We are not that happy with moving here. We haven't had that many problems but one neighbor has had a few problems and the other neighbor has had several. We have another problem that I'll correct myself or hire someone. One neighbor is thinking of moving and I heard that one neighbor is going to move. If I wasn't so old (over 81) I would consider moving.

There should be a quality check before homeowners move in

There really should be a quality control person that goes through the homes to ensure that the homes are at least 95% ready for homeowners to move in. There should be someone who takes the time and check everything without being rushed to move to the next house. Some of the items that are installed are very poor and low quality. ie the toilets are not a name brand. But the responsive of the after move-in team is outstanding to take care of any issues that come up. They are quick, friendly and very professional.

We are truly excited to be a part of the Dell Webb family, so to speak. We have been highly upset about the condition of the home and continue to find poor workmanship on a daily basis. The attention to detail has been nonexistent. Overhead porch light dropped down with wires showing; Garage door frame not flush against door area; bathtub takes hours to drain; only very hot water from shower - no cold or warm: only cool and warm water from other shower. The first two items were promptly fixed after reported; bathroom items not responded to had to report again. They should be fixed soon. No timeline given yet.

A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE - I was stranded with my friends and folks waiting outside my new home, NO KEYS and most frustrating and dismay that nobody from the builders/management was seen on the site. And when I had called for the repairs - sadly none would take the responsibility. I had to do the phone calls to wHIRLPOOL, Fridge company. Pulte management insisted that the brand new house had been purchased "as is" a JOKE of Highest Order

Pulte team is quite responsive. However, the quality of workmanship by some contractors and materials used is not very good. For example, paint quality, in particular on window frames, is very low. A two-door garage has only one spring, posing potential safety risk. We have noticed many small issues, such as caulking and cracks on the garage floor, after moving in.

The Customer Care team on the property has been excellent in terms of communication and setting up repairs of interior and exterior issues. I have experience building homes. During construction, I reported obvious errors. They were corrected. But, I noticed poor workmanship throughout construction and this situation was confirmed after we moved in, eg, sloppy painting and caulking, doors not properly hung, cheap materials, etc. I am slowly correcting these issues. We are glad we moved but house not worth what we paid-not yet anyway.

Whomever did the detailed architectural layout/planning of the home’s infrastructure (water, power, lighting, etc…) failed! The master shower, and kitchen water are so far from the water heater we have to waste 2-3 gallons of water before it begins to warm up. The light switch placements are not consistent from room to room. What is the overhead light in one room is switched in the next. The bed-side switch for the master bedroom switched light is so far from the edge of a king bed that you have to be out of bed to use it. I would like to share three items of my experience. 1. Very happy with the personnel on sale, manager, site construction manager, mortgage, home insurance and customer service. Everybody from Pulte employees which involve this transaction. 2. Cheap materials provided and bad quality of the home constructed. 3. Compared the price we paid with products we received. It is too high price based on the construction results.
