Regret to buy this house. Terrible workmanship and follow up customer service.

Pleasant experience. Staff was informative and professional, especially T.V. and Eric.

We had 30 to 40 things on our punch list after our inspection. Our project manager got them all done before closing. And our one month inspection there were four items to be fixed and they were all scheduled immediately. The house is excellent. Of course there are three or four things in the architectural design that we wish were slightly altered, but overall a really great house.

We were misguided about the future trail. When we selected a lot, we were told that the trail would be at least 30 feet away from our home. They have built it right next to our home and now we are deprived of our privacy. We feel like we are cheated. It is so close to our home that we feel like like we are sitting at roadside cafe. We presented our case to board of directors, but no response from them. Very very disappointing.

The setting and design is lovely offering many comforts for an aging community. Meetings with Debbie were productive and enjoyable. A woman’s jewel and focus is a home’s kitchen. My “upgrade 4” kitchen, is no gem. Installed is a Whirlpool refrigerator, Kitchen Aid range, Jenn Air dishwasher with contrasting stainless steel fronts and handles — whatever was available prior to closing. The cupboard that holds the Kitchen Aid microwave was damaged when installed as was an expensive pendant light. The 30-day walkthrough Josh offered has never been scheduled and I settled mid-June.

Overall great experience with entire team Closing was the worst part. Took 3 hours due to street name error on Pulte’s end.

Ask a LOT of questions and don't let yourself to be rushed into your decisions on your choices of extras

We had a very good experience with the purchase of our new house. Builder's team was excellent and very helpful. They always were there for us, and helped us as much as possible. I would highly recommend Builder's team for future home buyers. Thanks again Builder's team.

I’m disappointed in the workmanship, attention to detail, and poor quality in my home. I have submitted several requests for repair to the warranty department. I hope the problems will be fixed. The person in the warranty department handling my requests was out for 2 weeks, so that has delayed the issues being addressed. I’m disappointed that the project manager delivered my house this way and the cleaning off my house was very poor.

Several options were not available. Did not insulate all garage walls. landscaping was quick and dirty, no care or tight placement of sod. Exterior walls were 2 x 4 construction, not 2x6. Windows were single hung not double hung, not an option. paint seems cheap, comes off with painter tape.

Responsive to concerns and efficiency.

The young man, Hesham, who did the walk throughs with me was fantastic. He made sure that everything I mentioned as needing to be fixed was completed asap. Even after I moved in whenever I had a question I called him and he was right there to help.

The sales experience was great but would have liked more information/instruction on the smart home options. Building process was good but rushed at the end. Not everything was done before we walked our home before closing.

The staff I dealt during the purchase and construction processes were always very professional, polite and responsive, although they did not get into the level of detail I hoped for. The initial purchasing process was good, but it was not stressed that choices to customize would be almost nonexistent. I was shocked at the design studio when there were almost no choices (everything was gray, beige, black or white) to customize my new home’s finishes. During the actual construction I discovered that absolutely no changes to the actual house could be made no matter how minor. These left me very frustrated. Once I moved in, I found the finish work was very poor and the materials (from bathtubs to fixtures to the garage door opener) were the cheapest available despite the very high price tag on the house. I am learning to not look too closely and accept it for what it is - a very quickly built cookie-cutter house using the least expensive processes, materials and contractors. After six weeks in my new home, there is already a crack developing in my living room wall, along with many other issues. The responsiveness to these issues is almost non-existent. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, with emails having to be resubmitted before I get an auto-reply that someone will call me in 48 hours, which has never happened. I built with Del Webb to become part of a community and I am happy to say this is a great community. I will eventually learn to lower my expectations about the structure I live in, and will continue to meet wonderful people and enjoy my time here with the many events and activities available to me. ... The price is high, however - this is Northern Virginia and all homes are over priced. Just moved into Carter’s Mill and love everything about it so far.

Although they were generally very responsive during the building phase, they failed to notice a number of poor workmanship issues and serious mistakes (i.e. incorrect hose bib placement and others) until it became a challenge to fix them. Since we've been in the house, responsiveness has dropped off somewhat. It's taking more time to get to issues that are raised and I'd like to see more of a sense of urgency to our requests. I also believe that, that given the price of the house there could have been some higher end components. The windows in particular are very low quality and should have been better. ... More

Downsizing after 35 years in your home is a complicated process but the sales and construction field staff made our move to a Del Webb community a positive experience. Thank you Siobhan, Josh & Zach

I don't have any complaints on the building and purchasing process. While moving in, there is a requirement for movers which cost me little more. Except that, I have good community, quite life. I'm satisfied.

lots of contradictory information was given to buyers. Some were offered things others were not even made aware of. I was lucky and worked with Siobhan and she was great and attentive and knew her stuff!!

Experience was amazing! Top notch!

My Pulte home is perfect for me. They offered many choices, and the Blue Rock single family model with the loft suited me perfectly. The purchase, build and closing proecesses were easy and efficient.

The whole experience was terrific beginning with our sales consultant Siobhain along with Jaime’s help in making our selection at TAC. I also can’t say enough good things about our Project Managers Zack and Josh. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I also wanted to say that our closing couldn’t have been easier. Thank you all!

The sales consultant was great at outlining the major milestones in the construction process and was available as questions arrived. The project manager assigned to the project was awesome in responding to questions and concerns. Overall, a very smooth enjoyable process.

I was more impressed with Pilate staff than I was with the quality of the home. Everyone in the sales office, the field managers and the mortgage division were delightful to work with. They seemed genuine and professional and always responded in a timely manner. Since I’ve moved in, I’ve had some minor issues and they have been addressed quickly, for the most part.

Josh, the representative of the builder in the Dell Web Office warmly welcomed us as we began a new experience of buying a house that was to be built. The first thing I felt from Josh was his openness about the process we were about to experience. Having trust was very much needed in such a huge project. He explained the very organized process. It wasn't always easy to “keep up” in making the necessary choices, but their team was always guiding us throughout the process. Once the building began, Josh introduced us to Will, who became our personal contact as the construction manager. He was excellent in providing information, being available anytime, answering texts, caring when we had concerns and finalized his time with us by preparing us for Closing.
