We were disappointed with the tile. The trade installed the tile beautifully, but used many chipped tiles. DiVosta is having the issue repaired. The painters have some pretty big drips. Other than that, we are very happy with our home and the building process.

Overall a great experience through the build process. Pulte offers a comprehensive approach from construction to financing and home insurance. Their team has been very responsive to our warranty needs thus far as well.

The quality of the materials used and the responsiveness of the corporate staff in handling the closing deserves 5 stars. Thus far, the followup on warranty issues have been steady, but slow. We've been here 6 weeks and only 5 of the 10 items to be fixed have been fixed. There are 2 design/installation flaws: the hallway light needs 2 switches, not one; and all of the toilet paper holders should have been installed, at the very least, inline with the leading edge of the toilet itself so that you don't have to be an accomplished contortionist to twist your upper torso 90 degrees to get at the toilet paper. Meanwhile, the Whirlpool Washer and Dryer looks great from a design perspective. The top panels of both machines are shaped like the wings of a Boeing 737 Max. These machines look like they are aerodynamically ready to take off. Unfortunately, the only thing that takes off would be the laundry basket. When you put a basket on this wing-shaped airfoil, the basket will slide down the curvature and onto the ground. Thus, form and function have absolutely no practical relationship here whatsoever. Our home is very nice and the few issues we encountered throughout the sales and building process were quickly addressed. Production building in a super heated market brings definite challenges. Both DiVosta sales and Pulte Construction staff are supportive, friendly and try their best to meet expectations. We are pleased with the outcome.

Watching all the sub contractors as they build homes around us - they are forever measuring everything they do which shows in the home. We have been told DiVOSTA is one of the top builders in Florida and we feel completely safe with the high impact Windows and special weather coating they apply to the homes before they do the final painting! We look forward to living in our home for years to come.

Very good experience. So far has resolved any issues quickly.

We selected a "move in ready" home and it indeed was...down to the last detail. We were paired with a project manager who has been a Plus in terms of responsiveness. So far, our feeling is that DiVosta Homes sold us a well built home in a lovely, sought after community. We look forward to spending many years here.

I bought a model so I really didn't deal with the builder when they were building the home

The builder responds to our needs. We're able to reach them by phone or email without delay.

This was our first time building a new home and we absolutely loved the experience and the new home that DiVosta built for us. Our sales lady Andrea was amazing and our field manager Andrew was exceptional. Since the closing our customer care rep Debra has also been very responsive and accommodating to resolving any issues. My only complaint is with the quality of the worksmanship. There were more issues to resolve after closing than we expected and some of the issues were really surprising for them to have missed such as misplaced lighting, damaged tiles and damaged windows. However they have been great about resolving them so we are happy. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone for their new home purchase. ... More

My new home is very well constructed

Great local reputation as a builder helped us to make our decision to buy. They were very responsive, kept us updated and ensured we were satisfied during the sale, build and closure.

Extremely responsive to all questions and issues.

Friendly to work with even after closing. My only complaint is the amount of garbage blowing around the community from ongoing construction of homes such as lunch wrappings and building material wrappings. I'm constantly finding garbage in my landscaping.

Great quality home for the price. DiVosta was easy to work work. The Lakes at Waterside village is beautifully landscaped for a very serene atmosphere.

Our home was finished earlier then originally planned. The builder was informative and available.

We feel confident in saying Divosta is about workmanship, and their team is very helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend them.

I loved having a field manager who was informative, available and went over and above on several occasions.

While in the process of purchasing our home Alex made it 10x easier. The only thing is when you do your final walk through just be very thorough when you do it and don’t rush. Some things were not complete but it was only little things hat we missed. But the great thing was we had 30 days to report the issue and they have been very quick in the response time to take care of the issue. But ultimately I’m very pleased with the purchase and the maintenance.

The process was great. Everyone kept up informed at every step of the process. We are thrilled with our new home.

We were out of State buyers and of course we had a lot of questions. Chris Hill and David Bennett were always responsive to our questions. We even had an outside inspector come for a once over. The inspector did not have any issues with the house.
