I think the inside paint could of being better quality,, every time there is a scuff mark on the wall and i try to clean it the paint rubs' off

New to the area. Bought when almost complete. Having trough getting someone out here to address a few issues. It all good till you close then then they disappear

Overall, the design of the home is great. There were minor issues upon moving in that could be expected with a new home, however, customer service is horrible. Difficult people to deal with after purchasing - rude and seems to be condescending to women.

The tiles are uneven. None of the outlets in the bathrooms work. Concrete drips are all over the floor. Beautiful home. Great neighborhood. Terrible consultant, Brent in particular is a used car salesman. The new manager of his is a very nice lady. She’s helpful. Look out for hidden fees.

Extremely dissatisfied with how DiVosta has handled our new home and closing.

The whole process was quite easy. We bought a prebuilt townhome so didn't have to make too many decisions. There were no glaring gaps in building quality. The layout of the townhome is great, just what we were looking for. There is a nice big kitchen, bigger than some actual homes. A lot of counter space. Having cat6 wires is nice. Our TV is able to not soak up wifi and get 4k quality. Hurricane proof windows being standard is great. We can hear our neighbors if they are very very loud but otherwise everything is quiet.

The paint job inside is pathetic. My father was a builder and I worked for him. He would be immensely disappointed. The slightest marring or touching, the leaves a mark. They need better painters and more concerned with detail. We paid additional monies for a handicap roll in shower, this is FLOODING. We've advised them of such. It must be re done asap. Of course, due to this C o v i d all entry to home has ceased. The concrete garage entry has cement cracking on lip. The impact windows are scratched. The baseboards by shower were left non painted. Should have used tile or painted baseboard. There's a HUGE piece of missing drywall where kitchen cupboards were installed. We just started moving in when it was suggested that we need to be quarantined. Now we have a brand new home that is sparsely furnished, but we can’t show anyone anyway. Our builder foreman, Chuck, made sure everything was perfect before he gave us the keys. Great Guy! Great Home!

Divosta offers extremely well built homes and our experience throughout the build was very positive.

I was hoping to get the same quality I saw on the model home. It is difficult to see every detail on a short period of time. Once I moved I realized that all openings are cut in diagonal. Even the main door has a triangle on the wall. Sliding doors are not aligned, pocket door in the bathroom detached in the middle of the night within 17 days after moved. The quality control on the construction is terrible. I have never seen a construction like this. Appliances had to be leveled. The appliances cannot be any cheaper. For what we pay to buy one of these houses we should get much more.

Very happy with the final product A little more attention should be paid to just before closing to make sure the house is 100 percent at delivery

When it’s more about churning out product quickly, attention to detail and dedication to making things right is not a high priority

Asked for a new thermostat that was supposed to be in the house. Confirmed day of that they would give a 30 min window and never showed up. After calling my customer care agent and another emergency line no one called back until over 8 hours.

Not the quality I aspected. Still having issues Would not recommend to anyone!!

The quality of the work is disappointing for the price of the home.

I really enjoyed the whole buying experience from picking out what I wanted and watching it become a dream come true. I was not pressured into anything that I didn't want or rushed to make any decisions. The whole DiVosta team was a pleasure to work with from sales to the end when I received my keys, they all wanted to make sure that I was happy with my home.

I love my new home but the post purchase and home delivery processes have been less than stellar. I expected better. The closing was nothing special, the delivery was "here are your keys - good luck", and the post delivery follow up has been almost non-existent.

We love our new home but find the response to fixing post move in / post closing issues to be very slow and have some "no shows" when work is scheduled. Would love a phone call even if appointment cannot be met and has to be cancelled and rescheduled.

60 days later And my list of issues still not taken care of. I want appointments for any workers coming to my home. I think 60 days after closing my list of shoddy workmanship should be completed but it’s not! I’m weighing my many options... Left to fix on lot 402 01-13-20 Scratches inside bathroom sink by office (very lite) Kitchen cabinet left next to refrigerator replacement A/C per Nick notes on install Relocate Flood Lighting on SE corner by master bedroom Cabinet/vanity trim in master bath not same color as rest of vanity. The garage ceiling has an electrical open electrical box with a wire hanging  Media box repair RJ45 plug Wires hanging out of it. The vents leading to the roof from the two guest bathrooms make a Lotta noise with any kind of wind at all and it needs to be fixed.  ... More
