Patrick and Ryan have been great during the construction period and cooperation after closing. Both have been very responsive and timely on issues.

Workmanship on the home is very poor. Pulte does not build homes like they use to.

We are so happy with our new home with DiVosta homes. The floor plan is perfect for our needs. Everyone from sales, design, building supervisor, closing and follow up customer service rep following the saleswas fantastic…Will be completely satisfied when our pool issues are addressed by pool company.

The building managers work very hard. They are short staffed. They do try hard.

Pulte was terrible from the builders to the mortgage company to the insurance company. They had numerous things not done when we closed. That are still not fixed !!!! I would never use Pulte again or recommend then to anyone these

Having Monika T. run the construction of our home was an excellent experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, hard-working, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Because we were in Michigan during the building process, she sent pictures weekly throughout the building process explaining the timeline and communicating with us. She always returned our phone calls promptly and was honest with her answers. She is a great example of someone who believes in your company and promotes your brand to us, the customer! Brittnay from warranty has been persistent and effective in addressing our “ punch list” in a timely way.

The communication with our project manager was good at first. Then once we got further along it was hard to get answers to our questions. Now that we have closed and moved in, there are issues that need to be fixed and it’s a constant follow up with when people are coming to do the work. I know we are in Covid tiles and workforce is low but it’s like they forget the people that have bought homes from them and continue to build homes instead of getting the small things fixed at peoples homes

First time building a home. They were very patient and informative when we asked questions.

Felt super rushed from he start especially during the design process. 3 Hours to select everything? really? Trustworthiness was loss when my discussion with Brian about the need and purpose for me purchasing Tankless Water Heater which was not going to meet my needs with the model Divosta was going to install but Brian never mentioned that and when I escalated to his boss (Justin) his word was taken over mine the customer therefore they refuse to resolve the issue by simply installing a Recirculation Pump for less than $1000. Also was told I could get the color scheme I wanted for the elevation of the house because the neighbor had selected that color which I found hard to believe when I am actually moved in more than 2 months before the neighbor. Found several areas of the house with poor workmanship that can not be fixed. I am not sure I would recommend Divosta (Pulte) to a friend at this unless they would be fully aware of the issues I encountered. ... More

After taking ownership it’s been like herding cats but worse to address punch list items. Embarrassing for such a large company. It’s seems like the 90% rule is the norm. Strange at best.

Excellent communication and understanding with all parties from Divosta!

Most of the work is great, but some of the contractors are sloppy and you need to be on top of them to get everything right.

All the people we worked with with great and responded quickly to any concerns. The only downside to the process the Pulte loan process (submitting the information 10 times in 6 months) and the amount of garbage lying around house during construction.

Everything is good , good service, good quality

We especially enjoyed working with our Field Manager during the construction phase. Even though he was overwhelmed with responsibility, he made our project seem extremely important and went out of his way to take time and answer any and all questions we had. It was a pleasure working with all departments involved in this building process!

Love my home, but the list of unfinished items is frustrating. We have been in our home for about 7 weeks and the items that still need to be fixed are crazy. Basic items not fixed quickly!

New Home still some of the same old problems Rushed to complete home and rushed to close so tones of items not completed Punch List of 40 plus items after closing Lack of attention to detail Bad experience with closing due to last minute inspection approval. Had our closing money, signatures and withheld our keys because of a lack of communication, organization and customer care Our Sales Guy was nice and helpful Our Field Manager was nice but I would just sum it up as Broken promises Mortgage has good people but way too much information needs to be provided multiple different times seemed unorganized Home plan is pretty well laid out and is pretty good quality some things cheap some things medium to high end Issues such as: Outdoor Drainage/ certain areas not level / electrical/ tile/ paint/ doors/ dry wall/ windows/dead plants and grass/chipped concrete & pavers/ garage doors/ missing shower head Read the fine print everywhere- like upgrading the shower glass and door with no shower door ever intended to be provided or having to upgrade the upgrade to truly get what you want The Supply Chain is currently messed up which leads to delays, backorders etc. so be realistic with dates Solid Warranty Warranty Guy is very helpful within his power. It will take time and continues to take time for all the fixes needed Some trade segments have stronger workmanship than others First 30 days are very important after closing- be picky! Good Luck ... The whole team was very professional and responsible throughout the purchase, building, and closing process. We loved working with our wonderful sales person, she alway responded and helped us with whatever concerns we had. Even after the closing they assign a manager to fix every little detail that you may not be happy about. They made the whole process very easy and enjoyable.

Divosta/Pulte is systematically creating an entire neighborhood roads and all! They must be completing 5 new perfect homes a month!

The building of our home was completed "right on time"

I believe that Divosta tries to put up homes so quickly that workmanship is sloppy. Also once you close on the property getting issues resolved is difficult and frustrating.
