Very satisfied.

Great value -- love the location - the kitchen is perfect. I enjoy the running / walking paths and the dog park is second to none.

The quality of workmanship and value exceeded all my expectations. The couple of minor items that needed fixing were addressed immediately. My project manager was wonderful - always had a smile and treated me like I was his most important new home owner. He took his time during my final walk through and made sure I understood everything he was showing me-I never felt like I was on time schedule! It was a great experience!

Responsiveness - I have not had any issues yet

We had a great home buying experience with Del Webb Sweetgrass. Your staff did an outstanding job in making our experience a smooth one. From the moment we inquired about buying our home, to the building process and until our closing, each of your staff assured that we were taken care of. Our sales rep, Stella Gutierrez, answered all our questions and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. She responded very quickly to our questions whenever we emailed her. Our field manager, David McClain, sent us weekly email updates that included pictures of our home as it was being built. He offered extra tips during our walk through prior to closing and made sure that we were satisfied with our new home. He did a great job. We have been very pleased with the process of buying and building our Pulte Home in Del Webb. From our salesperson, to our builder, to our warranty person, everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. The community is friendly and beautiful!

Lisa in the sales office was wonderful to work with. Also our builder chief, Anthony executed perfectly. Both helped to make our new home the best experience for us.

Good experience

Excellently built home. Have been completely satisfied during the build process and 1st month of living in the home. Several minor problems after move-in were addressed quickly and professionally.

Any questions or needs were quickly met during the building process. Phone calls or messages were quickly returned. This house made me want to leave my beloved long time house in another state.

This wasn't our first time building a home and we've had bad experiences in the past. Building with Del Webb was a pleasure. No build is completely smooth, yet Del Webb was able to explain issues to our satisfaction or quickly respond and correct them in the field. Would recommend Del Webb.

Good response to issues after the sale

The home buying process was easy and we are very happy with the home. We would definitely recommend Del Webb.

We learned very shortly after moving to Del Webb that it was the right move. The residents and staff are terrific as well as the Amenity Center. Overall our build experience was very good, and we had a great construction supervisor. He was enjoyable to work with and always addressed any issues in a prompt manner. Go Dennis!!!

Our builder kept us informed of the progress from the day we met him. Very open to questions and requests. We lived 5 hours away so he sent us lots of pictures with his updates.

The sales staff and construction manager were extremely responsive and kept us informed during the entire process. You should know that once you sign the papers is is impossible to make changes (i.e. no ECOs). Workmanship was good, but we caught a few glitches that were immediately addressed by our construction manager. Overall, the process and the resulting house was great.

We are extremely happy with our new home, it was a real pleasure dealing with everyone, from our sales person to the superintendent. It was the best decision we ever made buying a Del Webb home.
