Great build and support thru the build. Warranty group/ responsiveness not so good.

The project manager assigned to our home building project was very responsive and knowledgeable.

This is the fourth house we've built with DiVosta, and have always found them to produce a good product. Our home is comfortable and well-built. We have the whole house done in tile on the diagonal and the tile work is beautiful. Great job by the tile person! The best part of living in the community is the wonderful people - very friendly and cordial.

The building process went very smoothly and they stuck to their timeline

Pros: Very well built homes. I was remote so I loved being kept up to date on the home build via drone pics sent by the sales rep B.M. The completion of the punchlist after the initial walk-thru was complete and timely prior to closing......well done! I love the post close customer service assignment. Great to have someone committed to issue follow-up. Not all builders offer this. Love the landscape packaging offer...both design and installation, as well as the maintenance plan. Improvement opportunities: The overall completion was a a bit delayed from the original promise date, but probably to be expected in a pandemic and weather challenges with a winter delivery. Question response time was a little delayed at times I believe due to this being a desired community and maybe understaffed to handle the volume? A bit of back and forth with builder mortgage company (Pulte Mortgage) on getting loan approval finalized....came down to the wire just before closing (March 2021) even though we started the process in October 2020. In the end it all worked out, but knowing loan is final approved way in advance would be less stress. ... More

The home was delivered on time and workmanship is generally excellent

set higher expectations than they were able to follow through with as per timing with building to closing.

Building a home quickly, comes with a trade off. Mistakes will be made. The good news is that Divosta has stood behind their product and warranty by addressing the concerns I've had since closing.

Well informed during the building process and questions were answered in a timely manner.

Overall, pleased with the result. Some of the subcontractors were sub-pay and slapdash in their haste.

Overall very pleased, some issues with pool that we are still dealing with almost 30 days after closing but I’m working directly with pool company and if not resolved I will go to Pulte. Pulte has been great to work with and being in the construction business I am impressed with how they are handling everything given the current challenges with COVID related delays and obstacles.

It’s been great so far

Good quality but everything is an additional option. They seem to have decided on what is best for them and just act on that. Plus options not well explained. Difficult to understand what the cost of options are. Not a good final inspection either as they missed standard promises - like outlet in the entertainment center not there & doorbell didn’t work. Minor comfort issues like minimal natural ventilation & needed door handles on large slider doors , plus no easy clean out for dryer vents a bad design. Tight quarters design, eg, garage doors could be just a foot wider for 2 cars & distance between homes just another foot would be better. Again, their philosophy is good enough, but not exceptional. The only issue I had with building this house was the choice of interior paint colors. Colors were limited to eight choices and none would have been my first choice. Then everything gets painted that color including ceilings. I couldn't even get the ceilings painted white. After spending close to $500,000 for a house and you can't get to chose interior paint colors to your requirements was a disappointment.

Our experience was wonderful, until we had to choose our options. That experience was not ideal.

Island walk is a great community the people have been welcoming and friendly, Divosta did a good job with us. Project manager did a great job

With workers being dedicated to each facet of construction, and a strong process, home was built in 4 months. Supervisor was very responsive and handled issues promptly. Parts of the work was sloppy - painting especially and some of the installations (e.g. showers).

The build process went well, however we have been very disappointed with Vivint the vendor for the Home Automation System. Their service has been very poor and frustrating.

Needs improvement on after closing issues like dryers

Had water damage from a roof leak. Subcontractor didn’t address problem for a few days. Aragon Pools has terrible customer service. Had pool issues that weren’t taken care of for a month.

Tim, our construction and quality build, reviewer, was very nice and response to all issues, we liked all his help and comments, pre-closing. He was also very helpful post closing. this was very important to us.

I’ve had many homes, all NEW builds. This by far is the best. Great community, incredible lot, excellent floor plan and wonderful neighbors. Can’t ask for anything else. Very happy with our choice.

There was a problem with oven that required 3 calls and 2 visits to resolve. The FM had been aware of problem BEFORE Celebration, but did not address it.

We are pleased to have recently moved into our new DiVosta home. Thanks for all the hard work and effort. We are pleased with the outcome and are looking forward to many years of enjoyment!
