This is our second Pulte home. We were very pleased with Dominic during our sales process and Shaun during construction. Our new home is beautiful and suits our lifestyle very well.

If you are buying home from Divosta/Pulte - find your own title company, because they will charge you for title insurance. But actually you don't need title insurance with a brand new house. Low quality of kitchen cabinets

Home buying experience was excellent! Design and options experience with Joan was outstanding. Build experience with Nick was also excellent, although you do have to watch the build as we corrected several mistakes with our project manager during the build. Recommend viewing the build on Sundays when construction crews are not working. Overall, we worked with quality people who were professionals.

1. Recommend an option for pool and spa railings. Given the age of the community, it was mind-boggling to my wife and I that this was not available. We now have to go out and arrange to have done at more cost than if it were completed when the pool/spa was built. 2. We spend $ 1,200 after closing to change-out side pool cage screening to privacy screening. This also should be an option that would have saved us some money. Cage company stated that having this as an option would not cause any planning/execution problems. Given the small distance between homes, this should have been available. 3. We spent $ 11,000 for the Gathering Room extension. The work was done but (a) the location of the dining room table chandelier was off-center by almost 2 feet per building code and the standard location of a table and a buffet, and (b) the dining room window was put in the wrong place given the design of the dining room area. We are still, after almost 2 months, waiting to have the light placement issue fixed. We are also waiting on hearing that several other issues have been resolved. 4. Seemed to me that the base house was pretty basic and almost everything was considered an upgrade. Everything had to be done on their schedule with little to no consideration for us.

Great experience. Project supervisor was extremely helpful and responded to all our questions quickly.

Very disappointed in the overall experience. Windows were missing balance rods, customer service not responsive.

Get an outside 3rd party home inspection. I did and we still have many outstanding issues that should have been addressed prior to closing.

Our construction occurred during the COVID outbreak. Our building/field manager, Joe, worked closely with us as we were not able to travel to the house for our interim and celebration walk throughs. Joe face timed us and kept us informed throughout the whole process. A good experience during tough times.

We recently wrapped up construction on a new house build in Mallory Park with DiVosta Homes and couldn’t be more pleased! From our sales experience with Vanessa, the build experience with David and the wonderful neighborhood culture we truly are excited to be part of Mallory Park!

I’ve had many homes, all NEW builds. This by far is the best. Great community, incredible lot, excellent floor plan and wonderful neighbors. Can’t ask for anything else. Very happy with our choice.

Three of the PGT windows installed needed still need adjustment or calibration but I’m told this delay is on PGT who were forced to shut down for several weeks due to the pandemic. My initial thoughts were, DiVosta should have more influence with PGT due to the amount of business they provide. This delay is unacceptable for the consumer.

I looked at homes for about a year or more. Mallory Park was just right for me with the choices of homes and prices. Couldn’t be in a better location. If something is wrong, I get a response within the hour.

There was a problem with oven that required 3 calls and 2 visits to resolve. The FM had been aware of problem BEFORE Celebration, but did not address it.

I had many issues when I moved in my new house and having a very difficult time getting Pulte to fix these issues. Some of my issues: poor paint job, electrical issues: lights flickering, power goes off when washer is turned on, Tile finished poorly- missing tile on backsplash, hazing. Threshold loose. Pavers are stained- have foot prints across my lanai pavers, front driveway pavers are stained. Hole in ceiling in my garage. All my LED lights are clicking when they are turned off. Pulte needs to do a better job before they turn over their houses to their customers.

We settled about 6 weeks ago and our DiVosta home is the absolute best constructed home. They use quality materials and labor. As with any new home, there are some minor touch ups that have had to be done, but they are extremely responsive at getting things done and getting the subcontractors onsite to make the repairs or touch ups.

Love the community, the quality of the home, the value for the money and the staff!!!

We live in NJ, visited and bought a 'spec' home at IslandWalk in West Village in mid-March. We'll be snowbirds.Due to COVID and Divosta contract, we were forced to close remotely without actually being able to see our completed home. We're told it came out nicely, but we've not yet seen it except in pictures and video provided by our real estate person.. We're hoping to visit in mid-September-COVID permitting.

The sales agent and building supervisor were fantastic. Pulte cuts corners on quality and the landscaping they put in is poor for $500,000 + home. Their communities are very nice but KEEP an eye on your home while it is being built.

Delay after delay very dirty, no cleanup while working. Sliding doors not sealed and don't roll smoothly. Garage floor a disgrace and needs painted in order to cover up scars and drywall mud that could not be cleaned up

We are pleased to have recently moved into our new DiVosta home. Thanks for all the hard work and effort. We are pleased with the outcome and are looking forward to many years of enjoyment!

Our new home was delivered in the original timeframe promised to us, the quality and materials are really topnotch and we had a very good experience working with our construction manager. We highly recommend DiVosta Homes!
