We lived in Oklahome during the building process. Jake, our construction manager, was extremely informative throught out the building process. Not only did he email us with updates, but also we had zoom meeting to reveiw stages of the build.

From our first meeting with Jessica to our last meeting with our contractor Shaun, it was a breeze. They both were very knowledgeable and instructing. We purchased in Dec moved in in January even with construction going on across the street everything is clean and neat. Even the noise level is low the quality of the building is great and our project manager Pat was fantastic. Can wait to spend more time there!

Everyone we worked with was truly so intentional and amazing. Zorinel and Amy were the best and went above and beyond. With some minor issues after moving in, Raul has been so quick with fixing things and always following up.

Auston was our construction manager for our new build home. He was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns (which were few!). Whatever was the punch list of items that needed to be addressed, he did it promptly and kept us in the loop at all times. Auston is a fantastic person and was a pleasure to work with! We love our new home and know that Auston was an integral person in making this happen for us.

I had an extremely good experience with Lisa Potts in the sales office. She was so kind patient and understanding throughout the entire process. it was very frustrating not being able to reach Todd the construction manager, due to very bad cell phone signal on his end. A construction manager should be accessible and have a phone that works in the jurisdiction he's working in. also, we were not left any touchup paint at all and after hanging pictures and such it was needed. called the warranty line and hope they will be timely delivering it.
