The construction was top notch. The building supervisor was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions.

This was our second experience purchasing a newly built primary residence, so Joan and I had a reasonable basis for comparison. No home builder is perfect, and DiVosta certainly isn’t exempt from that reality, but we were genuinely impressed with our overall experience. From the beginning and throughout the build process, the team was consistently responsive and took the time to answer every question we had. Since we were coordinating much of this from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, communication mattered—and they delivered. Our build manager, Auston, was exceptional. He responded quickly to our questions, explained options clearly, and stayed engaged throughout the process. His email communication in particular made a long-distance build feel much more manageable. The final stages of building and closing can feel overwhelming, but the team did a great job reducing that anxiety and helping us feel prepared. We’ve also been very impressed with the quality of the materials, finishes, and overall presentation of the home.
