We love our home and we’re very impressed with the attention to detail. Our sales rep ***** and construction manager Chris S. we’re awesome throughout the process.

The house is beautiful. They are a great builder. That being said, there are a few things that should be included…not up charged for. For example, the garage floors should be painted or grinded down and smoothed. They looked horrible as they were rough, unfinished, and were stained with paint, etc. ***** access stairs in the garage should also be included. For the price of our house and the package, these are not expensive for the builder to include. Other than that, we are happy. My construction pre-close manager was awful. He agreed to fix the door knob prior to close, but it was not. Garage not painted thoroughly, so pre-close manager tells me he will have garage repainted *if* I leave him a 10 on his review. I walked away feeling sleezey for agreeing to this. He deserved a 3. HVAC still not cooling all rooms properly. I will say the Pulte customer service rep is excellent.

The construction was top notch. The building supervisor was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions.

Pulte has an army of dedicated people in place to help with your buying experience from sales to project management and from mortgage, title and insurance, if you’re so inclined. The quality of the house was almost perfect except for the mysterious outdoor air system that features a separate filter for the outside air. This filter is not for the do it yourself’er. It’s in the attic which doesn’t have a pull down ladder and the attic opening is designed for a small, thin person. Also, the fact that there is an unscreened vent for the air intake above the front door gives me pause. I understand the reason for this clean air addition to the ac but if I was an engineer I would have designed it differently. ... More

This was our second experience purchasing a newly built primary residence, so Joan and I had a reasonable basis for comparison. No home builder is perfect, and DiVosta certainly isn’t exempt from that reality, but we were genuinely impressed with our overall experience. From the beginning and throughout the build process, the team was consistently responsive and took the time to answer every question we had. Since we were coordinating much of this from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, communication mattered—and they delivered. Our build manager, Auston, was exceptional. He responded quickly to our questions, explained options clearly, and stayed engaged throughout the process. His email communication in particular made a long-distance build feel much more manageable. The final stages of building and closing can feel overwhelming, but the team did a great job reducing that anxiety and helping us feel prepared. We’ve also been very impressed with the quality of the materials, finishes, and overall presentation of the home. We bought a market home that was 90% complete at the time. Everyone involved the sales process was excellent! Amber was our sales person and she was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Evelyn at the front desk in the sales center was always there with a smile and exceptionally helpful when Amber was out. Justyn was our building supervisor and was a great resource for us! We also used Pulte for our mortgage and closing. Jevon, Delia and Darlene were on top of everything and extremely helpful! Lastly, we even used Pulte for our last minute insurance needs and Rick helped ensure that we kept our closing date. Can’t say enough good thing about the teams at DIVosta and Pulte!! ... More

You can feel the quality in this beautiful Divosta home. Everything in the house makes sense. I love the options and the choices that were provided. I love the design process. The builder’s salesperson helped me find the perfect lot. TheDevelopment is truly magnificent - the builders are real visionaries. My only complaint was with the Divosta in-house lender and closing department. They kept asking me for the same documents over and over again, did not respond in a timely fashion, and seemed unorganized. I purchased this as an investment property, but I would definitely buy a Divosta/Pulte home for myself in the future if one comes to my area and becomes available. ... More

We have had a very positive experience with DiVosta. This is the third home we have built in Florida, and by far this is the best experience. DiVosta has been very proactive in standing behind its product. Their warranty process is excellent, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly. It is evident that they care about the homebuying process and want to ensure buyers have a positive experience throughout. The only issues we encountered were with one or two of the trades, where the workmanship could have been better. However, throughout the warranty process, DiVosta has been responsive in promptly and professionally correcting these minor issues. Sloppy workmanship: Paint overspray on exterior trim, grout left on tile, no caulk in bathrooms and laundry room, paint overspray on interior door handles, bathroom window poorly installed, trim on kitchen cabinets not flush, door handles loose, low-grade carpeting, yard is sodden after rain due to drainage issue. Paid $15,000 extra for a gourmet kitchen and the standard refrigerator sticks out, partially blocking entrance to hall. Made several complaints which were dismissed & minimized. Yet, homes without gourmet kitchens have refrigerators flush to the wall. Clearly a design flaw with the cavity that is not deep enough for the standard refrigerator. Safety issues in the communit: There has been reported theft of kayaks, among other things. People who do not live in the community have used the pool. People who don’t belong in the community easily access it with open gates. There’s a perimeter road that the public can use, they run the stop sign near the 510 entrance gate. They cut through by entering at the route 1 entrance to exit at 510 to avoid sitting at the red light. People that don’t live in the community park and use the kayak trail. ... More

Quality on par with other Florida home builders, maybe slightly better. Homes are being built very fast, in 4-5 months.. As a plus, they conduct several pre-close inspections which are helpful. Warranty team is responsive but you will spend the first 6 months getting work redone and products replaced. Not sure what the onsite managers actually do prior to closing, so best to get an independent home inspection despite it’s a new home. We had a gas leak externally underground then another under the stovetop. Yet, the City of Palm Beach Gardens gave a Certificate of Occupation and DiVosta stated the home passed all of its inspections. Seriously? The sales process was very well organized with extensive documentation of alternative options and costs. Pricing was very inflexible. Asked for a $25,000 concession on a $1.5 million home and the sales manager refused. Her reason? She bought a home here and didn’t get a concession from management. Then added she didn’t need to sell the property for 18 months. Seriously? There is so much overbuilding in Fl. Take your time and explore all options and communities. ... More

Sales, design and construction teams were responsive and a pleasure to work with on my build. Struggled a bit with the mortgage team, ended up not using them. Final product is excellent and would highly recommend the team at Divosta!

Overall we have been pleased with our new build in the Beachwalk community. There could be improvements to the home construction options that would make the home more appealing to the purchasers. Even though these homes are not custom build, allowing minor changes to the process would assist in that endeavor (colors and quality of paint, too rushed through the selection process). Our building project manager (Justin) was very responsive and did an awesome job to ensure the construction was high quality and completed on time. Very appreciative of his efforts. After we moved in, we found a small punch list of items that needed fixed. The process to get the punch list addressed was slow and not effective. We ended up performing the repairs on the major of the items ourselves and we could not get the Divosta team to address the list. ... More

I have purchase a few homes, and the process was streamlined, excellent quality, great communication throughout the process, and I would highly recommend Divosta Pulte if you are looking for a home.

Divosta, I love my house; it is well built, in a nice area, and I have no doubt I will really enjoy it. One Big Negative about the whole buying experience - what I'll call "The Process" This is the seventh home I've purchased; I paid cash for the last one and last applied for a mortgage in 2006. As an experienced home buyer, I felt lost in the whole process of constantly logging in and going through security protocols of repetitive and often unnecessary emails, from various different entities under the Pulte umbrella. Part of that I brought on myself by accepting a "quick move in", but after a month of uncertain and delayed closing dates from Pulte (the Builder) and Pulte (Finance), Pulte (the Title Company) wowed me with a choice of two dates within the next 7-10 days. I asked if I (the Customer) still had some say in this whole process, and Pulte (the Title Company) agreed that I did. I was happy with that response, I asked to push back the closing date to the delayed time frame that Pulte (the Builder) and Pulte (Finance) were telling me to expect, and the rest of it all went fine. We worked with Liz, during the initial meeting stage thru sale completion . Everything about Liz and the process was excellent. Then, from the walk thru until current time ( which is about 6 weeks ) we have dealt with Chris, and again just like dealing with Liz- Chris has been excellent to deal with. When something has or had come up, he was and is very responsive, and got all done to our liking. Chris , we also rate as excellent - a 10 star rating for both Liz and Chris

I am very pleased with my new home. My construction manager Chris was amazing. He promptly responded to every concern and made sure issues were addressed. My sales guy, Dominic was very helpful through the entire process as well. This is an amazing community. I feel lucky to be living here.
