Good homebuilder but do your due diligence and pay attention to detail. They were very busy and you need to check to ensure you get all that you are paying for.

I would stay in close contact with builder and the process. So there are no surprises .

the workmanship has declined over time trying to get people in ASAP. the workers don't seem to care about doing the job right they just want to do it fast. I think the builder is wasting too much money redoing jobs that should have been done right in the first place. It causes money being lost and bad PR. I'm willing to talk further about this with anyone

Siobhain, Josh, and Zach were amazing thru the entire process. They met many of the supply chain challenges with solutions and honesty! I would highly recommend Pulte Homes and these folks that work for them!

The way they hurried to finish the home at the cost of quality and finish was disappointing. There are days worth of work yet to be done to fix the problems with the home. The attention to detail is not what it should be and is definitely not what I expected out of a Pulte Home.

The supervisor the best we have ever had and they do build quality homes. Supervisor was very responsive and did get most things fixed quicklyLandscaping is ok and outdoor painting could have been better.

There are major issues with this house, including poor workmanship and missing hardware. When I report these things to customer service, either I’m told to be patient or am totally ignored. It feels like Pulte is trying to run out the clock of the one year warranty. It also seems now that they have my money, they’re walking away and leaving me with a house that wasn’t built well.

From the office people to our construction team, everyone was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with! Special shout out to Josh and Zach!!!

Pros: Trustworthy- they followed through on their word with several (minor) issues. Major, most important aspects of the home were done very well. Lots of extra touches and features beyond what I would have expected. Very helpful in explaining every step in the building process. Continually kept me updated. Cons: Paint quality is awful. Very unprofessional appliance sub-contractor. After a month in the home, still do not have the oven I paid for. Builder is doing their best to work it out.

Actual home purchasing experience was great. Design consultation was great. Construction of house is good, but finish work is average to below average. Warranty repairs are very slow to resolve.

We are very pleased with our home purchase. The sell staff and our construction point of contact were always willing and available to answer questions. Our single significant issue of concern was the attention to detail by many of the various trade partners used to build the home. The painting of the home was terrible both inside and out, the cleaning staff used before settlement lacked attention to detail and the home was quite dirty upon settlement. We had great experiences with our sales person, Shioban. We had several items missing in our home delivery including our whole house humidifier and our lyric thermostat, which we caught after closing and have still not been resolved. We have a few people helping us resolve these issues but we have been here a month and a half and are still waiting on installation and replacement of several items.

Water quality poor. Small dripping noise in outer wall not addressed.

Happy with layout and build of home. Unhappy with the lack of attention to detail from the craftsman that built our home.

Great sales and construction personnel. Siobhan and Will were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Despite supply issues my home was delivered less than 2 months after the projected date.

PulteMortgage experience was the worst I’ve experienced in the financing of any of my homes!

The community is full of exceptionally friendly people. I would strongly urge hiring a qualified inspector for predrywall & celebration walk thrus (if you’re given ample notice of these dates). My experience has been one of shock at the sloppy workmanship and the lack of follow thru on basic items. Also make sure what you ordered is actually in the house

We paid close to $500K for this home. We purchased higher grade cabinets only to find them installed with damages. We have holes and damaged sheetrock masked by molding. We have been in the house less that 2 months. Already we have stress cracks in our walls; tile is cracking in the master bath; and caulking is pulling away in the shower. There is excess paint and caulking on almost every trim around doors and windows. Doors and trim were painted without first removing dust. Trim, in some cases, is not square with the walls and there are gouges in much of the trim. Outside siding was installed either incorrectly or damaged. There was a lack of quality control in almost every aspect of construction. Several times, we had to have things redone because the workers did not follow blueprints. Overall, a shoddy operation. We expected more from Pulte. We have photos of all of this to document what Pulte calls "Quality Construction". ... More

The builder and project managers are awesome, they want your opinion about the work and the placement of the items to be installed. They are also there for any changes if necessary.

The builder was responsive and easy to work with. Disappointment is with the quality of the workmanship and materials, in particular the paint/caulking/interior doors.

Your sales representative is key until you approach closing then your field manager is key; both did to be good/professional/knowledgeable or you’ll be unsatisfied with your new home purchase process.
