Pulte/Del Webb people always very nice, very helpful and very responsive. The price we paid for our home is just the sign of the times….the Northern VA/DC /MD area is and always has been pricey when it comes to buying a home. We are enjoying our home.

From the very beginning (meeting my sales manager at the office) to meeting the construction foreman and the construction manager of my specific unit, everything went supremely well. I could not have asked for a better team. The mortgage experience with Pulte also went exceptionally smooth (other than the rate increase created by the late summer wave of inflation).

Just be a little patient given the supply chain issues. I was and they made good on them.

Communication is the 'key' and as new homeowners, we felt everyone, including the manager and the sales office personnel and the loan process team as well as settlement, all were sensitive to our needs for effective and efficiency communication.

Great home designs and the houses are quality built. To soon to comment on service after sale as I have only been in my new home a few months. Love the vibe of the neighborhood.

From the sales agent Siobhain to the construction Manager Will, there was a sincere effort to communicate construction plans and closing /moving into the home, so we could coordinate a successful sale of the old house and move in to our new home.

Overall I have been pleased with my new home. Del Webb communicated well during the building process.

Having never bought new construction, Debbie and Eric were outstanding in answering the many questions I had throughout the process (and still have!) with professionalism, timeliness and patience. The walk-throughs were very helpful. I chose to have my own inspections done for peace of mind, resulting in just a few minor "improvements." Appointments for the design center and smart com technology were great, with knowledgeable and patient staff. Del Webb homes are built well. Debbie was upbeat, positive, and so helpful. The staff at Del Webb from the sales rep to our project manager were great. Always responding to our questions and concerns. Sales rep Debbie guided us through the process of selecting our options and was always there to help us. Our project manager Josh took us through the walk throughs and resolved any construction issue. Josh went above and beyond to help us. Not as impressed with the quality of workmanship, we are still finding issues, but as long as the staff are willing to resolve them, it will be fine.

Pulte homes are a good value for the money you spend. Sales, Construction Management and Warranty Management very responsive. This is my third Pulte/Centex home my first in a Del Webb community .Highly recommend.

Construction Nails on my tire. Should clean in detail (Magnet cleaner to pick up construction metal piece) the current resident drive way to main road From time to time until finish the construction.

Pleasant experience. Staff was informative and professional, especially T.V. and Eric.

Overall great experience with entire team Closing was the worst part. Took 3 hours due to street name error on Pulte’s end.

The young man, Hesham, who did the walk throughs with me was fantastic. He made sure that everything I mentioned as needing to be fixed was completed asap. Even after I moved in whenever I had a question I called him and he was right there to help.

The price is high, however - this is Northern Virginia and all homes are over priced. Just moved into Carter’s Mill and love everything about it so far.

My Pulte home is perfect for me. They offered many choices, and the Blue Rock single family model with the loft suited me perfectly. The purchase, build and closing proecesses were easy and efficient.

Good homebuilder but do your due diligence and pay attention to detail. They were very busy and you need to check to ensure you get all that you are paying for.

Pros: Trustworthy- they followed through on their word with several (minor) issues. Major, most important aspects of the home were done very well. Lots of extra touches and features beyond what I would have expected. Very helpful in explaining every step in the building process. Continually kept me updated. Cons: Paint quality is awful. Very unprofessional appliance sub-contractor. After a month in the home, still do not have the oven I paid for. Builder is doing their best to work it out.

Great sales and construction personnel. Siobhan and Will were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Despite supply issues my home was delivered less than 2 months after the projected date.

The builder and project managers are awesome, they want your opinion about the work and the placement of the items to be installed. They are also there for any changes if necessary.

Good overall experience with the purchase of our home
