The process went smoothly and we are happy with our new home.

This was our first time building a new home and we absolutely loved the experience and the new home that DiVosta built for us. Our sales lady Andrea was amazing and our field manager Andrew was exceptional. Since the closing our customer care rep Debra has also been very responsive and accommodating to resolving any issues. My only complaint is with the quality of the worksmanship. There were more issues to resolve after closing than we expected and some of the issues were really surprising for them to have missed such as misplaced lighting, damaged tiles and damaged windows. We love our new home! Any small issues we have had, it has been promptly resolved by our warranty service person, Tony. We have referred friends already.

While in the process of purchasing our home Alex made it 10x easier. The only thing is when you do your final walk through just be very thorough when you do it and don’t rush. Some things were not complete but it was only little things hat we missed. But the great thing was we had 30 days to report the issue and they have been very quick in the response time to take care of the issue. But ultimately I’m very pleased with the purchase and the maintenance.

I really enjoy the community. The home is well built with great craftsmanship.

Every part of our experience was fantastic. Tim made sure the house was ready for us to move in by taking care of all last minute tweaks and repairs. The cleaning crew left it immaculate. And Jimmy has been incredibly responsive to us when we needed only a few minor items repaired after closing. We are so happy with everything.

Overall, a great experience.

We just moved into our second divosta home. Both homes were well built. The first home We had no issues in the 6 years we lived there. The second we built ourselves with Divosta. The process went smoothly and Divosta went out of their way to make the home perfect. It is our third week in the home and the tiny issues that have arose (example, a soft close cabinet not working) are fitted immediately for us. I’d buy from Divosta again but I’m in my forever home now.

Divosta was with us side by side guiding us on what home suited our budget and then building the home to the specifications that suited us. We are extremely pleased with the entire process and most of all the final product of our home. Divosta has certainly lived up to the high quality their brand demands.

I was very please with the communication and responsiveness of the Divosta. The finished product was exactly as expected, and any minor issues we had after move-in, were promptly addressed.

An outstanding job by Brent with the sales process, Chuck with the construction phase and Raul with post closing. Very responsive, professional and customer focused! The closing team made the process seamless .

The houses are good quality and very stylish, but responsiveness from staff for minor issues is too slow.

Home was in excellent condition. Only issue was the ice machine in the refrigerator. I highly recommend.

In today’s business environment, where customer service can often feel lacking, we were genuinely impressed by the customer service experience. Both Zorinel and Seth were highly responsive and went above and beyond to address our needs and concerns without hesitation. Zorinel, our sales representative and Seth, our construction manager, made our DiVosta experience smooth and pleasant.

Overall quality of work was very good and I am very happy with our build and purchase. The cabinetry could be better quality however. Would be good to have option to upgrade more items and more options for finishes.

Property manager did amazing job, great knowledge, respect. But, subcontractors poor workmanship is a huge issue.

My field supervisor has been attentive to me and my needs. Easy to talk too. My home appears to be a great quality home so far. Very happy.

The pre-construction experience was very good. Post-construction not as good...they were not very responsive to sod and irrigation issues and I'm still having issues and its been almost 2 months in.

There are some trees in the backyard poorly placed. The reason was it is designated there by it blocks the back view of the house.

Love this floor plan and all the space.

Pros: Very well built homes. I was remote so I loved being kept up to date on the home build via drone pics sent by the sales rep B.M. The completion of the punchlist after the initial walk-thru was complete and timely prior to closing......well done! I love the post close customer service assignment. Great to have someone committed to issue follow-up. Not all builders offer this. Love the landscape packaging offer...both design and installation, as well as the maintenance plan. Improvement opportunities: The overall completion was a a bit delayed from the original promise date, but probably to be expected in a pandemic and weather challenges with a winter delivery. Question response time was a little delayed at times I believe due to this being a desired community and maybe understaffed to handle the volume? A bit of back and forth with builder mortgage company (Pulte Mortgage) on getting loan approval finalized....came down to the wire just before closing (March 2021) even though we started the process in October 2020. In the end it all worked out, but knowing loan is final approved way in advance would be less stress. ... More
