I love my new home! There have been some issues, but the builder has been responsive. Communication during the building process was not great. The closing date kept getting pushed out which caused some difficulties for me. Closing was completed smoothly on site which was great.

Very poor at returning phone calls; acknowledging emails. Pulte Mortgage requires a complete do-over. No sense of customer service. In the end, I gave up a $7,000 bonus just to *escape* and move to a different lender.

The house is well made and asthetically pleasing. There are a few follow up issues that are under warranty that have been addressed but have not been fixed. Timeliness and follow up on maintenance issues is essential to ensure customer service and satisfaction.

When we first signed the Contract, we were very excited about this new-built Home, While the buying experience was good, when we moved in, we found that Pulte had cut corners. Investing a little into simple, cosmetic features would go a long way. I am hoping that the core construction is good because that will stay with us for a long time. We liked the electrical design of the switches, etc. -- very well thought-through. It was supposed to be a dream house for retirement. We liked the location and the floor plan. The model houses are presented as spacious with views out of your window, but when you end up in your newly built house you have houses next to you in 12 feet. Windows do not help much to get daylight. AC units are next to your bedroom. Workmenship is a very low quality: bathrooms need caulking around the shower and bathtub, a lot of paint on the floor boards, kitchen doors are not alined, electrical outlets and switches messed up, missing items that we paid for, the concrete at the front door ...

Pulte team is quite responsive. However, the quality of workmanship by some contractors and materials used is not very good. For example, paint quality, in particular on window frames, is very low. A two-door garage has only one spring, posing potential safety risk. We have noticed many small issues, such as caulking and cracks on the garage floor, after moving in.

What should have been an exciting and positive move to a new life and lifestyle had many, and continue to have frustrating issues. There are moments of joy, the community is filled with great people that care for each other and their homes. The issues are ongoing and disappointing as I held DelWebb and Pulte to a standard that I overestimated. I hope to have these concerns resolved while working with their teams to turn things around and smooth out the bumps in the road.

We have had many unexpected events including gas meter leak, weeks without mail, electricity failure, and issues with appliances. The support people are wonderful and buying the home was a breeze, but we didn’t expect to have issues with a brand new home. Hopefully, the road ahead is all roses!

The community is nice, the neighbors are nice. The internal construction is very nice. The outside, ESPECIALLY the siding has been a continued issue. Either the material is of poor quality-plastic siding, OR the installation company is a JOKE. It could be both. Pulte needs to examine this VERY CLOSELY

This house is a very expensive builders grade house. The cabinets are not wood, the vanities have NO drawers-they are just boxes, the island has one pull out per section, the sink sounds like tin, the supply lines and valves are plastic, all the closets have wire shelving, including the pantry, and to have upgraded appliances you pay a fortune. You need to purchase your own hand held showers, your own cabinets for the bathrooms, extra towel bars, etc. Am I glad I moved here...yes. I needed to move. But be aware that you are not purchasing quality...

Prior to purchase; We understood that " kitchen layout upgrade" meant upgraded appliances. We were disappointed with Whirlpool appliances. We were told at settlement walk through that humidifier is not included it is an option. We were not offered humidifier option. After settlement: The politeness disappeared overnight. Custome care managment became argumentative. Made us feel as if we were knit picking.

Seemed more complicated than our previous home purchases but our salesman has been very helpful. Main dislikes are the appliance brand installed, the rough tile work, and the high tech entry and package retrieval systems. There have been glitches. So far the grounds are nice and building upkeep are good. Workers have been great.

I would give a C- to the overall experience. I contracted in Nov. 2021 and moved in Oct. 2022. During pre-settlement walk thru I was given blue painters tape to mark any items needing repair. There were so many, they should have been noticed thru Pulte's quality control and not the responsibility of the buyer to point out. The builder has been very responsive to fix detected issues. Our home was completed three months later than promised and over the course of the building process kept getting pushed back so that I had to reschedule our movers three times. While our construction manager was wonderful, the communication within Pulte was very poor. We received the wrong house keys at closing, our trash cans did not arrive for 6 weeks, we had no mail service to our home for over two weeks because of a nonfunctional mailbox. We had great experiences with our sales person, Shioban. We had several items missing in our home delivery including our whole house humidifier and our lyric thermostat, which we caught after closing and have still not been resolved. We have a few people helping us resolve these issues but we have been here a month and a half and are still waiting on installation and replacement of several items.

Paint drips, overpaint, crooked outlets, vents, drawer handle, light fixture, missing screw in door hinge, when water is on, tapping behind the walls, very annoying..….this is my second new home purchase. First home little to no issues…can’t say the same here..Pulte people are responsive.
