Sales staff were attentive at first, but not as much after we signed the contract. Construction manager was outstanding throughout the build process and even after closing making sure all punch list items were taken care of promptly.

Good: Foreman once he took over from sales. Bad: Disconnect of sales person not making sure things we specified were actually in contract and for not communicating clearly that our house had a live buyer and not a spec with foreman.

Foreman was very good once he was able to get engaged. We were told the house was coded a spec and he had no buyer. Joe was very responsive and tried to stay within company rules and yet still meet our needs. Once suggestion, somehow electronically share the foreman's list of pending corrections or punch list with a buyer so they can see what things are on his radar with planned date. Right now, my final review could be higher after my punch list is completed.. That is to occur Aug 8-9 and we are returning to FL for that.

The home is beautiful! Non working toilet. Microwave pours out smoke. Windows don’t open. Waiting for correct refrigerator. Drywall and paint demonstrate poor workmanship. Requested tub with whirlpool. Denied. Required to purchase a tub I am unable to use. Sink drains do not hold water. Pulte Homes is trying to help with mechanical issues.

Very good initial experience with salesrep. Field manager kept us well informed during build process. But seemed they rushed through the final finishes to close before year end. Great building experience...no major issues along the way and minor issues were quickly resolved. Unfortunately, our warranty experience has not been the same. We closed months ago, and not all items on our 30 day list have even been scheduled to be fixed via the warranty department. They have addressed some items but others are still pending

From the outset our experience with DiVosta sales department was very favorable. Thoroughly knowledgeable with various models and related features. Very helpful in deciding which model was best for us without undo pressure. Very responsive to our questions and contacts. Initial contract signing went smoothly. During the design review and selection of options we did experience a rather frustrating issue with the kitchen cabinets. So far the experience has been very good. Since we have not been able to occupy our new home yet we can't make a completely accurate assessment on all aspects of the criteria listed above. There was one outstanding issue that has not been resolved yet (a damaged window screen).

List all of your concerns and report them to them to your project managers so they can be addressed. Many of the flaws will be a quick fix. The most urgent problems will be attended to first so they don't become a major issue in the future. When the staff plans to do a repair at your home, have them give you a scheduled date and time. This way you will be prepared to be at home and ready to assist if necessary.

1. Recommend an option for pool and spa railings. Given the age of the community, it was mind-boggling to my wife and I that this was not available. We now have to go out and arrange to have done at more cost than if it were completed when the pool/spa was built. 2. We spend $ 1,200 after closing to change-out side pool cage screening to privacy screening. This also should be an option that would have saved us some money. The sales agent and building supervisor were fantastic. Pulte cuts corners on quality and the landscaping they put in is poor for $500,000 + home. Their communities are very nice but KEEP an eye on your home while it is being built.

This is the 6th new property for us. The most expensive, but not the best by far. The general design is only average. The guest bath and closet are really small, but they're needed because there really isn't room for two in the master bath and closet. There was only a single towel bar, so perhaps it's a home for one person. The shower has no comfort features. Curb appeal outweighs the actual product. It might be better not to ask for this feedback.

We were excited and eager to move into our new home at IslandWalk. However our disappointment started with a call from Pulte Mortgage indicating that that they needed a last minute form to close, with less than a week before our scheduled close. “We’re really busy right now,” was the explanation. Finally get keys to our dream home, and immediately notice the lack of attention to details: the final cleaning was terrible - dust and grout on tile floors, paint in carpet. Main problem is cardboard on corner of master bathroom is still there and during walk through she said it would taken care of. Several problems on construction has been detected but was told to wait until the 11th month to report them. Also 7 or 8 bushes are dead in our landscaping

Overall the experience with DiVosta was a good one. The house looks great and we are very happy with it. There was a relatively significant issue with the lanai that was due to a complete lack of communication by DiVosta. It was resolved but DiVosta would not take responsibility for their actions at first. Eventually we settled on splitting the cost of the remediation. Otherwise, a very good experience.

I’m still trying to have outstanding items resolved. Having to constantly follow-up, contractors not showing up as scheduled with no follow-up. This has been putting a strain on my work schedule.when a contractor does show up, we find out that the work order is partial complete creating additional follow up from my end. Knowing about the DiVosta we were expecting more professionalism, espessially regarding responding to numerous issues. Several staff members, that supposed to take care of our issues, got fired and nobody notified us about that. Because of that we lost time. The work order, that we were waiting for a month and a half, didn't occur and we were notified only on the day it was supposed to happen. We delayed our plans to be at the property on the scheduled date, but it didn't happen. We knew understood post close would exist, although the responsiveness and delays to resolve issues have been unacceptable. For example, the sprinkler near driveway was broken, submitted a ticket on 2/16 and still not fully addressed. The other example is the electrical issue, light switch controlled multiple wall outlets and canned lights. They should be independent of each other.

To start off sales team is terrible 2 of the sales people that I dealt with over the course of time I will not recommend, Chris and Dominic , they could careless Now Chris did me a favor by pushing Madison on us. She was professional, nice , accommodating, she went above and beyond for us , she was the reason we continued with talon preserve , she should have been given the full commission for the sale of our home , also be promoted and teach the rest of the sales people how to conduct themselves , I hope that she is recognized for the great job that she did
