We are so pleased with our new year round home in The Lakes at Waterway Village! The craftsmanship is outstanding! Extremely professional approach, we were in contstant communication with our Project Manager throughout the build. Now that we're in our home we have a contact here in The Lakes that handles the minor followup work that is always needed. We highly recommend DiVosta homes without hesitation.

We have had a very positive experience with DiVosta. This is the third home we have built in Florida, and by far this is the best experience. DiVosta has been very proactive in standing behind its product. Their warranty process is excellent, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly. It is evident that they care about the homebuying process and want to ensure buyers have a positive experience throughout. The only issues we encountered were with one or two of the trades, where the workmanship could have been better. Bought a Quick Move in home and the process went smoothly. The sales representative Robert was terrific and quick to answer any questions regarding the home. I did not experience the building process, since the home was already completed, but the construction manager and warranty representative were great with all the information about the home and responding to any questions or issues.

Buying the home was simple quick and easy. The level of friendly helpful professionalism that I experienced from both Staci and Robert at Costa Pointe took a lot of the stress out of buying the home. There was a glitch with the closing dates which took place twice with Pulte Corporate. They kept getting the dates wrong and changing the times. The ball was dropped twice when vacation time took precedence over the business that was on the table. I closed on the house in Miami and on the house in Costa Pointe on the same date. Cash sales are less complicated.

The completer process of purchasing a home from DiVosta was very easy and the complete transaction was done with professionalism and patience. From my sales agent Denise to pre-inspection with with Alex and post move-in with Jesus it was very pleasant and they could not have been more accomodating and extremely helpful

Even though I had a change in my building manager halfway through the build, there was continuity, and both managers, Brandon and John, did a good job in taking care of me. The followup service after my move in has been slow and I have a couple of pending issues that need attention with Andres.

Overall it has been quite a positive experience. Whatever issues we had were quickly resolved. Both our salesperson, Vincent and Construction contact, Chris kept us informed of the progress and followed up on all questions and concerns.

Extremely happy during construction until closing. Few issues highlighted in the pre-closing not addressed properly. Now waiting for the repair of same. Unfortunately the rush to closing without fully complete the pre-closing itens was not a good way to handle the house.

The process of purchasing a home from DiVosta was one of the best real estate experiences I have ever had. The sales team, construction manger team and the move in process was wonderful. The development is a pleasure to live in and I would recommend to anyone interested in coastal Florida living.

We've purchased 7 new homes in our lives. Many from Nat'l builders and a couple years ago from a prominent builder on the Island. Chris Printer was our construction mgr. He is very capable, accommodating and professional despite being new with Divosta. Chris went above and beyond keeping us updated on the progress of our home and met with us on numerous occasions. We've had some very bad experiences with drywall finish and texture the last two homes purchased. Chris was very sensitive to our concerns and delivered a fantastic home to my wife and I. DiVosta made the process smooth. Sales, design, and construction managers were all helpful and responsive. Only snafu was a minor issue right at closing that was left unresolved, but not a big deal in the scheme of things.

Chris is the best construction manager I have ever worked with He is excellent in details and response times to any issues I have had. He takes great pride in his work and customer service

I honestly didn’t know what to expect since this is my first home I’ve ever had built but I have to say I’m extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship. They were minor issues along the way but my construction manager made sure he took care of all of them!

Brandon was our project manager and was extremely professional, provided updates and made sure our home was perfect. I would recommend buying a Divosta home.

Jesus has been very responsive to all issues that have come up. Some of the contractors could be more attentive to details. For example they replaced a window, but then cleaned only the outside of the window. Inside had fingerprints all over it. Lanai ceiling was obviously painted after the ceiling fixtures were installed. Paint on them, and if you replace them, you have to touch up the paint if it’s a smaller fixture. Overall very satisfied

Pleased with the construction and materials used for the most part however near the end, things got rushed to meet their goal of closing before the end of the year so the punch list was longer than expected. Interior painting could have been neater, many spatters and paint on switch plates, floor and counters. Communication with our construction manager was good but toward the end we felt he wasn’t giving the same attention to detail as he initially did when the project began. We are having a pool installed by a 3rd party shortly and our sales agent and construction manager were aware of that and given the layout, however there was poor communication between them and the project landscapers, causing plantings having to be moved at our expense before excavation can begin. ...
