My construction pre-close manager was awful. He agreed to fix the door knob prior to close, but it was not. Garage not painted thoroughly, so pre-close manager tells me he will have garage repainted *if* I leave him a 10 on his review. I walked away feeling sleezey for agreeing to this. He deserved a 3. HVAC still not cooling all rooms properly. I will say the Pulte customer service rep is excellent.

This was our second experience purchasing a newly built primary residence, so Joan and I had a reasonable basis for comparison. No home builder is perfect, and DiVosta certainly isn’t exempt from that reality, but we were genuinely impressed with our overall experience. From the beginning and throughout the build process, the team was consistently responsive and took the time to answer every question we had. Since we were coordinating much of this from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, communication mattered—and they delivered. Our build manager, Auston, was exceptional. He responded quickly to our questions, explained options clearly, and stayed engaged throughout the process. His email communication in particular made a long-distance build feel much more manageable. The final stages of building and closing can feel overwhelming, but the team did a great job reducing that anxiety and helping us feel prepared. We bought a market home that was 90% complete at the time. Everyone involved the sales process was excellent! Amber was our sales person and she was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Evelyn at the front desk in the sales center was always there with a smile and exceptionally helpful when Amber was out. Justyn was our building supervisor and was a great resource for us! We also used Pulte for our mortgage and closing. Jevon, Delia and Darlene were on top of everything and extremely helpful! Lastly, we even used Pulte for our last minute insurance needs and Rick helped ensure that we kept our closing date. Can’t say enough good thing about the teams at DIVosta and Pulte!! ... More

The sales staff at Beach Walk was incredible. Best in class!

Overall we have been pleased with our new build in the Beachwalk community. There could be improvements to the home construction options that would make the home more appealing to the purchasers. Even though these homes are not custom build, allowing minor changes to the process would assist in that endeavor (colors and quality of paint, too rushed through the selection process). Our building project manager (Justin) was very responsive and did an awesome job to ensure the construction was high quality and completed on time. Very appreciative of his efforts. After we moved in, we found a small punch list of items that needed fixed. The process to get the punch list addressed was slow and not effective. We ended up performing the repairs on the major of the items ourselves and we could not get the Divosta team to address the list. ... More

Divosta, I love my house; it is well built, in a nice area, and I have no doubt I will really enjoy it. One Big Negative about the whole buying experience - what I'll call "The Process" This is the seventh home I've purchased; I paid cash for the last one and last applied for a mortgage in 2006. As an experienced home buyer, I felt lost in the whole process of constantly logging in and going through security protocols of repetitive and often unnecessary emails, from various different entities under the Pulte umbrella. Part of that I brought on myself by accepting a "quick move in", but after a month of uncertain and delayed closing dates from Pulte (the Builder) and Pulte (Finance), Pulte (the Title Company) wowed me with a choice of two dates within the next 7-10 days. I asked if I (the Customer) still had some say in this whole process, and Pulte (the Title Company) agreed that I did. I was happy with that response, I asked to push back the closing date to the delayed time frame that Pulte (the Builder) and Pulte (Finance) were telling me to expect, and the rest of it all went fine. I am very pleased with my new home. My construction manager Chris was amazing. He promptly responded to every concern and made sure issues were addressed. My sales guy, Dominic was very helpful through the entire process as well. This is an amazing community. I feel lucky to be living here.

Overall, we have no regrets about moving to Beachwalk. It’s a well-built, beautiful community with great access to the beach and excellent amenities. However, we were very disappointed with the sales and build process. During the sales process, we were told the build would be completed in March, which fit our timeline. Immediately after paying our deposit, the completion date was moved up to mid-January. Our construction manager later told us that the sales team knew the actual build timelines (we would have picked another unit). We also discovered that the sales team had misrepresented the pricing of our unit. In addition, the construction manager left a warranty item unresolved that should have been fixed prior to closing, which required considerable time and effort on my part to address. There was no reason to leave us dealing with damaged appliances that clearly could have been replaced before closing. In summary, our experience with DiVosta lacked transparency, and it often felt like they would say whatever was necessary to secure the sale. While we’re happy with our decision to purchase at Beachwalk, the purchase and build process was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. I even asked for someone to contact me about these issues and never received a response, which reflected a lack of consideration and care from the builder. ... More

We like the neighborhood and landscaping. But the quality is a little low. The drywall is terrible and the paint is like chalk.

From our first meeting with Jessica to our last meeting with our contractor Shaun, it was a breeze. They both were very knowledgeable and instructing. Their professionalism and dedication to our build was amazing. We received thousands of dollars in upgrades and the amenities package, wow. Why would you live anywhere else?

From the dishonesty of the sales team about expectations and what’s included to the horrendous workmanship of ALL aspects of the build; I would never recommend a Pulte hone. What a disappointment. DiVosta used to have a great reputation as a builder however since they’ve merged there is no quality control and they hire the most unskilled workers to build these expensive homes. And they don’t stand by there warranty. Pulte determines what needs to be fixed and are not aligned with what a customer and owner of the home feels needs to be replaced. Run don’t walk away from a Pulte home !!!

Never use Coast to Coast, the worst experience ever! Very unprofessional rude and DiVosta let this happen. Why I have no idea. Must be a family member or BFF. the reviews were terrible about Coast to Coast and I did not believe it, I would never use them again and given our experience I would probably never use DiVosta / Pulte again or recommend them.

Overall, the purchase experience was very good. The sales and design center teams were extremely helpful and professional. The construction process was efficient with updates provided on a timely basis. The DiVosta portal really helped with the home design process and keeping track of the construction phases. The Pulte portal made the closing process very easy.

We purchased in Dec moved in in January even with construction going on across the street everything is clean and neat. Even the noise level is low the quality of the building is great and our project manager Pat was fantastic. Can wait to spend more time there!

I had a great experience. I did buy a spec home. It is beautiful and I love it. I love this neighborhood, I’ve made a lot of new friends.

Your vendors that your sell Homeowner contact information to use highly questionable business tactics. They tell new homeowners ridiculously overpriced options and maintenance agreements are Pulte and HOA required.

Auston was our construction manager for our new build home. He was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns (which were few!). Whatever was the punch list of items that needed to be addressed, he did it promptly and kept us in the loop at all times. Auston is a fantastic person and was a pleasure to work with! We love our new home and know that Auston was an integral person in making this happen for us.

Although the staff were courteous and professional, they didn't really meet my needs. It may be par for the course with other builders, however.

Had a wonderful experience with our sales person, construction manager and follow up with some small post close issues. I’d certainly recommend our builder and neighborhood to anyone.

We had a very pleasant experience building our new home in Talon preserve with DiVosta. Communication was very good and we are happy with the quality.

I enjoy everything about my new home. Of course the devil's in the details... I have 1 year for blemishes and issues to surface.

Our construction manager, Christopher, was absolutely fantastic! We really appreciate his work! However, the quality of the house's construction was often subpar. There was no attention to detail. We were also unhappy with the landscaping. The final landscaping was rather weak and monotonous compared to many other communities. We built our previous home at Hammock Preserve with DeVosta, and many things were much better there.
