Builder gave us a closing date they couldn't keep, so it made it very difficult for us. The construction may have been rushed at the end. There were many missing items and defects which are still being worked on. It has been over a month since closing. The construction manager, however, has been very responsive to our communication.

With exception of our salesperson and our ORIGINAL PM, we felt "robbed" of our Del Webb expierience. From Pulte mortgage to the day of close and thereafter there were so many problems that it sucked the joy out of our forever home purchase. We are still dealing with punchlist items that were supposed to be completed before closing. Our construction manager who oversees the PMs is just the worst. Austin and Nevo have been great at responding to our needs. During build, the weekly updates kept us up to date on the status of the build; particularly important for out of state buyers.

It's all about communication with any builder. Stay informed, don't hesitate to ask questions or express concerns...in as polite and friendly a manner as you'd expect yourself. And remember, no one is perfect. All that being said, Del Webb rose to the occasion each and every time! I would do this again with this builder!

Hannah was great. She helped so much with issues that would arise, as I was on the west coast. Can't find words to express how crushed I am to see the lack of quality and care. Little tricks done to dupe us and hide flaws. In 5 homes I've purchased this has been by far the worst quality of workmanship. It saddens me because this was supposed to be our final house in a great community.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, from the first sales meeting through final construction. Our house was built on time in spite of very adverse weather conditions; heavy rain, extreme cold/ice. Also in spite of material shortages. Everyone worked hard to keep to their original promises.

It is a 55+ community. The lot looked flat but we ended up with a lot of steps in both entrances to the front of the house. I feel like should be avoided in a 55+ community.

First of all, Del Webb is the Community. Pulte is the builder. Our experience with the Del Webb sales office was great, our rep was Bruce. Very nice guy and super helpful through the buying process as well as follow up visits. As far as the home, I am very happy with the way the house turned out. Covid-19 affected the length of construction time but in the end, the home was completed a day early. Major issues with lack communications and explanations with Pulte Mortgage, Employees working from home with kids, dogs in background and seldom getting timely answers or call backs. communications with building supervisors were very good (Thank you Kenny and Cody), however, some of Pultes vendors were very sloppy; leaving paint drops all over the tile floors, hardware such as several towel racks, door handles not securely fastened, cabinets needing adjustment to fit. Be careful and get involved. Trust but verify. Not all supervisors are the same and some don’t supervise until after something happens. Some talk good, but when it comes to delivery well it is another story. Sales need to listen to the customer.

This home has low quality of workmanship with many of the finishing details poorly done. We have had to have them come back to redo and repair many items that should of be done correctly in the first place. For a home that cost a half million dollars I would have expected much better quality and attention to details.

Jennifer was great about interacting with us. When the home was being built we lived out of state so our adult children over saw everything about the build and Jennifer made sure we were all,on the same page. BTW our kids did a stellar job! We love our home! ♥️

We heard..."I am sorry, but you must have slipped through the cracks"...one too many times. Everyone we spoke with was nice but too many times things did not get done unless we pursued them. We were made to feel like we were the bad guys in just trying to get people to follow through on what the committed to doing. Several individuals were very good (ex. Construction Mgr) but it was a bumpy road getting there.

We were sold on the fact that Pulte sets the industry standard. That the customer service was excellent and that our home would be everything we expected. We were told we would have a walk through to make sure of this and if things needed correct it would be done and then we would have a Celebration Walk Through.
