A smooth transaction from start to finish. I love my new home!

Our walkthrough representative Josh was excellent and very responsive.

The final inspection felt very rushed and the follow up was planned only two hours before our closing appointment. The project manager made it feel as if he was being bothered when we would point out and issue with the construction to him. I don't know if there is a lack of service personnel but the responsiveness of the service calls are very slow.

Great experience from start to finish

The sales, loan, and closing staffing was very thorough and professional. These three critical functions of the home buying process worked well and I would say a rating of 4 to 5 is just fine. However, the quality of the workmanship and oversight was average at best. Bad caulking, painting, and cleanliness in terms leaving open food at the construction sight resulted in an unusual amount of bugs and etc. Floor had holes in concrete foundation in which we could not verify whether this matter was corrected before floor installation.

Staff is easy to work with. Neighborhood is exactly what we were thinking it would be. Very friendly

Overall Pulte has been very good. However, our sales representative has made price mistakes and did not inform of us of all selections/options.

Love my new home! Quality workmanship, nice styling. Would appreciate more printed documentation supplied for appliances, shouldnt have to go to the web for every question you have. Overall very pleased.

The builder met my expectations. Everything we agreed upon and we wanted done to meet our dream home was done correctly and on time despite the pandemic shortages nationwide. Every was built professionally and good craftsmanship. Great company and trusworthy.

Not happy after one month here. Short list of problems: Furnace does not work, may have serious problems. Bathroom door splitting. Bathroom door does not latch. Front door and shutters sloppily painted, streaky, red paint slopped onto gray siding. Only one coat of paint on front door. Toilet water closet molding broken and chunk missing. Two walls with curved section. Deck door and wall not plumb. Oil stain on deck planks.

They can have faith in the builder

Working with Del Webb was an excellent experience and you won't be disappointed if you decide to do business with them.

Unfortunately, due to supply chain problems, Pulte was unable to complete our home as originally scheduled. Their communication on the delays could have been better and help avoid needless extra costs on our move. Overall their response to problems after closing has been acceptable.

I did this build remotely from Florida,everyone from the sales people and the construction supervisors and everyone in between make the experience feel like I was there. The communication was excellent I love Dell Web and everything they represent !

Considering current supply chain issues, process was exceptional.

We loved the design the Villa we bought both for our current needs but also for our lives 20 years from now. Having been an Executive at a Life Plan Community I am well aware of life changes as we age. Complete first floor living in style and comfort was met with the home design. The quality of options was good although limited and somewhat dependent on salesperson and timing of purchase. Overall for the type of building (mass construction) it is well constructed. Post construction fixes are not as easy to accomplish bc the priority is getting the buildings up. Then you are subject to quick fixes that aren’t the best quality or aesthetically pleasing, or quickly completed. The community life makes the slight inconveniences worth it though. - Quality and value of new home -- sloppy paint job, poor workmanship, ingenuine, defective and/or substandard products - Poor quality control by Quality/Safety manager - Inspection: Demand more time, Don't be rushed. Hire professionals for detail inspection - pre-drywall and final.

Ask questions. Many options available, but only if you ask

Paint drips, overpaint, crooked outlets, vents, drawer handle, light fixture, missing screw in door hinge, when water is on, tapping behind the walls, very annoying..….this is my second new home purchase. First home little to no issues…can’t say the same here..Pulte people are responsive.

I hate to be negative, but their some disappointing issues. Our toilet leaked after a couple of days, dishwasher hasn't worked for two months, takes hot water 3-5 minutes to get to the kitchen sink. Our front porch looks like it has been there for 20 years, there spots and stains everywhere and a footprint where someone stepped on the concrete before it was set. Everything was an upgrade in this house, which gets to be very expensive to have nice things, some of which we are still not happy with.

Process for responding to issues is slow.

I love my new home! There have been some issues, but the builder has been responsive. Communication during the building process was not great. The closing date kept getting pushed out which caused some difficulties for me. Closing was completed smoothly on site which was great.
