

So far all has gone well, responsive to fix something fast ie. a leak after a major rain storm. I bought my house basically via phone which was a new experience and there's a couple of things I might have changed if I had been seeing the actual houses but I'm still loving my house.

Salesperson was responsive. Too many subcontractors that we do not even know. It would be better if a list is given at the beginning.

Love our home. Everyone involved has been great however the person responsible for design and fixtures obviously had no interest in the fact that seniors live here. The oven has small grey instructions to see and it’s not simple. The microwave opens down many of us are shorter than we used to be so if there are any spills we can’t reach them. The dishwasher has a cabinet between the sink and dishwasher so the rinsed dishes either drip on the counter or on the floor, no consideration there also the majority of consumers are right handed and it’s on the left. These are not major issues but they do make a difference . Again we love our home and the construction team and hope these suggestions and hope Pulte appreciates our input. ... More
