The purchase of our house was very well done. The Pulte Title and Closing departments were very responsive, helpful, professional and easy to work with. Also, our construction manager, Chris, was great to work with, personally committed to completing a high quality home, responsive and ensured that we were happy with the house at the closing.

We had an exceptional experience with Divosta. Bill our assigned Construction Manager is amazing and Debra in Sales is a Rock Star!!! We love our home.

The communication process throughout the construction process was excellent. There were some small workmanship issues but, to date, Divosta has taken care of said issues promptly and without issue.

The experience was great once Patrick became my construction manager. DiVosta delivered the WOW!

Great experience, as a first time new construction homeowner. While the process is very intensive- it was not difficult. I appreciate the level of support provided to me.

Our driveway and sidewalk were damaged via a dumpster put on our new driveway after construction by builder. Not yet fixed….. Trim missing by hood over stove… Damaged front gutter… Have appointment with supervisor coming up.

Pleased with the construction and materials used for the most part however near the end, things got rushed to meet their goal of closing before the end of the year so the punch list was longer than expected. Interior painting could have been neater, many spatters and paint on switch plates, floor and counters. Communication with our construction manager was good but toward the end we felt he wasn’t giving the same attention to detail as he initially did when the project began. We are having a pool installed by a 3rd party shortly and our sales agent and construction manager were aware of that and given the layout, however there was poor communication between them and the project landscapers, causing plantings having to be moved at our expense before excavation can begin. ... A good experience and was always informed by the construction manager Monica. She was very professional and provided a good exchange when I closed.

Our sales agent was always there and responded very quickly to all issues during closing. During construction, the superintendent also addressed all concerns and kept us updated on progress and problem resolution. This surprised us for a large company, the team exceeded our expectations and provided a customized service throughout the whole purchase experience.

Relatively easy sale everything was done electronically.

I have to say that the process of getting repairs done is not good. Even though the work is scheduled, the workers usually don’t show up. When they do either they don’t have all the materials they need and have to return, or I have to wait along time for them to return. I have spent many days at home waiting for nothing. This not what we expected at all from such a reputable builder. With that said living at Beach walk is beautiful in every other aspect.

We recommend Divosta for your first, second, or third home build. They are very helpful and attentive. Samantha was a pleasure to deal with. Justin our construction manager has been hands-on and extremely attentive before and after we closed. Megan and Kenny from the lending team were also excellent and assisted us with every question we had prior to the close of the home.

His background in building puts him in a class by himself. He is more capable, knowledgeable and understanding than the other terrific people I encountered with my first Pulte/Centex home previously in South Carolina. He is extremely personable and attentive and knows the owner needs to be updated and advised regularly, which he did in my case. He makes sure everything is completed to perfection. He goes above and beyond. He puts the homeowner's first and wants to make sure they are extremely pleased with everything in their new homes.

Words and actions align with Divosta. Buying during the end of Covid, the great "resignation", and supply issues in every industry, DiVosta did a great job communicating and finishing the job.

Kaitlyn has been very responsive to my punch list but i did encounter a problem with the salesperson during buying phase. Bottom line i love my new house

Our Field Manager, Monika was great. She was responsive and paid attention to detail. If we had a problem, concern or complaint, she addressed it.

All the people we worked with with great and responded quickly to any concerns. The only downside to the process the Pulte loan process (submitting the information 10 times in 6 months) and the amount of garbage lying around house during construction.

Divosta/Pulte is systematically creating an entire neighborhood roads and all! They must be completing 5 new perfect homes a month!

Some product have to be replaced

This is my second home with DiVosta and the whole buying experience was great again.

This was our first new home purchase in Florida and our first interaction with DiVosta. From the purchase, through the build and the final inspection, we were thrilled with the quality of service we received. We did have issues with their associated title company - PGP Title but, all was resolved in the end.

Overall we had a good experience. Happy for the most part with the finished product. For the experience to be great I would have liked for the construction manager to deliver on what he promised. Final walkthrough items were not addressed prior to closing and instead passed on to customer service process. This left a bit of a bad taste in our mouth. Thankfully the follow from customer service has been ok also not great. Delays in completion have been experienced due to holidays etc.

Alex our Project Manager was on top of ongoing building discrepancies which gave us a feel of trust during our build. Andy, the gentleman who helps after the build, has been wonderful to deal with as well. He always responds to minor issues that have occurred during or soon after the build of our home. So we're grateful that we had Alex as our Project Manager and Andy as Divosta Warranty Manager. Also there is another gentleman I would like to acknowledge, his name is Ed and he also has been very helpful in making minor repairs to the home. Overall, my wife and I were blessed to have Alex, Andy and Ed involved in our home build. ... More
