Working with Will has been a pleasure. He is very responsive, thorough and holds the contractors responsible for all punch list items.

Although I love my home's design and the community, the building experience was really stressful and customer service was terrible.

Horrible building experience and horrible builder. Not only did it take 22 months to build, but their workmanship and lack of attention to detail are horrific. I’ve already replaced the tile for kitchen backsplash as well as the tile in the master shower stall. They use substandard subcontractors for everything and it shows in the quality of their work. There is NO communication during the building process and you’ll be left regretting ever buying a home with Divosta/Pulte. It is BRUTAL.

Sales consultant guided us through the entire process, step by step. We felt, comfortable, acknowledged and supported throughout the entire journey. Always answered questions and concerns. Went above and beyond to ensure any concerns or issues were addressed to the best of their ability.

Very good home building experience . I have built 5 homes Over the years and this was by far my best experience. Responsiveness , honestly and quality were all A plus!!

Tile floor is horrible. Grout and cement everywhere Cleaners are horrible. Painting horrible as well. Had to hire new cleaners and they still can’t get the grout clean. For what we paid 1.3 million you would think quality would be better.

I love my house, the neighborhood is great, specially the amenity center.

Jane started the buying process and we had a deal within 1 day...to sum it up, she just plain LISTENED to what we wanted. Joseph made sure our home was perfect as we took ownership...paying attention to every minute detail, prodivind excellent response time to even the smallest of things, and even recommending products and techniques to help us maintain our home for many years to come.

Being new to buying a newly built home, entering the shopping experience was intimidating, especially when coming from 1000 miles away. During varying experiences in viewing area developments SW Florida we encountered a down-to-earth salesman at one of the last developments we searched, following a long detailed online search. The salesman at BeachWalk at Manasota Beach greeted us genuinely, giving us plenty of time to delve into the many questions we had. Beau gave us a fully immersive view of the area using an online view- which he did better than anyone I had seen. This gave us precise answers as we sat in his office. He then took us out to view the construction area in a golf cart, pointing out the various areas we had viewed from a computer screen. And finally he convinced us we indeed could afford this endeavor and confirming our hopes. The buying process was fairly easy, especially using online documentation 1000 miles away. I found the BeachWalk development well thought-out, benefiting from DiVosta's vast experience in creating such developments. The home options were extensive and the designing process complete. I expected far more confusion and questions during the whole process of buying a new home 1000 miles away. We moved to the area as the home was just being started, enabling us to view the building process up close and personal. Being this was just after a hurricane had impacted the area, the building trades and supply lines were detrimentally impacted. Nonetheless, work continued and we were able to view the effectiveness of the design features of our new home in combating the threat of hurricanes and other natural disasters. This made me feel comfortable in moving here and the subsequent value of updated building codes, especially in cost of insurance. The home construction was well planned and mostly on time considering the obstacles- again a benefit of a large corporation in acquiring staff and material very much in demand. Our construction manager Justin was very responsive as the building progressed. I have been pleased with the end result and response to any finishing details encountered along the way. Walk thru was conducted prior to settlement. The items were never followed thru for its completion. We closed almost two months back. Issues are still outstanding. Similar issues with management company who never gave us the second car gate access decal and the one they gave never worked.

The overall experience has been extremely horrible. This is also the same for many neighbors we have spoken to in our community. The houses are being closed without being finished and the construction managers are not really inspecting any of the work done on the home. In our personal experience we had a driveway done in the incorrect width and the construction managers did not even know what the correct width should be. In addition, we had walls that were not straight, floor tiles broken and stained (cement and paint). Also when we brought this up to the warranty manager we got a different answer than the construction manager. We ended up escalating our issues with the company VPs and they could not believe what was happening in our home, but still things continue to be done incorrectly. This is only a very short summary of some of the issues we encountered with Divosta. My recommendation to future buyers is to look at other companies to buy a new build home. ... More

Love the development and quality could be much improved

Very good experience from beginning to end. Salesperson, Jessica, found us the perfect location and model from the quick move in homes. There was a significant problem at end of construction. Chas resolved issue to our satisfaction and communicated progress along the way. Could not have been happier with the outcome.

CM and boss were great. Good solid house. Finishes leave much to be desired. Finish carpentry and drywall work were sub par. My backsplash telework had to be done 3 times before it was acceptable. Pulte needs to train and hire some skilled laborers, not just laborers.

Our sales rep, Jessica, was great to work with. Project Manager Patrick was also great. We wish you would upgrade the brand of appliances. We hadn't been in the hope two weeks when the ice maker in the refrigerator broke.

We were about 11.5 months from purchase to closing, which was nice. Jen kept us informed with great photos the whole way. We were very confident in our builder, Dustin, after meeting him and he came through with a great home. Thanks also to Joe, who did our walkthrough with us.

Process went very well

Chuck, the construction manager, has been amazing going above and beyond to rectify any issues both pre and post construction. He communicated throughout the entire process, is easy to work with and understands my concerns, responding almost immediately. Jessica C. in sales is wonderful to work with. She helped me obtain my lot soon after I visited Beachwalk and kept me updated during the construction process. She remains available for help and information even after I have moved in.

From start to finish our home buying experience with Divosta at Beachwalk by Manasota Key was excellent. Chas our CM and Jessica C our Sales Person couldn’t have been more courteous, helpful or professional in helping us all through the building process. If you’re thinking of buying here you’ll be in good hands, especially if you work with Chas and Jessica. Everyone else we met were also very friendly and helpful, so it seems to be a solid team here. We made the right decision buying here.

The model homes really sell the house - when you see what you really get I wish I had not purchased here.

Quality needs improvement and much more oversight of trades

Don’t trust Linda sales office construction managers are useless. Spoken to five people all have similiar experiences. It’s up to the owners now to fix problems at our expense.

Good experience, but overwhelming with all of the requirements to set up the home.

I’m still waiting for the warranty work to be done on the 20 December. The builder, Scott, has been a great addition to the Pulte team. He has brought it all together the way it should have been done from the start!

There are some trees in the backyard poorly placed. The reason was it is designated there by it blocks the back view of the house.
