Built many new homes over the years. This was the best experience of them all

Wish I was kept amore informed in advance about important dates while home was under construction.

Love the design of the house! Our construction manager was great!!! The only thing is we r having some minor issues and still waiting to hear from someone to resolve them.

- Initial house Sales personnel were excellent - The Sales person for the changes/upgrades/options/etc pushed us through and did a poor job at describing all the options - Attention to detail in the building is lacking and there’s some areas of shabby workmanship - Items to be finished before Closing were pushed off to the Warranty Team - The Warranty Team is excellent and stays on all the repair work until it is completed properly. Note, this is a long process but their tenacity is highly appreciated.

We reside in New England and couldn't be on site for our build. We did extensive research and found Pulte to be a reputable builder. We also have a relative that had a home built by Pulte who had no complaints. We found Pulte to be easy to communicate with during our remote build. They kept us well informed throughout the process. Our building manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. He addressed our questions or concerns immediately. Thus far, we are very pleased with our home and amenities within the community built by Pulte.

The sales person and the CM were outstanding and supportive.

Brandon was our project manager and was extremely professional, provided updates and made sure our home was perfect. I would recommend buying a Divosta home.

The buying experience was excellent. Our salesperson Gladys was knowledgeable, informative and followed up quickly on all questions. She was a pleasure to work with. The construction group on the other hand rushed to close on the property with many items not finished or improperly completed. I have interior doors that do not close, the front door jam was destroyed and has to be replaced. I’m missing sod after closing over a month ago. The walls are bowed so badly, trim can’t hide the issue. I’m spending $24k to replace all of the interior doors since almost each one has been dropped, damaged or improperly painted. I would not recommend this builder or would I purchase again from this company. The construction manager assigned to my build spent a bunch of time telling me how important that I score 10’s on the survey I received from the builder but failed to complete the house. The workers throw food all over the place and discard trash in the house and yard even thou dumpsters are everywhere. The builder needs to raise their standards and police the poor quality (especially the dry wall and trim work) the workers are producing. Once I fix everything that the builder didn’t complete correctly, I’m selling the house. Very disappointed over all! ... More

whole process has been great!!

The sale of home was flawless. Great follow through and Brendan our sales person was amazing. The build quality is far less than satisfactory and what I did not expect after 6 weeks of issues. I believe most issues are due to the lack of knowledge and follow through of our second CM. I hope DiVosta fixes these issues.

I don’t even know where to start. I closed In May 14 2024. And I still can’t move in because Items on the punchlist or not yet repaired including the floors. I don’t even know why I opted to upgrade the flooring because the low quality flooring that was installed in my home is of such poor quality !!! And the mess the installers left, I can’t get it clean. It just looks like old shoddy floors which does Not make the home look like a new home . And then I also upgraded to get a bigger Extended patio with a close screen in porch That Is also another overpriced joke there’s more bugs inside my screen than if I stood outside, so obviously the screen wasn’t put up properly That all the bugs are able to get it. I can understand a a few bugs here and there, but not the amount that I get inside the area. The screen is supposed to keep the bugs out. It just seems that upgrading is not the thing to do because the materials that they use for upgrading is of poor quality!! I’m very disappointed adding to another issue is my white baseboards are bright white and then all my doors did not get painted so the doors look dingy against the baseboards. Then the contractors and cleaning ladies are very careless by pouring their dirty water into my white tile master shower and sinks , causing slow drainage and backup , Also with them pouring the dirty water I can’t get the stains off the white tile shower , So my shower looks like a dirty stain old Shower!!Overall, the tile installer were very sloppy in doing their job !!! And it doesn’t help that the quality of the tile is a low quality And then the careless way that they install things and do things it doesn’t give you a feel of excitement coming into what should be a nice clean new home!! Chris G and William D have tried to help and William keeps calling workers but they don’t show up and when they do show up they do a lousy job !!I So here it is August and I am still waiting. Can’t move my furniture in because I don’t want my furniture in and then I have to move it when they have to clean the floors properly it’s a mess and I’m very disappointed!! My family and I are still not moved in Due to waiting for things to get done properly if I had known that, it wasn’t going to be taken care of in a reasonable manner , I would’ve never signed closing documents until it was completed !! Very disappointed.!! P.S. Jennifer in Sales is Great she is very nice and professional! So home buying experience was Great!! Everything else is lacking even though Chris G and William D are also professional and nice but I am needing for them to step up and resolve all the issues that were found and noted to be completed, so that I can enjoy my new home!! Easy process and overall great experience

All were easy to work with

We love our new home! DiVosta builders were very thorough in making sure everything was done properly. Like anything, there were a few minor things that we trust will be taken care of by the care team

We recently closed on a house in Beachwalk and all went smoothly. We didn't have any major issues and the few small items were noted and have been taken care of or are in process. Justin was our project manager and we were very happy with him. Communication has been very timely with anyone we needed to contact. As of now, we are very happy with the home.

There is not much to say when your frustrations overcome everything else. From start to finish, this has been a extreme bumpy experience.

We had a positive experience building our new home with Divosta. The house was finished ahead of time. The construction manager was very responsive & responsible & kept us informed throughout the process.

The house was completed on time and all outstanding issues were done prior to closing date.

The home buying experience was extremely organized.

We have been considering buying a home in Florida for several decades. Annually, we rented a home in Boca Grande for a month, but the cost was equivalent to the cost of a new home. We found Beachwalk on a house hunting trip. The cost came in at around $400/sqft and the on-site amenities were outstanding. We plan on spending the winters at Beachwalk and the remainder of the year in Colorado where we have a river front home in Almont, CO and our main house in Colorado Springs.

Our Construction Manager, Justin S. was great! He explained everything about the home construction and features especially the features specific to Florida building codes. He supported three walkthroughs to accommodate our schedule. Most important he did everything he could and worked with customer care to make sure all items on our punch list were done. Great professionalism!
