The many options available can be somewhat overwhelming. Make sure you take your time to select exactly what you want and ask questions even if you have to repeat them for yourself. We were not able to be on location while the house was built, but received photos throughout the process, which was very exciting and helpful. Interacting with the onsite project manager over the phone and via email was easy and efficient. No worries!

Home buying experience was excellent! Design and options experience with Joan was outstanding. Build experience with Nick was also excellent, although you do have to watch the build as we corrected several mistakes with our project manager during the build. Recommend viewing the build on Sundays when construction crews are not working. Overall, we worked with quality people who were professionals.

Every part of our experience was fantastic. Tim made sure the house was ready for us to move in by taking care of all last minute tweaks and repairs. The cleaning crew left it immaculate. And Jimmy has been incredibly responsive to us when we needed only a few minor items repaired after closing. We are so happy with everything.

We recently wrapped up construction on a new house build in Mallory Park with DiVosta Homes and couldn’t be more pleased! From our sales experience with Vanessa, the build experience with David and the wonderful neighborhood culture we truly are excited to be part of Mallory Park!

We just moved into our second divosta home. Both homes were well built. The first home We had no issues in the 6 years we lived there. The second we built ourselves with Divosta. The process went smoothly and Divosta went out of their way to make the home perfect. It is our third week in the home and the tiny issues that have arose (example, a soft close cabinet not working) are fitted immediately for us. I’d buy from Divosta again but I’m in my forever home now.

Three of the PGT windows installed needed still need adjustment or calibration but I’m told this delay is on PGT who were forced to shut down for several weeks due to the pandemic. My initial thoughts were, DiVosta should have more influence with PGT due to the amount of business they provide. This delay is unacceptable for the consumer.

We entrusted Divosta with every detail since we lived 3,000 miles away. From the sales department to the field manager’s updates, we were kept informed (with pictures), emails, texts, and phone conversations regarding all pertinent Issues as the house was built. Even Before and after closing, Divosta continues to manage minor issues related to detail and finishing cosmetics. We appreciate the quality and look forward to living in our well-built new home for many years to come!

I love my new home. My kitchen is fabulous and enjoy walking around the neighborhood.

Moved in around March 24, 2020 just when corona virus hit....all worked out well and everyone at Divosta assisted in accomplishing a few items that need attention. All in all a great experience...

Great experience and quality build

I would highly recommend purchasing a Divosta home. I purchased my villa in Hammock Preserve and closed in April 2020. The process was easy and the team of representatives are extremely professional and excellent to work with. I love my home and I feel like I made a very good decision!

I gave 4 stars for responsiveness because i am still waiting for my replacement fridge that was promised right from the day i moved in(mar 31st). I understand waiting for the other minor issues to be fixed due to the virus.

Wonderful floorplans and upgrade choices

The buying and building process is great. After you are in and request fixes to issues it is tough and very slow. We have had no major issues but taking care of after build issues is critical. Better or at least some communication would make it better.

In today’s business environment, where customer service can often feel lacking, we were genuinely impressed by the customer service experience. Both Zorinel and Seth were highly responsive and went above and beyond to address our needs and concerns without hesitation. Zorinel, our sales representative and Seth, our construction manager, made our DiVosta experience smooth and pleasant.

Overall excellent, but could be better with prompt service request follow up.

Overall quality of work was very good and I am very happy with our build and purchase. The cabinetry could be better quality however. Would be good to have option to upgrade more items and more options for finishes.

I chose to purchase due to the prime location, lifestyle, great neighbors, and the fact that prices were trending sky high at the time. If I would have purchased a year earlier, I would have spent hundreds of thousands less. Be that as it may, I assumed a certain quality of workmanship for the amount paid as these are considered high-end homes. Unfortunately, that was not the case. First of all, all-plywood construction cabinets were not even an option. This was quite disappointing. Secondly, while I certainly expect to have some punchlist items at closing, I did not anticipate numerous pages of issues including scratched and dented appliances, gouged sliders, scratches on many windows, lack of a seal around a vent pipe which resulted in a leak, and much more. During construction there was also a lack of respect for the home as the workers threw their garbage in the pool as it was being built (even with a dumpster out front), and they did not cover the brand new flooring so spackle and paint splatter were everywhere on the floor. We also found electrical issues: one switch that was supposed to run a ceiling fan was not connected to anything and many outlets had loose grounds which resulted in outlets not working and needing to be redone. This was all found the first week. I can only hope that there is nothing worse that we haven't yet found. While I still love the location and neighborhood, and the people living here are wonderful, had I known the workmanship would be this sketchy, I likely would have passed and chosen to buy elsewhere. ... Property manager did amazing job, great knowledge, respect. But, subcontractors poor workmanship is a huge issue.

After taking ownership it’s been like herding cats but worse to address punch list items. Embarrassing for such a large company. It’s seems like the 90% rule is the norm. Strange at best.

When we moved in we expected everything to be pretty much in order and we have had one problem after another the quality of paint is terrible. Our toilet has been leaking since the day we moved in which was two months ago. The paint job is something to be desired.
