The house is beautiful . The few issues we have had were resolved quickly as DiVosta construction staff have been very responsive . Pulte and all its subsidiaries are very experienced w/ these residential developments - it helps that once the homeowner selects a style and a lot , there are a limited number of choices , all of which are good . This really helps to expedite the process since it minimizes the chance that a couple will be paralyzed due to a deadlock over options .

Working with Will has been a pleasure. He is very responsive, thorough and holds the contractors responsible for all punch list items.

Sales consultant guided us through the entire process, step by step. We felt, comfortable, acknowledged and supported throughout the entire journey. Always answered questions and concerns. Went above and beyond to ensure any concerns or issues were addressed to the best of their ability.

Chuck, the construction manager, has been amazing going above and beyond to rectify any issues both pre and post construction. He communicated throughout the entire process, is easy to work with and understands my concerns, responding almost immediately. Jessica C. in sales is wonderful to work with. She helped me obtain my lot soon after I visited Beachwalk and kept me updated during the construction process. She remains available for help and information even after I have moved in.

From start to finish our home buying experience with Divosta at Beachwalk by Manasota Key was excellent. Chas our CM and Jessica C our Sales Person couldn’t have been more courteous, helpful or professional in helping us all through the building process. If you’re thinking of buying here you’ll be in good hands, especially if you work with Chas and Jessica. Everyone else we met were also very friendly and helpful, so it seems to be a solid team here. We made the right decision buying here.

When Beachwalk opened up you had to bid on lots and we were constantly being out bid. Our salesperson Jessica was the driving force for us. She kept us upbeat and eventually found our perfect lot. Our design meeting went well, a little disappointed that if you chose not to get an item there was no credit. The building process took us through 3 CMs with a large gap between the 2nd and 3rd CM where our house sat for a few months with no work being down. After more than 16 months from purchase to close we are in with just a few punch list items still awaiting to be completed. We love our home and the community but the process was a very stressful one but our salesperson was amazing we could not of gotten through it without her. ... More

Jessica (Sales) and Dan (Construction Manager) were absolutely wonderful to work with. The hurricane in 2022 contributed to the delay but we love our new home and it was worth waiting for!

This is our 2nd Divosta/Pulte home and this is this was an exceptional experience. Minor issues after move in were addressed immediately by our super Shaun Coleman. Quality build, (we have built 6 homes from scratch)

From the very start through move-in, the experience went well. Very organized, including showroom, website, information along the way and at closing.

Our CM was very responsive to our questions & concerns & helped us close 10 days earlier than our original closing date.

Our salesperson Jessica was amazing! Always responsive and respectful even when replying to the smallest of issues. Our construction manager Chas was also very responsive to all issues as they arose.

The buying process went smoothly, our saleslady Linda was great at keeping us posted along the way as was our CM Austin.

From the salesperson to the people involved in helping customize the selections, then the construction manager and the support, our experience has been all positive. The closing could have been a bit more efficient but all in all a great experience.

The purchase of our house was very well done. The Pulte Title and Closing departments were very responsive, helpful, professional and easy to work with. Also, our construction manager, Chris, was great to work with, personally committed to completing a high quality home, responsive and ensured that we were happy with the house at the closing.

The communication process throughout the construction process was excellent. There were some small workmanship issues but, to date, Divosta has taken care of said issues promptly and without issue.

Great experience, as a first time new construction homeowner. While the process is very intensive- it was not difficult. I appreciate the level of support provided to me.

I have to say that the process of getting repairs done is not good. Even though the work is scheduled, the workers usually don’t show up. When they do either they don’t have all the materials they need and have to return, or I have to wait along time for them to return. I have spent many days at home waiting for nothing. This not what we expected at all from such a reputable builder. With that said living at Beach walk is beautiful in every other aspect.

Words and actions align with Divosta. Buying during the end of Covid, the great "resignation", and supply issues in every industry, DiVosta did a great job communicating and finishing the job.

Kaitlyn has been very responsive to my punch list but i did encounter a problem with the salesperson during buying phase. Bottom line i love my new house

All the people we worked with with great and responded quickly to any concerns. The only downside to the process the Pulte loan process (submitting the information 10 times in 6 months) and the amount of garbage lying around house during construction.

Divosta/Pulte is systematically creating an entire neighborhood roads and all! They must be completing 5 new perfect homes a month!

Nice home in great neighborhood, good amenities, not major problems, just cosmetic, hoping all will be fix soon so we can relax in our beautiful home.
